서비스 경제로의 전환에 따른 서비스본질 측정항목 개발 연구 (A Research on the Development of Service Nature Measurement Items in the Sevice Economic Era)

  • 서비스경제 시대로의 전환에 따른 서비스 관련 연구는 매우 다양하게 진행되고 있으나 아직 현 시점에 맞는 서비스 관련 척도개발은 미미한 상태이다. 본 연구는 서비스본질을 정의하고 이들에 대한 측정 항목을 개발하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 먼저 서비스본질 4개 범주를 기존 연구에서 채택하였다. 4개의 범주는 '관계성', '쌍방향성', '수평성', '조화성'이다. 본 연구에서는 이 4개의 서비스본질 각각의 하위요인과 구체적 항목을 추출하고 측정가능 항목으로 개발하였다. 연구의 방법은 질적 연구로 '서비스본질'을 구성하는 4개 범주의 하위요인들을 추출하고, 추출된 요인의 신뢰도와 타당도를 양적연구로 증명하는 방법의 혼합연구를 채택하였다. 문헌연구, 자유응답법, 그리고 델파이 기법을 통해 척도항목을 밝혔으며, 전문가로 구성된 델파이 패널 30명의 2차 설문을 통하여 측정 항목을 정제하였다. 연구의 결과로 관계성은 52개 문항 중 15개, 쌍방방향은 45개 문항 중 11개, 수평성은 33개 문항 중 9개, 조화성은 61개 문항 중 17개의 문항이 2차 정제 후 도출되는 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구를 통해서 서비스 경제시대에 맞는 새로운 본질 항목들을 밝혀낼 수 있었다. SNS, 네트워크, 시너지, 플랫폼, 시스템, 실명성, 갑질타파 등은 기존의 연구에서 얻지 못한 개념들로서 본 연구의 기여라고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 여러 가지 제약으로 인해 본 연구에서는 서비스의 전체적인 측면을 모두 다루지 못하고 서비스의 일부인 사람 중심의 서비스를 주로 다루었다. 향후 서비스경제시대의 진화에 따른 발전된 서비스의 전체적 측면에 대한 서비스 본질 측정항목 개발 연구가 필요하다.

훈데르트바써 주택작품의 외부 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Characteristics of External Appearances of Hundertwasser's Housing Projects)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the design characteristics of external appearances of Hundertwasser's housing projects through both literature review and field study, and to understand how Hundertwasser's architecture philosophy was embodied in the design of external appearances so such projects. The subjects of the analysis are: Hundertwasser House; In the Meadow Bad Soden; The Forest Spiral Darmstadt; and The Green Citadel Magdeburg. The conclusion of the study is as follows. The fundamental architecture philosophy of Hunderwasser is the close linkage between mankind and nature. He has proven, through his four housing projects mentioned above, that it is possible to build houses without destroying and in harmony with nature. Hundertwasser had identified vitality, irregularity and diversity as being the source of beauty of nature. Using the human creativity, he had embodied such elements into his housing projects, thus suggesting an ideal housing environment whereby humanity is respected. Hundertwasser made use of organic curved line and spiral shapes that exist in nature when designing his housing projects. His creativity was articulated through vitality, diversity, and irregularity in colour schemes and a wide range of form. Indeed, he was an architect pursuing the underlying nature of both human and nature. The current living environment in Korea can be characterized as being standardized and desolate, which is a result of housing projects being focused too much on functionalism. Through its analysis of Hundertwasser's housing projects, one of the objectives of this study is to contribute to a new design paradigm being called for today, including for housing projects to be more ecological and environmental-friendly. By motivating architects and appealing to their clients, this study hopes to motivate those involved in various housing projects to think progressively. Such an attitude change could assist in transforming and thus enhancing the overall living environment in Korea.

근대의 이원론과 르 코르뷔지에의 사고 (Modern Dualism and Le Corbusier's Ideas)

  • In this study, Le Corbusier's ideas were investigated from the view point of modern dualism. Le Corbusier, pioneer of modern architecture, insisted a rationalistic architecture for the industrial period, considering a house as 'machine for living'. In the other way, he tried to arouse emotions through architecture, mentioning a house as 'machine for affecting'. In his writings and paintings, he divided the world in the two opposed things (ex: human and nature, reason and sensation, chaos and order, orthogonal and libre curve, man and woman, sun and moon, lightness and darkness, bull and woman, and etc), and tried to combined the these two divided things. In architecture, he amalgamated his white buildings with the green vegetation, which is styled in the harmony of contrast(nature and articial). In urbanism, Le Corbusier did not divide nature only into three material elements for living(sunlight, air, green space), but also pursued poetic and aesthetic nature through buildings under the rays of sun and among the vegetation. Le Corbusier's dualistic ideas are based on Descartes's modern dualism, which divided the world into the material and the spiritual and into the objective and the subjective. Due to this original division, modern dualism contains the limits of extreme subjectification on human signification and of separation from the world and nature. Le Corbusier pursued the combination of the two divided things to overcome the contradiction of dualism, but his ideas and works contain the limits of the modern dualism.

미학으로 본 망진과 동서양의 관상학 (The Inspection and Physiognomy on the Viewpoint in Aesthetic)

  • The humans has tried to investigate the fundamental relationship of all phenomena through the eyes. In oriental medicine, inspection is a one way of diagnosing by observing outer shape of patients. Physiognomy is the study which infers characteristics, constitutions, predestinations of one man from his appearance. In other words, the study is about how inner spirit is expressed in the appearance and how we could understand the inner side from appearance. According to it, shapes, proportions and balances of human appearance also reflect the unrecognized characteristics of human. Esthetical beauty is product of seeing, it is considered with judgment of human just like beauty or ugliness, right or wrong, good and bad. In the east, they consider that the beauty is balance of nature, and that balance and harmony is important at human's face. For such a reason, the highest beauty has ideal as agreement ethical and aesthetic level through the harmony of ethical and physical beauty. And Physiognomy and inspection are the same as it.

한국의 현대 실내공간에 나타난 한국적 조형의식에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Korean Plastic Consciousness of the Contemporary Interior Space in Korea)

  • The three basic elements of human life -clothing, food and shelter- had been evolved through different periods and cultural realms, as their spatial applications show distinct characteristics that are manifested through sensibilities only inherent to its specific culture. Especially in the interior spaces, possibilities to approach them in three-dimensional aspects allow formal characteristics to be expressed that are distinct to the country. Formal sensibilities embedded in interior space In Korea also follows such pattern, developed through various contemporary interpretations of Korean traditional formal sensibilities, including harmony with nature, simplicity, lightness, real and fake, and principle of harmony are being redefined by spatially expressed in contemporary language. That is, traditional formal sensibilitiesare filtered through various application methods such as composition, negotiation and modification, accommodating spatial manifestations to be not simply preserved nor replicated, but rather reconstructed through metaphor, symbol, abstraction and contrast. From this perspective, the Korean traditional formal sensibilitiesis not a notion fixed in the past, but a distinct perspectives evolving throughout periods of time that are constantly reconsidered and reinterpreted in our interior space. By examining Korean sensibilities manifested in interior space in the both diachronic aspects of tradition vs. contemporary, as well as synchronic aspects among various disciplines simultaneously, we would be able to generate a linkage to the dichotomous categories of tradition and contemporary.

현대 사회에서 갖는 훈데르트바써(Hundertwasser) 건축의 의미 (A Study on the meaning Hundertwasser's architecture in the modern Society)

  • Friedensreich Hundertwasser , born in Vienna 1928, is a painter, an architect and an environmentalist. His architecture is radically different from the traditional , straight -lined, functional architecture practised, for example, by the Bauhaus Masters. From the very beginning , he has tried by various means to show that radical change in thinking are necessary , possible and realized. Hundertwasser's goal in this architecture is to make and give human dwelling in harmony with nature. his architecture is characterized by avoidance of straight lines, " Window Right", irregular arrangement of windows, onion dom, a wealth of colours and such environmentally -friendly consideration as planting of roofs and realizing of "tree-tenants". hundertwasser sees houses as evolving creations which are to be shaped by their inhabitants. He hates Uniformity. The irregularity is always the guiding principle in his architecture. The Hundertwasser's architeucture express his fundamental belief that we may not simply rob nature of her resources, but that we must also return territory to nature which we habe stolen from her. Roofs, terraces and courtyards planted with vegetation and " tree-tenants" build bridges between man and nature. They influse the architecture with vitality and romanticism and are a statement of a quality rather than a standard of living. It is quite possible to value the architecture of Hundertwasser as an important inspiration, as a sort of turning point in the thoughts and actions of city planners. It's success could be healing shock for the international architectural community, which is hypnotized by technology and abused by the shortsighted interests of ren.tability . Under this pressure, today's architects trend to reduce people to a mere part of the " Dwelling machine", without acknowledging that in the long run such machines eat away at people's souls.uch machines eat away at people's souls.

안도 다다오 전시공간의 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Composition of Ando Tadao's Exhibition Space)

  • The exhibition space is a concept that is used to extract only the function of exhibition in an art museum combined with various cultural facilities. It mediates works, audience, and space. Therefore, it is considered that the exhibition space will not only judge the space by the form of the building, but also the true meaning will appear when the exhibition, the space and the environment coexist. His exhibition space has a story from the outside to the inside and the exhibition. In this study, we try to understand the characteristics of his space by analyzing the way of organizing exhibition and exhibition in his exhibition space. As a result of analyzing the cases suggested on this thesis through this point of view, Ando Tadao represented characteristics of his own exhibition space by harmonizing the demand of each exhibition space with his architecture language. His exhibition space provides the experiential space in the harmony of the nature and artificiality as inpouring the nature into the complex traffic line. And, the exhibition is constituted as a result of fully considering the overall situation of the space environment. He tries uniting the space and art by interpreting the work in the space rather than arranging the works. Consequently, It gives visitors the direct space experience through the intentional traffic line and is becoming an exhibition space that can express the exhibition only in that space as constituting it differently in accordance with the character of work.

조선시대 가구 주문자와 생산자의 상호관계성 (The Relationship beetween Furniture Purchasers and Producers in the Joseon Period)

  • This study is a review on the relationship between furniture purchasers and producers in the Joseon period. Understanding the relationships in our traditional spirit and the Joseon furniture that reflects a aesthetic sense is a meaningful work. Joseon was to build an ideal country which put emphasis on the order and harmony through Theory of 'Yeak' as the confucianism nation. Human aesthetics, which emphasis on the spiritual value by confirmity to nature and forcus on the relaxed, deficient personality rather than completeness was established as the central formative consciousness of the Joseon Dynasty. The nature of things in the confucian scholar prior to the representations of things is expressed in the form of master craftsman's skill and soul. Formative consciousness of the confucian scholar is to realize ideals by communciation and interchange with master craftsman's soul in the form of the Joseon furniture. The beauty of restraint and brevity in the Joseon Dynasty furniture includes meanings and procedures of art work. It implies an orderer's purpose of production and a producer's products. Understanding the spirit of times in the production becomes the cornerstone capable of getting closer to the furniture ultimate proper function. These problems have a very close relationship with the problems of modern people's commnuication. We expect an even higher growth of the furniture by achieving more improved communication based on the consumer's great insight and the producer's passion.

Comme des Garcons 컬렉션에 표현된 현대 내추럴리즘 패션 트렌드 (The Fashion Trend of Modern Naturalism in the Collection of Comme des Garcons)

  • In this paper, I studied the trends of naturalism reflected on the fashion trends in 2000s, and the design characteristics of naturalism showed in modern fashions, based on the information about women's wear trend serviced by www.samsungdesign.net. The analysis was focused on the Comme des Garcons collections, and the results are as follows. First, in modern society, the scientific and realistic concept of naturalism was being shifted to nature-friendly and actual concept which harmonized with nature conceived to be important in environments. Second, the interests on well-being and LOHAS introduced the actual naturalism, and the naturalism became a prominent trend at turning times to 21th century. Third, the concepts of naturalism showed in modern fashions could be categorized into ecology, primitive, retro and exotic trends. Finally, the Comme des Garcons collections did not follow a passing fashion trend only, instead they formed unformalized natural silhouette and details in the view of new analysis and philosophy of themselves. The silhouette represented a natural sense in harmony with colors of simple materials.

연(蓮) 이미지를 활용한 직물디자인 개발 - 디지털 사진 이미지를 중심으로 - (The Development of Textile Designs by Using Images of Lotus - Focused on Images of Digital Photograph -)

  • Recently the word "digital" is widely used in almost every field and is dominating this generation. Digital has become the most significant characteristic representing the 21st century, and is leading change across wide range of our life-styles in our culture and thoughts. New art is in harmony with digital in the 21st century. Digital photography is simpler, faster and newer than the analog system of the past. From ancient times, the nature has been the subject of art, and many designers have studied the ways to create beauty from nature. In this study, I chose the lotus as the subject material of textile design development. The lotus invokes a sense of stillness, and nestles many fluid elements, including the curved fluid lotus, rhythmic lotus petal, sinuous lotus leaf, radial vein, lotus pip and oval seed. Therefore, I tried to use these elements of lotus for development of textile design. For this purpose, I photographed the lotus with a digital camera as equipment of design development. Then, on computer, I have developed six textile designs through the process of modification and editing by using the adobe illustrator program.
