지대치 유도면의 기울기에 따른 응력 분포에 대한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE STRESS DISTRIBUTION ACCORDING TO THE SLOPES OF THE CHIDING PLANES OF THE ABUTMENTS)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of load on root that was applied to edentulous area in three simulated situation, in each case the guiding planes of abutment were right vertical, 95 degrees, or 100 degrees to residual ridge. The 2-dimensional finite element method was used and the finite element model was prepared as fellows. Right mandibular 1st and 2nd molar was lost and the 2nd premolar with distal rest was used as primary abutment which had three different degrees of guiding plane. Then 150N of compressive force was applied to central fossae of the 1st and 2nd molars and von Mises stress and displacement was measured. The results were as follows; 1. Irrespective of slopes of guiding planes, the stress was concentrated on mesial side of root apex and distal side of coronal portion of root, in particular on junction with distal alveolar bone. As slopes of guiding planes were increased. stress on root and compact bone surrounding abutment was increased but no considerable effect was seen on compact bone of residual ridge. 2. Distal side of coronal portion of root limited by periodontal ligament was displaced distally and mesial side of apical portion was mesially. With slope of guiding plane increasing, the pattern of displacement was similar with one another but the quantity was increased. 3. Both abutment & alveolar bone were displaced downward and root of abutment, especially distal side of coronal portion, was displaced severely. As the guiding plane was tiffed more mesially over $90^{\circ}$, the degree of displacement was also increased.

AUTO-GUIDING SYSTEM FOR CQUEAN (CAMERA FOR QUASARS IN EARLY UNIVERSE)

  • To perform imaging observations of optically red objects such as high redshift quasars and brown dwarfs, the Center for the Exploration of the Origin of the Universe (CEOU) recently developed an optical CCD camera, Camera for QUasars in EArly uNiverse (CQUEAN), which is sensitive at 0.7-1.1 ${\mu}m$. To enable observations with long exposures, we develop an auto-guiding system for CQUEAN. This system consists of an off-axis mirror, a baffle, a CCD camera, a motor and a differential decelerator. To increase the number of available guiding stars, we design a rotating mechanism for the off-axis guiding camera. The guiding field can be scanned along the 10 arcmin ring offset from the optical axis of the telescope. Combined with the auto-guiding software of the McDonald Observatory, we confirm that a stable image can be obtained with an exposure time as long as 1200 seconds.

  • The lateral dynamic behaviours of a track inspection vehicle with laterally guided system are studied for the safety and comfort. A 10-DOF dynamic model is proposed counting for lateral and yaw motions. The equations for motions of the vehicle running on curved tracks at a constant speed are presented. It is shown by simulation that lateral guiding forces applied to the guiding wheels on the inner side of the track increase in a larger scale in comparison with those on the outer side when the vehicle passes through curved tracks with cant, and the front guiding spring forces is larger than the rears. Lateral vibrations due to yaw motions of the vehicle take place when the vehicle runs through curved tracks. Finally, effect of the lateral guidance on the vehicle dynamics is also examined and advantages of such a guiding system are discussed in some details. An optimal guided control is applied to restrain the lateral and yaw motions. The comparisons between the active and passive guidance explain the effect of the active control approaches.

  • CQUEAN (Camera for Quasars in EArly uNiverse) is an optical CCD camera system which has its own auto-guiding system. Guiding system consists of a 1k*1k CCD camera, FLI PL1001E, a flat mirror to feed the image of an off-axis field to the camera and baffle. The whole system lies on a moving arm which rotates 90 degree effectively to enlarge the field of view. A motor, IMS MDRIVE 34, and a differential decelerator, APEX AD140-050, are used for the moving mechanism. Auto-guiding is controlled by Agdr program. We had a first light from Aug. 10 to Aug 17, 2010 at McDonald Observatory, USA. In this presentation, we describe about the auto-guiding system for CQUEAN and its performance on the 2.1m telescope.

나노 임프린트 리소그래피법에 의한 나노미터급 원기둥 패턴을 갖는 도광판의 제작 공정 개발 (Development of Fabrication Process of Light Guiding Plate with Nanometer-Sized-Cylindrical Pattern Using Nano Imprint Lithography Method)

  • PMMA light guiding plate with nano pattern was fabricated by nano imprint lithography method. A silicon mold for electroplating of nickel was fabricated by conventional photolithography process. A nickel stamp for nano imprint lithography was fabricated by electroplating process using silicon mold. The nano imprint lithography was performed on PMMA plate at $140^{\circ}C$ under pressure of 20kN. The nano pattern on PMMA plate was investigated using FE-SEM. It is shown that the patterns were well transferred for several steps and the nano imprint lithography method could be applied for fabricating patterns of light guiding plate.

  • 본 논문에서는 스트라입구조형 DH Laser Diode에서의 lateral guiding에 대한 이론적 해석이 시도되었다. 해석과정에서 활성층내의 반송자밀도를 스트라입폭함수로 모멜링하고 섭동이론(Perturbation Theory)을 사용하여 새로이 전개된 모드이론으로부터 빔폭변화를 계산하여 Hakki의 이론치 및 Kirkby의 실험치와 비교분석을 하였다.

트롤어구용 해파리 분리 배출장치 기본 구조 개발 (The development of basic structure of jellyfish separator system for a trawl net)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the jellyfish separator system(JSS) for reducing fishery damage by the increase of jellyfish in the sea area of Korea in summer. First of all, to find the optimum structure of a JSS, six types of JSS in trawl fishery were designed and manufactured, the underwater shape of JSS and the separating process by JSS were observed in the circulating water channel(CWC). And the field experiments were carried out in July and September 2004 in the southern sea of Korea. For the moving path of the jellyfish model in the CWC, in case that the model was larger than the mesh size of the separator net, it was guided toward the lower part of the separator net by the guiding net and discharged through the outlet. In case that the model was smaller than the mesh size of the separator net, some models which passed through the upper part of the guiding net were smaller than the mesh size of the guiding net and discharged through the outlet and most of the model which passed through the lower part of the guiding net moved to the codend passing through the separator net. According to the field experiment result, the optimum tilt angle of separator net was inferred $20^{\circ}$ that the discharge rate of jellyfish was higher than the other tilt angle of separator net and the optimum structure of JSS was inferred GS type(consists of guiding net and separator net) that the discharge rate of jellyfish was higher than S type(consists of separator net). It was demamded to carry out more study for the countermeasure to reduce loss of fish.

경추부 자기공명영상의 움직임 인공물 개선을 위한 구강내 삽입 유도 기구의 적용 (Application of the Orally Inserted Guiding Device for the Improved Motion Artifacts of the Cervical Spine MRI)

  • 본 연구는 임상적으로 정형화된 경추부 MR 검사에서 틀니 제거 환자들의 불수의적 구강운동, 침 삼킴 등의 불수의적 구강 운동에 의한 움직임 인공물을 개선하기 위해 구강내 삽입 유도 기구를 이용한 검사방법을 제안하고 인공물을 최소화하여 질환의 경계가 불분명했던 부분을 명확하게 하여 최적의 영상을 만들고자 하였다. 2014년 1월 1일부터 2014년 6월 31일까지 경추부 질환으로 내원한 환자 중 틀니를 착용한 30명을 대상으로 경추 자기공명검사를 시행하였다. 방법으로는 틀니를 제거한 후 바로 누운(supine position)자세로 $T_1$-TSE-Sagittal, $T_2$-TSE-Sagittal, $T_1$-TSE-Axial, $T_2$-TSE-Axial을 획득하고 환자의 입에 구강내 삽입 유도 기구를 삽입한 후 $T_1$-and $T_2$-TSE-Axial을 검사하였다. 결과로는 정량적 분석 SNR은 구강 삽입 유도 기구 사용 전 $T_1$-TSE-Axial이 $22.33{\pm}8.59$, 사용 후 $25.21{\pm}7.93$, $T_2$-TSE-Axial은 사용 전 $14.49{\pm}5.74$, 사용 후 $16.61{\pm}6.72$이었다. CNR은 $T_1$-TSE-Axial이 $0.23{\pm}0.01$, $T_2$-TSE-Axial이 $0.21{\pm}0.01$로 측정되었다. 정성적 분석으로는 $T_1$-TSE-Axial에서 구강내 삽입 유도기구 사용 전 $3.49{\pm}0.11$, 사용 후 $3.95{\pm}0.14$로 나타났으며 $T_2$-TSE-Axial에서는 구강내 삽입 유도기구 사용 전 $3.25{\pm}0.18$, 삽입 후 $3.68{\pm}0.09$로 나타났다. 결론적으로 구강내 삽입 유도 기구의 사용으로 움직임 인공물이 해소되어 영상의 대조도와 분해능이 향상되었고 영상 판독에 있어 질환의 식별능력이 우수하여 영상의 질이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.
