The hazardous enterprise has been increasing its relative importance day by day in the economy of our country and the world. However, it's mostly true to have been relatively neglected in the field of technical strategy. This is to provide for methodological frame about the research in this field in the future by researching on what kind of technical and marketing strategies make what kind of effect on the result of hazardous enterprise together with the strategy for success by meeting the necessity of this research. Therefore, the individual variable within this research was divided into three parts like technical strategy, marketing strategy and industrial environment. It used the type division of venture-company(High-tech type, Superior enterprise type, Boutique type, General enterprise type) as a controllable variable and the result of hazardous enterprise as a subordinate variable. The result of this research is that the technical strategy of hazardous enterprise has lots of possibilities to raise the financial result if it raises technical reform and supplementary character and technical integration level in case that newly-established hazardous enterprise with relatively lower capital power than big enterprise pursues technical strategy.

This study selects Sunwol local group, Gusang local group and Yongjun local group to examine the appropriate amount of applied fertilizer in cultivating the double crop seed of Alisma plantago by transplantation in the southern area, improve and complements the double cropping techniques and contribute to stable production. While the plant height is 45,47 and 49cm and the number of leaves is 11.7, 12.5 and 14.4 at non-fertilizing plot, the plant height is 67, 72 and 75cm and the number of leaves is 15.8, 17.2 and 19.3 at all fertilizing plot and their growth is active and in the character of plant height and the number of leaves, especially in the groove of N-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-K$_{2}$O= 30-15-45kg/10a, the mean plant height of Sunwol is 75cm and mean number of its leaves is 19.3, the mean plant height and number of leaves in Gusang are 72cm and 17.2 respectively and those of Yongjun are 67cm and 15.8 respectively. While the number of floral axis is 1,2 in non-fertilizing plot, that of the whole varieties in all fertilizing plot is 3, 4, 5 and the mean floral axis of Sunwol is N-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-K$_{2}$O = 10-5-15, 20-10-30, 30-15-45 kg/10a and 18-0-18 of complex fertilizer and 21-17-17kg/10a and it is small in all fertilizing plot. The yield of dry root per 10a is high in all fertilizing grooves and especially in the groove of N-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-K$_{2}$O = 30-15-45 kg/10a, it is 372.6kg, in the groove of 18-0-18kg/10a using complex fertilizer, it is 389.1kg and in that of 21-17-17kg/10a, it is 376.7kg.6.7kg.

Specially, some big construction companies are promoting get down to construction business risk management skill & development. Enterprise risk management system, recognized to risk portfolio, is suggested. instead of individually risk management. This study indicates ERM basic model, considering construction risk character, for apply to ERM to field of construction . And it is including analysis of recognition level and reality about ERM in construction company.

Just as social welfare facilities and system are the barometers of a nation's quality & standard of living, the facilities of student's union building symbolizes level of welfare facilities and systems of a university. A university is a group of individuals searching for and studying the truth, so it is the highest of all education centers. At the same time, a university builds one's character. this infers that leisure activity in a university is a condition that facilitates the ability to create a healthy body and healthy soul. Additionally, active experiences for a human social life take people away from daily stresses and release the tensions of university studies. Therefore, a university campus should be built not only for students researching and studying, but also to aid in the growth of a students body, soul and mind. When creating a university master plan, increasing the number of students, promotion of a good educational environment and preparation of students for future development should be of primary consideration. There are several factors to aid this. The factors are; the academic plan, leisure activity, the belief system of university student and physical and environmental factors. The research presented here tells us the most important factor for developing the master plan of a student's union building

The number of vehicle has been increased due to growth of economy. Consequently, the needs for parking area has been increasing. there is a serious problem in aged-apartments. It result from observing a parking lot law at that times. That is the reason why residents demand parking lot expansion. Parking lot addition is being studied on a lots different standpoint to solve the present parking lot condition. Parking lot expansion is limited by housing complex characteristics. This study analyzed the housing complex characteristics of aged-apartment. It is analyzed that the number of house holders, distance between buildings, and level of site for finding housing complex characteristics. The result are as follows. the complex lower than 300 households is about 35% in the Number of households. The buildings which has a moving distance from 41m to 50 is nearly 23%. Them the 멕스둣 house located on the flat is 82%. This study will become a reference data for the parking lot expansion.

Recent globalization and de-industrialization have caused intensive competition among places; hence, cities worldwide are pursuing regeneration and enhanced competitiveness through cultural strategies. Focusing on the cultural strategies of local cities in Japan, this paper reveals that the concept of "being-a-region" is key to cultural strategies, and explores what logic is inherent in such regional developments. Since the period of rapid economic growth, Japanese local cities have played the role of "Furusato(home) for Japanese." With the recent decentralization, "being-a-region" is now emerging as a powerful discourse for the cultural strategies of local cities. This idea of "being-a-region" can be largely defined as a region's special character or even an existential sense of place, but in fact it is political relationships among agencies that define the region. "Being a region" in Japan appears to extend to "being a nation." Thus, it would be necessary to focus on the power relationships that surround the concept of "being a region" when we deal with the meaning of region in relationships to cultural strategies of local cities.

For the rapid development of society, such as small family, one-people family is following. The traditional family is being changed, so the older stay home alone. That makes it more and more. Staying home alone, the older's health and safety are worth considering by us. With the rapid development of RFIDRadio Frequency Identification) technology, its applications have extended to all areas of our lifes. RFIDRadio Frequency Identification) has became a major topic of concern in multi-industry. With the high-speed economic growth and the development of science, medicine, the old people's life expectancy is increasing slightly. So it is necessary to design a protective system for the older's safety. In this thesis, self-care system is made by using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology to authenticate an user and using TTS(test to speech) to convert character information to voice information and also using infrared radiation technology to protect home effectively, and using e-blood pressure monitors to examination the older's bodies.

Purpose : ${\beta}$-sitosterol is kind of phytosterols or plant which are structurally similar to cholesterol. This study was aimed to investigate the inhibitory effect of the ${\beta}$-sitosterol on the proliferation of human uterine leiomyoma cells and the expression of gene related the mechanism of cell apoptosis. Methods : We counted the number of death cells treated with indicated time of the ${\beta}$-sitosterol and investigated cell death rate by cell count assay. Furthermore, flow cytometry analysis and DNA fragmentation assay were used to dissect between necrosis and apoptosis. and then we observed the differential gene expression by western blot analysis. Results : 1) The inhibitory effect on the growth of uterine leiomyoma cell treated with the ${\beta}$-sitosterol $16{\mu}M$ was increased in a time dependent. 2) The result of flow cytometry analysis, subG1 phase arrest related cell apoptosis was investigated 16.97% in uterine leiomyoma cell treated with the ${\beta}$-sitosterol $16{\mu}M$ and showed the fashion of proportional time dependent. 3) The gene expression of p27, p21 related cell cycle was increased according to increasing time interval but cyclin E-CDK2 complex was decreased expression. 4) The character of apoptosis, DNA fragmentation was significantly observed on the time dependent. 5) The expression of pro-caspase 3 and PARP were decreased dependent on treatment with time dependent. Conclusion : This study showed that the ${\beta}$-sitosterol have the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human uterine leiomyoma cell and the effect was related with apoptosis.

Advance development of the internet has brought significant changes to the distribution structure of the fashion industry, resulting in decreased sales in Road shops and sudden growth of online fashion specialty shopping malls. As detailed analysis on internet fashion shopping malls is necessary in order to make a future projection on changes in the fashion industry, this thesis aims to study the color, fabric / pattern, silhouette, item / detail, image, etc of 2008 S/S apparel fashion style sold in the top ten shopping malls, selected in terms of sales volume and awareness. The results were further analyzed to characterize each individual shopping malls, upon which the design was compared with the five main trends for the season provided by three fashion research agencies in order to study the level of trend acceptance. Studies showed that 'Romantic Sake' trend was most widely accepted, followed by 'Eco Nature' which most reflected the characteristics of Spring. 'Modern Ethenic' trend was most aggressively accepted at more upscale shopping malls targeting older demographic, while " Play Urban' was highly accepted by shopping malls specializing in young casual. Due to the disadvantage of not being able to try on the items before purchase, styles following the 'City Luxe' trend featuring fitted suits showed the lowest trend acceptance. Amongst the design elements, color was most widely accepted.

A quest in MMORPG functions as a unit of game narrative. It is an essential part to progress game narrative and to construct player's own storyline. In addition, it makes player to expand her territory and helps with character growth by giving reward. A quest consists of four essential elements : the quest giver, the background story, the objective and the reward. A quest shows a blanch structure with two nodes which is same as Claude Bremond's elementary sequence. The sequence of each functions cannot be changed, therefore, it can be explained through a syntagma model. On the other hand, spatial disposition of quests follows a paradigm model. In order to construct a MMORPG narrative, a player connects quests into a single narrative by carrying out them.
