The purpose of this study is to investigate an effect of the department satisfaction of college students majoring in security on the career expectation consciousness, and through this to propose basic data to help college students prepare positive school life and career and increase school life adaptation; doing this, it is to investigate the cause to promote not only their development but also school development. As of 2013, I set up a population targeting female and male college students majoring in security at Y University located in Y City, Gyeonggi Province, K University in G City, North Gyeongsang Province, and H University in C City, South Chungcheong Province and conducted study targeting the total 352 students using the random sampling method. The research tool was questionnaires, which I used by recomposing on the basis of the precedent studies at home and abroad. Regarding data processing, I used SPSS WIN 18.0 and carried out frequency analysis, one-way analysis of duncan variance, post hoc analysis, reliability analysis, factorial analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Through the above research methods and data analysis according to the procedures I drew conclusions as follows: First, the department satisfaction according to demographic characteristics of the college students majoring in security had a partially significant difference. Second, the career expectation according to demographic characteristics of the college students majoring in security had a partially significant difference. Third, the effect of the department satisfaction of the college students majoring in security on the career expectation consciousness was partial.

This research is to figure out the influence of hand holding and Nea-Guan acupressure to anxiety and pain that local anesthesia patients feel in out patient operation room. Non equivalent control group pretest-posttest time series design was adopted and the data had been collected from Jul. to Oct. 2013. Total 78 local anesthesia patients of out patient operation room in the H Hospital were allotted by control group, experimental group 1( hand holding) and experimental group 2(Nea-Guan acupressure) which consisted of 26 patients each. Hand holding and Nea-Guan acupressure in this research was validated to relieve the anxiety and the pain of the local anesthesia patients in operation and can be adopted as an efficacious nursing interventions.

The purpose of this study is to examine satisfaction with liberal education at H university. In particular, the study is interested in students' and satisfaction with the courses of and , compulsory liberal studies. As a result of analysis, students were most satisfied with 'the percentage of liberal studies credits', being followed by 'the number of students per liberal studies class' and 'the systemicity of curriculum.' The survey also showed that, in and , students were highly satisfied with 'chance for communication with native faculty, improvement of ral expression skills' and 'improvement of orthography and grammar skill and so on. With regard to items whose satisfaction were low, the survey showed that there was the lack of connectivity between liberal studies and employment in 3 categories in common. Therefore, a direction toward enhancement of efficiency in connection with career center and the like was required in addition to establishing, developing and specifying employment category in liberal studies.

The purpose of this study was to investigate preservice mathematics teachers' perceptions for mathematics digital textbook. To do this, we provided a questionnaire to 52 preservice mathematics teachers and analysed the questionnaires. The questionnaire was investigated using 5 point scale. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the preservice mathematics teachers' perception on effectiveness of mathematics digital textbook was positive. Second, the preservice mathematics teachers' perception on interaction of mathematics digital textbook was normal. Third, the preservice mathematics teachers' perception on interest of mathematics digital textbook was positive. Fourth, the preservice mathematics teachers' perception on students' health of mathematics digital textbook was normal. Fifth, the preservice mathematics teachers' perception on class-management of mathematics digital textbook was normal. Sixth, some preservice mathematics responded that mathematics digital textbook was efficient to teach a function or a geometry, others responded that paper textbook was more efficient to teach a mathematics.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the education program developed to raise the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens under the supervision of SMBA and investigate the effects of educational contents and environment on program satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. The sample of this study was composed of 44 trainees who participated in the education program implemented by H University. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed employing paired-sample t-test and path analysis techniques. The study found that the program was effective in strengthening the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens and that educational content and environment had positive effects on program satisfaction, which in turn, positively impacted on entrepreneurial intention. The practical implications of the findings were discussed and the future directions for research were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to explore and to suggest the effective teaching methods for university students to improve their speaking abilities through peer assessment-feedback and self assessment-feedback based presentation and debate class. The objects and content of the study were the students who took a class "Reading and Communication" of H university, and here examine closely the speaking activities and their effects during the integrated activities of 'reading, speaking and writing'. In speaking education peer and self assessment feedback is to form an emotional consensus among the students and encourage active participation, and enable self-discovery and communication learning to students. As a result of the study, it was found that the variety speaking practice had a very positive effect on the attitude of speaking and the psychological aspect, and it was confirmed that the evaluation and feedback activities had a meaningful learning effect on the students. Effective speech education and guidance measures should be continuously studied and developed.

The present study sought to shed light on specific designs and strategies by investigating the impact that team project-based learning approach using Naver Band had on learning outcomes specifically, on satisfaction and achievement. Variables of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were chosen as critical predictors of the learning outcomes. 70 undergraduate students were divided into 18 groups and instructed to work on a team project using Naver Band for 6 weeks. Data analysis was completed using descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. Also, descriptions of Band from team reflection journal were analyzed. The major results of the study are as follows: first, perceived usefulness was the significant predictor of satisfaction and achievement. Second, 5 functions were revealed as strengths about Band.

PBL is a student-centered pedagogy in which students learn about a subject through the experience of problem solving. Marine engineer is the expert which supports the safe navigation and solves the problems could happen in independent situation as a ship. This study executed the fundamental study on the maritime training education for marine engineers using PBL. In this study, we conducted the survey on 56 students for 6 months using PBL in H university. The result showed the improvement on ability to solve the problems, interpersonal relationship, communication skill, synthetic thinking faculty and practical use of data but some students answered the complaint of the insufficient information and unacquainted learning method of PBL. This suggested the development and improvement plans for the maritime training education using PBL based on this fundamental study.

Recently, various universities in Korea have started to work on strengthening their liberal arts and character education through the residential college (RC) system, carrying out various community programs for this purpose. However, because most programs are based on student-to-student relationships, problems can often arise within the community living environments. This paper proposes the roommate assignment algorithm in the context of a residential college, as to effectively achieve character education goals. The clustering algorithm we propose is based on the similarity hypothesis. As a result of the assignment, the degree of similarity (euclidean distance) between roommates was significantly higher than that assigned randomly. The algorithm developed in this study was applied to the data of the students living in the international campus of H University.

In the 21st century, university library is changing into a new paradigm. Among others, color image emerges as an important aspect of the library. Up to now, studies on colors of indoor space have been limited on partial and specific spaces. But, this study, using the tool of emotional evaluation, aims to do a comprehensive research on color image of the whole space. This research uses the H University library completed in March 2015. This research is performed in the following procedure. First, previous related researches for the past ten years from 2005 to 2015 is examined, which will help understand the trends in this kind of research, and set up the concrete goal of research. By literature review, color image is established in the environmental psychological aspect. Second, to analyze colors, all the spaces of the library from the entrance lobby are filmed. Filmed images are changed into mosaic, and color palettes are composed, and color values are calculated using the Munsell color system. Third, emotional words are extracted, and emotional evaluation is made. Using the Semantic Differential scale method, emotional differences among subjects are compared, and the validity of the survey data is tested using the statistical program SPSS 18.0. As the outcome of the research shows, the color image and emotion in space are closely related. And, through emotion, it is possible to get color image, and this aspect can be scholastically systemized and developed.
