본 연구는 보육교사들이 교직원들과의 갈등상황에서 어떤 갈등관리전략을 사용하는지를 알아보기 위해 시작되었다. 이를 위해 연구자는 C직장어린이집 0세반에서 참여관찰 하여 교사들의 대화에서 드러난 갈등의 원인별로 보육교사들이 사용한 갈등관리전략을 분석하였다. 첫째, 보육교사들은 적합한 간식제공 방법을 건의했으나 조리사들이 개선해주지 않는 상황과 교사용 간식이 정당하게 제공되지 않는다고 느끼는 상황에서 지배적인 갈등관리전략을 사용하였다. 둘째, 보육교사들은 보육시간 중에 환경미화원이 도움을 요청한 상황과 주임교사에게 갑작스런 업무를 부여받을 수도 있음을 알게 된 상황에서 회피적인 갈등관리전략을 사용하였다. 셋째, 보육교사들은 대체교사를 구하지 못해 휴가를 가기 어려워진 상황에서 통합적인 갈등관리전략을 사용하였다. 넷째, 보육교사들은 휴가기간 동안 교사근무배치를 원장이 제안한 상황에서 배려적인 갈등 관리전략을 사용하였다. 다섯째, 보육교사들은 공동으로 관리하는 유희실을 특정 교사들만 청소하게 되어 불합리하다고 느끼는 상황에서 타협적인 갈등관리전략을 사용하였다.

The aim of this study is the optimization of the parameters of interconnected Hydro-Pneumatic (HP) suspension system of a three-axle vehicle for ride comfort and handling. For HP suspension systems of equivalent vertical stiffness and damping characteristics, interconnected HP suspension systems increase roll and pitch stiffness and damping characteristics of the vehicle as compared to unconnected HP suspension systems. Thus, they result in improved handling and braking/acceleration performances of the vehicle. However, increased roll and pitch stiffness and damping characteristics also increase roll and pitch accelerations, which in turn result in degraded ride comfort performance. Therefore, in order to improve both ride comfort and vehicle handling performances simultaneously, an optimum parameter set of an interconnected HP suspension system is obtained through an optimization procedure. The objective function is formed as the sum of the weighted vertical accelerations according to ISO 2631. The roll angle, one of the important measures of vehicle handling and driving safety, is imposed as a constraint in the optimization study. Upper and lower parameter bounds are used in the optimization in order to get a physically realizable parameter set. Optimization procedure is implemented for a three-axle vehicle with unconnected and interconnected suspension systems separately. Optimization results show that interconnected HP suspension system results in improvements in both ride comfort and vehicle handling performance, as compared to the unconnected suspension system. As a result, interconnected HP suspension systems present a solution to the conflict between ride comfort and vehicle handling which is present in unconnected suspension systems.

It is a common practice in Hong Kong for the main contractors of local building projects to sublet most of the work to subcontractors. Consequently their roles have gradually transformed from a constructor to a manager of subcontractors. The outcomes of a project therefore depend heavily on the subcontractors' performance. However, most of the subcontractors complain that they are unable to efficiently and effectively operate due to site coordination problems, such as inaccurate site reference lines, caused by main contractors. The site problems may consume significant amounts of resources if practical solutions cannot be agreed by the project participants early enough. Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II) model was developed by M.A. Rahim that measure five types of conflict management style including Integrating, Obliging, Dominating, Avoiding and Compromising. This paper presents the questionnaire survey based on the ROCI-II model to rank the preference on the conflict management style adopted by the project representatives of the subcontractors in handling the site coordination problems and its impact to the time used to agree the solutions to the different types of site coordination problems with main contractor. The survey results show that most of the subcontractors' project representatives preferred to adopt the Compromising style to tackle the site coordination problems and the time used to agree the solutions with main contractor was influenced by the conflict management style adopted.

본 연구는 사회복지조직 내 갈등이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이들 간의 관계에서 참여적 의사결정의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 및 충청지역의 복지관 종사자를 대상으로 조사를 실시했으며 360부가 최종적으로 분석에 사용되었고, 상관관계분석과 위계적 회귀분석 그리고 조절효과의 통계적 유의성 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 조직 내 갈등과 직무성과 그리고 참여적 의사결정이 부적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 조직 내 갈등과 직무성과의 관계에서 참여적 의사결정이 조절효과를 나타내어 조직 내 갈등이 직무성과에 미치는 영향력이 줄어들었다. 이러한 결과는 참여적 의사결정이 조직 내 갈등을 완화함과 동시에 직무성과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 이를 바탕으로 사회복지 교과목지침서에 갈등관리전략을 수록하고, 기관에서는 갈등관리 지침 수립과 종사자 교육을 시행하며, 직원평가 및 보상시스템 개발에 종사자를 참여시키고, 사회복지조직 내 갈등 실태를 조사한 후 '갈등처리위원회'와 같은 상설기구의 운영 필요성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing on service quality and customer loyalty, especially in the context of the retail industry. In retail industry, Relationship Marketing is the key to increase and maintain a large pool of customers. This research was conducted in North Sulawesi Province with a sample size of 155 supermarket customers. The sampling technique used for the study is the purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using SEM based on GeSCA components. The results showed that Relationship Marketing had a significant positive effect both on service quality and customer loyalty. The commitment, communication, conflict handling, and competence play an important role in improving service quality which ultimately makes customers loyal. In addition, the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, also has significant positive findings. These findings are in line with the concept of SERVQUAL and The Commitment-Trust Theory. The implication of the managerial research is that supermarket managers in North Sulawesi must focus and emphasize more on the Relationship Marketing dimension especially in terms of commitment, communication, conflict handling, and competence. Once these factors can be met, the quality of service will increase, and it causes an increase in customer loyalty to shop more at the supermarket.

Purpose: This study aimed to test a proposed structural equation model in which bullying experience, conflict management styles and psychological empowerment predict psychological well-being among Chinese nursing students in clinical placement. Methods: Three hundred and sixty-six nursing students recruited from five hospitals in J city and Y city were assessed with self-report questionnaires on bullying experience, conflict management styles, psychological empowerment and psychological well-being including depression, self-esteem, and academic major satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 22.0. Results: The evaluation parameters included the comparative fit index at .90, the goodness of fit index at .93, the root mean square error of approximation at .07, and ${\chi}^2/df$ ratio at 2.66, indicating that the proposed structural equation model provided a good fit to the data. Experience of being bullied during clinical placement, conflict management styles and psychological empowerment explained 93.0% of the variance and had significant effects on psychological well-being, with conflict management styles and psychological empowerment mediating the association between bullying and psychological well-being. Conclusion: The findings indicated that mediation by conflict management styles and psychological empowerment alleviated the negative influence of bullying on psychological well-being. To limit bullying and its negative effects, development of effective guidelines to deal with bullying will be a critical tool for both Chinese nursing students and their instructors. Further research should incorporate conflict management styles and psychological empowerment into the specific intervention strategies for handling bullying behaviors among nursing students and staff nurses and promoting nursing students' psychological well-being.

본 논문에서는 2개의 입력영상장치를 통해 출력영상장치에 투영되는 실물 객체의 3D 정보를 추출하여 가상의 공간에 실물 객체를 위치한다. 객체는 모두 각 객체간 상호 3D 정보 및 위치정보를 인식함으로써 충돌처리를 유효화 시킨다. 본 논문에서 제안한 실물 객체의 3D 정보 추출 및 충돌처리는 객체간 상호작용에 있어 가장 기본적인 문제이기 때문에 증강현실에 있어서 무엇보다 선결해야 할 문제이다. 따라서 제안된 시스템에서는 이 문제를 해결하여 가상 공간에 존재하는 모든 객체간의 충돌을 유효화 시킴으로써 사용자의 현실감과 몰입감을 증대시킴을 목적으로 한다.

본 연구는 유아 사회적 갈등에 대한 선행연구들을 분석하고 연구 시기, 방법, 내용별 동향에 따른 변화 양상을 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 국내 연구들을 중심으로 101편을 선정하여 연구 기준으로 양적 분석하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율로 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구 연도별 추이는 1995년부터 2005년까지 증가를 보였으며 2005년 이후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구대상은 또래와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도가 월등히 높았으며 부모-자녀, 교사-유아와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한 연구대상 수는 50명 미만이 가장 높았으며 그 다음으로 50명에서 100명을 대상으로 한 연구의 빈도가 높았다. 연구기간은 단기 연구가 많았고 종단 연구가 전혀 이루어지지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 연구방법 유형은 양적 연구가 질적 연구에 비해 상대적으로 높았고, 실험처치방법이 가장 높게 나타났다. 연구도구 수는 1가지, 2가지, 3가지 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연구주제는 유아 사회적 갈등 변인과 유아발달과의 관계를 밝히는 것이 가장 많았으며 유아 사회적 갈등 변인 및 갈등 양상 분석, 유아 갈등해결전략의 변화 순으로 나타났다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자의 편의성을 증대하기 위해 상황인지 기술이 필요하며 댁내의 다양한 기기의 정보를 수집하여 현재 상태를 파악하고 그에 맞는 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 하지만 다양한 종류의 디바이스, 센서, 서비스에 따라 생성하는 데이터의 형태와 의미가 다르기 때문에 이를 활용하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 기기와 환경에서 발생하는 데이터를 처리하여 사용자의 패턴을 수집하고 활용할 수 있는 연구 모델을 제안하고 구현한다. 구성요소는 실제 환경과 유사하게 Context를 생성할 수 있는 Emulator와 수집된 Context를 활용하여 패턴을 찾는 패턴 수집 서버와 수집된 데이터를 표현하는 시각화 도구로 구성된다. Emulator는 댁내에 존재할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 Context를 정의하고 서로간의 관계에 따라 Context를 생성하고 패턴 수집 서버는 Emulator에서 생성한 불완전한 Context를 통합하여 완전한 Context를 생성한다. 그리고 생성된 Context를 통해서 사용자의 서비스 이용패턴, Fault, Conflict를 발견했다.

Active suspension controls stiffness and damping between unsprung mass and sprung mass in order to increase the ride quality. However, to increase the riding quality, the handling quality should be decreased and the rattle space should be increased. So, active suspension should cope with these conflict conditions. Therefore its actuating devices have to produce sufficient actuating force and have sufficiently short response time. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of 1/4 car model with an active suspension is studied according to hydraulic design variables. The active suspension consists of a hydraulic servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder. It shows better performance when it has more powerful and faster actuator.
