This study has been done for the purpose of testing the effect of Health promotion Education on the Health perception and Health behavior performance of Elementary school student's. The collection data has conducted from June 19, 1999 to August 24, 1999. The subjects for this study were sixth grade of 'ㅅ' elementary school. which is located in 'ㄱ' city a chosen one class experimental group(38) and as a control group(38). The study were designed as nonequivalent control group pretest. posttest. follow test design. In pretest, the general characteristics of two groups, health perception and Health performance were measured, the Experimental group was given health promotion Education for a one week after the posttest, and follow test was done Health performance. for eight week's summer vocation. The instrument used for this study were Health perception scale developed by Ware(l979) were modified by Lee(l984) and Health promoting behavior scale developed by Kim(l997) were modified by No Tae Su(l999). The data analysis was done using t-test, $x^2$ -test, ANOVA. and pearson correlation coefficient using SAS/PC program. The result of this study are summarized as follows: l) There is on difference between experimental group and control group 2) The hypothesis is factor's are supported 'The experimental group which was given health promotion education will shows higher health perception and health behavior performance than control group which given that' (meal habit F=6.40 P<.05. mental health F=8.02 P<.01) 3) In health behavior performance, scale the highest domain was mental health, personal hygiene, meal habit Exercise. The following suggestions are made based on the above results: 1) Replication of the research is needed to confirm effects of health perception and Health promotion education including the elementary school students. 2) Elementary school teachers should make an effort to develop of Health perception progress and carry about continue Health promotion education program for profit stage of growth and development for elementary school students.

4차 산업혁명 도래와 함께 초연결 사회를 실현할 중추 기술로 IoT가 급부상하고 있으며, IoT 투자 촉진 및 서비스 활성화를 위하여 영국을 비롯한 선진외국에서는 IoT 서비스 수요에 대응하는 주파수 관리정책을 최우선 순위 중의 하나로 추진하고 있다. 국내에서도 2016년 7월에 IoT 관련 유망 신산업 활성화를 위해 IoT 용도로 110 MHz 폭 주파수를 신규로 추가 공급하였다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 IoT 통신 네트워크의 미래 발전방향과 기술개발 방향을 제시하고, 선진외국의 IoT 주파수 정책을 분석하여 국내의 IoT 서비스를 활성화하기 위한 스펙트럼 정책을 제안하고자 한다.

As the local self-government are stabilized and the environmental value is becoming more important among local residents, the occurrence of the anti-movements against waste treatment facilities is getting more frequent. Opposing to build the reuse facilities of wastes takes place because of concerning of health and hygiene, as well as matters of unclear policy making process. However, these facilities must be built in somewhere for the convenience and profit of the public. The NIMBY phenomenon against reuse facilities of wastes could be a burden for the city operation system, and it could worsen citizens' quality of life in the long run. In these lights, reuse and recycling facilities of wastes in East region are necessary facilities improving citizens' quality of life and enhancing the growth of cities in the region. However, there have been concerning of deforestation during the construction process of the facilities. The landscape design presented here for these facilities considers the features of the environmental ecosystem and tries to establish a plan to preserve the natural environment of the City of Ichon. This paper presents methods minimizing adverse effects of the facilities on the existing environments and promoting the city image with integrating culture, tourism, landscape and environment of the city. The landscape design makes efforts to harmonize natural environments in the site, human activities and culture. Well-being park was aimed to lead healthy and energetic outdoor activities of local residents. Ecological park was aimed to enhance the ecological functions of the forests and restore the valley ecology. Culture park was aimed to capture the city identity by creating a place that contains all the variety of meanings of the City of Ichon.

고등학교에서 학생의 진로교육에 대한 기본 자료는 교육과학기술부에서 지원하는 NEIS의 교무업무시스템과 담임교사 중심의 진로교육 자료가 오프라인 형태로 관리 및 운영되고 있어, 학생들의 진로교육을 위한 실질적 의사결정 시스템으로서 활용하기에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 맞춤형 진로교육을 위한 e포트폴리오, 성적 및 상담자료 등을 DB로 구축하여, 인터넷 웹 기반의 학생관리통합시스템(SMTS: Student Management Total System)을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 결과 교사들은 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려한 맞춤형 진로교육을 실시하여, 건전한 직업관을 가진 미래의 국가자원으로 성장시키고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

IT산업의 기술발달이 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 네트워킹에서 콘텐츠기술로 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 중소벤처기업들의 기술개발전략 또한 변화하고 있으며, IT중소기업은 2002년말 GDP의 3.8%를 기여하고 있다. 주력 IT산업의 지속적이고 목표지향적인 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 IT기업들의 기술, 성장가능성 등의 성과 분석 및 향후, 시장창출 및 확산의 성공/실패 요인이나 각종 정부지원내용의 실효성 등에 대한 조사가 필요하다. 또한 정부에서 추진하고 있는 미래 정보통신 산업에 대한 선택과 집중방식의 정책의 실현을 위해서는 중소 IT기업의 글로벌 육성 방안도 모색되어야한다. 본 연구에서는 IT기술 개발 계획의 중점 분야 및 기술 분야를 기반으로 유망 IT기업의 경영전반에 대한 성과를 분석을 함으로써 정보통신 산업 구조개혁 및 새로운 형태의 중소기업지원 및 육성 방안을 위한 전략을 제안한다.

본 연구는 금융구조개혁과정에서 지방은행이 퇴출된 지역과 지방은행 소재지역간의 비교를 통해 지역간 금융격차 심화와 지역금융의 문제점을 분석하고, 지역금융시스템 구축과 자금역외유출 방지, 지역중소벤처기업 자금지원 증대, 지역금융정책의 변화방안을 모색하였다. 지방은행이 퇴출된 지역과 소재지역을 비교하면 금융접근성(OPD, COD), 중소기업 대출비율, 지역자금의 역외유출비율 등에서 금융격차가 심화된 것으로 나타났다. 지방은행은 성장초기단계 기업지원, 지역중소기업지원과 자금 역외유출방지 등으로 지역발전 기여도가 높다. 낙후된 지역금융과 금융격차문제를 해결하기 위해서는 지역금융의 특수성과 공공성을 중시하면서 중앙집권적인 정책기조에서 지방분권적, 지역균형적으로 금융정책을 전환시켜야 한다.

According to green growth's policy, green-home dissemination's projects are promoting. Among them, stationary fuel cell systems are receiving attention due to high efficiency and clear energy. But it need absolutely to develop cost down technologies and improve system durability for commercialization of the fuel cell system. To achieve this objectives, in 2009, the Korean Government and "Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning(KETEP)" launched into the strategic development project of BOP technology for practical applications and commercializations of stationary fuel cell systems, named "Technology Development on Cost Reduction of BOP Components for 1kW Stationary Fuel Cell Systems to Promote Green-Home Dissemination Project". This paper introduces a summary of improved BOP performances that has been achieved through the 2nd year development precesses(2010.06~2011.05) base on 1st year development precesses(2009.06~2010.05). The major elements for fuel cell systems are cathode air blowers, burner air blowers, preferential oxidation air blowers, fuel blowers, cooling water pumps, reformer water pumps, heat recovery pumps, mass flow meters, electrical valves, safety valves and a low-voltage inverter. Key targets of those elements are the reduction of cost, power consumption and noise. Invert's key targets are development the low -voltage technologies in order to reduce the number of unit cell in fuel cell system's stack.

The rapid growth of the Korean fashion industry has contributed greatly to the establishment of various fashion associations that have appeared since the 1960s. Seoul Fashion Week celebrated its 20th anniversary; there is now a crucial opportunity for the role of Korean fashion associations to the world's top five fashion collections. This study examines and compares the various roles of Korean fashion associations and the fashion associations of France, Italy, USA, and UK. Based on the comparison results, suggestions for the roles of Korean fashion associations are as follows. The following three roles are important in both Korean and foreign associations: stable operation of collections, the creation of various funds to support fashion designers, and foster new designers through linkage with the education programs for textiles and design. Mutual cooperation among various associations is essential to achieve future goals. The specific activities of foreign associations are highly suggestive for direction. In addition to the pursuit of members' rights, it is also desirable to conduct various social activities. It is necessary to create various events that ordinary citizens and students can enjoy in addition to achieving the goal of promoting and selling products at the Seoul Fashion Week. In order to overcome various difficult situations facing Korea and to prepare for a great leap forward for the fashion industry, Korean fashion associations should spare no effort to overcome mutually conflicting interests and understand other perspectives from a macro perspective.

다양한 형태의 지역 축제들이 지역경제는 물론 지역문화 창달과 지역 이미지 제고에 큰 역할을 수행하고 있음을 볼 때, 지방자치단체 입장에서는 지역 대표축제들의 중요성은 갈수록 커지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2012년도 안성세계민속축전 기간 동안 실제로 축제 현장을 방문한 방문객을 대상으로 축제 매력성에 대한 만족과 지역이미지 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 첫째, 축제 매력성 요인 중에서 교통과 홍보안내를 제외한 서비스, 프로그램, 편의시설, 먹거리의 4가지 요인이 관광자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 관광자 만족은 지역이미지에 제고에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

현대 사회는 경제적인 성장과 더불어 주민들의 니즈(Needs)를 어떻게 충분하게 반영해야 하는 중요한 시대에 살고 있다. 공공분야의 욕구는 사회생활에서 살아가는 현대인에게 필요한 기본요건을 의미하며 사회복지정책 차원에서도 매우 중요하다. 이러한 공익적 욕구를 해소하기 위해서 최근 들어 공공디자인에 대한 시설을 지자체마다 활발하게 설치하여 주민들의 편의를 높이고 공공서비스를 확대를 정책적으로 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 공공디자인은 합리적인 계획과 유지관리가 원활하게 이루어지도록 설치되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도시지역의 근린공원에 설치될 공익시설물을 대상으로 공공디자인의 현황과 선행연구를 고찰하고 디자인의 개념을 명확히 하여 근린공간에 설치될 공공시설물의 디자인 문제점을 파악해 새롭게 디자인하여 적용하고자 한다. 이러한 실무 개발을 위한 디자인 방향과 공공시설물에 대한 보관, 조립, 관리가 편리한 모듈 조립형 디자인을 제시하여 향후 공공디자인 개발에 관련된 합리적 유지관리 방향을 살펴보고 공공디자인개발 정책에 반영할 수 있는 디자인 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다.
