지게차 진동저감을 위한 최적설계 (Dynamic Response Optimization for Vibration Reduction of the Fork-Lift Truck)

  • The vibration analysis of the automobiles has been a good subject for the engineers seeking solutions for more comfortable life. In the area of industrial vehicles, however, the seriousness of the vibration annoyance has not been considered so much. In this paper, a finite element model was built which was good for the low-frequency system(of fork-lift truck), and a forced vibration analysis was obtained for the component of 2n of harmonic orders from engine excitation to this model. Finally, a design optimization upon dynamic responses was made to minimize the vibration acceleration level at selected points representing the vibration level of the whole system.

  • In this parer, the development of input power factor and the harmonic distortion of line current were showed in the proposed three phase AC-DC converter. We identified that DC voltage in the output terminal has fast dynamic response and has nearly ripple. Moreover, the converter also possesses the regenerative capability which is useful for many applications. The switching frequency of this converter operated with constant in the range of 2KHZ. Finally, simulation and experiment results are presented.

Identification and Damping of Resonances in Inverter-based Microgrids

  • The application of shunt capacitor banks and underground cables typically induces resonance in power distribution systems. In this study, the propagation of resonance in a microgrid (MG) with inverter-based distributed generators (IBDGs) is investigated. If resonances are not properly damped, then the output current of the inverters may experience distortion via resonance propagation due to the adverse effect of resonances on MG power quality. This study presents a conceptual method for identifying resonances and related issues in multi-inverter systems. For this purpose, existing resonances are identified using modal impedance analysis. However, some resonances may be undetectable when this method is used. Thus, the resonances are investigated using the proposed method based on the frequency response of a closed-loop MG equivalent circuit. After analyzing resonance propagation in the MG, an effective virtual impedance damping method is used in the IBDG control system to damp the resonances. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in compensating for existing resonances.

  • The characteristics of dynamic systems subjected to multiple linear constraints are determined by considering the constrained effects. Although there have been many researches to investigate the dynamic characteristics of constrained systems, most of them depend on numerical analysis like Lagrange multipliers method. In 1992, Udwadia and Kalaba presented an explicit form to describe the motion for constrained discrete systems. Starting from the method, this study determines the dynamic characteristics of the systems to have positive semidefinite mass matrix and the continuous systems. And this study presents a closed form to calculate frequency response matrix for constrained systems subjected to harmonic forces. The proposed methods that do not depend on any numerical schemes take more generalized forms than other research results.

  • In this study, the measurement part in which the Fast Fourier Transform module and orthogonal filter are included is proposed. Protection relay should has a high precision and concurrently real-time response. Because FFT routine give micro-processor heavy burden and orthogonal filter reduces precision, both FFT module and orthogonal filter are designed to have different sampling frequency.

유전체 공진기를 이용한 WLL용 전압제어발진기 (Voltage-controlled Oscillator Using Dielectric Resonator for WLL System)

  • 24GHz 대역의 WLL 시스템용 전압제어발진기(Yca)를 설계하고 제작하였다. 위상잡음(C/N) 특성을 개선하기 위하여 품질계수가 높은 유전체 공진기를 공진부의 인덕터로 사용하였다. 5 V, 10 mA 바이어스 조건 에서 VCO를 측정한 결과 2210-2240 MHz의 주파수 대역에서 출력은 0 dBm, 위상잡음 특성은 10 kHz offset에서 100 dBc/Hz으로 매우 우수한 특성을 나타내었다. 따라서 제작된 VCO는 WLL 시스템에 적용할 수 있다고 생각된다.

  • Thyristor rectifiers are still the preferred choice for large magnet power supplies. However, large harmonic voltages, resulting in large current ripple, and slow dynamic response are major drawbacks of these converters. Joos presented a topology and a control technique for a hybrid large-power high-precision magnet power supply in 1996. The system consists of a phase controlled rectifier (PCR) connected in series with a high-frequency PWM converter. This paper improves the power circuit of the PWM converter using interphase transformer. Simulation result proves effect of the proposed system.

Floquet 이론과 섭동법에 의한 Mathieu Equation의 안정성해석 (Stability Analysis of Mathieu Equation by Floquet Theory and Perturbation Method)

  • In contrast of external excitations, parametric excitations can produce a large response when the excitation frequency is away from the linear natural frequencies. The Mathieu equation is the simplest differential equation with periodic coefficients, which lead to the parametric excitation. The Mathieu equation may have the unbounded solutions. This work conducted the stability analysis for the Mathieu equation, using Floquet theory and numerical method. Using Lindstedt's perturbation method, harmonic solutions of the Mathieu equation and transition curves separating stable from unstable motions were obtained. Using Floquet theory with numerical method, stable and unstable regions were calculated. The numerical method had the same transition curves as the perturbation method. Increased stable regions due to the inclusion of damping were calculated.

  • In recent years, several studies of the practical application of active sound and vibration control have been developed to plate to plate response with various boundary conditions. This study considers vibration and sound radiation for the clamped rectangular plate. The radiation of a sound from rectangular plate can be calculated that the velocity of a vibrating plate is analyzed. The vibration formulation is based on a variation method for the vibration of the plate, and assumes no damping, no fluid loading of the structure. And the plate is exited by harmonic point force. The radiation of sound from plate is analyzed in the far field, and is calculated from the Rayleigh integral. The prediction results of vibration and sound level have proved with FEM or BEM.

적응필터 알고리즘을 이용한 스피커의 왜곡율 측정 (Measurement of Distortion Level of Loudspeaker using Adaptive Filter Algorithm)

  • This paper describes a method to measure the distortion level of loudspeaker using a LMS(Least Mean Square) adaptive filter. Conventional technique to measure the distortion level uses a band-pass filter with a sharp cut-off frequency characteristics. However. such the band-pass filter has a bed time response characteristics. On the other hand, the proposed method offers us an easy way to measure the specified harmonic distortion level with a small hardware. Moreover, our method is not affected by noise which has no correlation with the test signal, and the measurement can be carried out in a noisy environment. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by experiment using a loudspeaker in a noisy room.
