컬러 동시발생 히스토그램의 피라미드 매칭에 의한 물체 인식 (Object Recognition by Pyramid Matching of Color Cooccurrence Histogram)

  • Methods of Object recognition from camera image are to compare features of color. edge or pattern with model in a general way. SIFT(scale-invariant feature transform) has good performance but that has high complexity of computation. Using simple color histogram has low complexity. but low performance. In this paper we represent a model as a color cooccurrence histogram. and we improve performance using pyramid matching. The color cooccurrence histogram keeps track of the number of pairs of certain colored pixels that occur at certain separation distances in image space. The color cooccurrence histogram adds geometric information to the normal color histogram. We suggest object recognition by pyramid matching of color cooccurrence histogram.

  • This paper describes the performance index of mobile robot and development of testbed which is used to evaluate the index. The developed testbed has rectangular structure similar to a living room of home. It is semi-automation testbed system for evaluation of cleaning performance index. This system is composed with scattering and cleaning equipment of test materials, equipment rifting of objects in inner space and sides itself, vision processing system. To be consistent of performance evaluation of cleaning robot, we make use of camera in this system for the sake of measurement of robot s mobility, path and suction quantity.

부산 지역 중소기업의 ISO 9000 인증효과분석 (Effect of ISO 9000 Certification on the Small & Medium Business in Busan)

  • ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 quality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system. Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some criticism against the effect and performance of ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance of the ISO 9000 certification, and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance of quality system. Results of statistical analyses show that total performance of quality system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

  • A cooling system for a 22.9kV, 1.25kA 100m HTS power cable has been installed and tested. The cooling system consists of decompression cooling system with the cooling capacity of 3kW and a closed circulation system of subcooled liquid nitrogen. This paper describes the outline of the installed cooling system and performance test results.

  • Pd, Pd-Rh 게이트 MOS센서의 $H_2$, $H_2S$ 검지특성과 Pd박막의 중착조건이 감지특성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 조사하였다. rf power의 증가와 증착온도의 증가는 모두 센서의 감도와 초기반응속도를 감소시켰으며 rf power의 변화보다는 증착온도의 변화에 의한 효과가 현저하였다. Pd-Rh 센서의 경우 순수한 Pd 센서에 비해 감도가 낮았으며 Rh의 양이 증가할수록 감도는 감소하였다. Pd-Rh 센서에서 $H_2$$H_2S$보다 더 뛰어난 감도를 보여주었다. rf power, 증착온도, 기판의 변화가 MOS센서의 감도나 초기반응속도 등의 센서특성에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.
