Mobile cellular networks are becoming increasingly complex to manage while classical deployment/optimization techniques and current solutions (i.e., cell densification, acquiring more spectrum, etc.) are cost-ineffective and thus seen as stopgaps. This calls for development of novel approaches that leverage recent advances in storage/memory, context-awareness, edge/cloud computing, and falls into framework of big data. However, the big data by itself is yet another complex phenomena to handle and comes with its notorious 4V: Velocity, voracity, volume, and variety. In this work, we address these issues in optimization of 5G wireless networks via the notion of proactive caching at the base stations. In particular, we investigate the gains of proactive caching in terms of backhaul offloadings and request satisfactions, while tackling the large-amount of available data for content popularity estimation. In order to estimate the content popularity, we first collect users' mobile traffic data from a Turkish telecom operator from several base stations in hours of time interval. Then, an analysis is carried out locally on a big data platformand the gains of proactive caching at the base stations are investigated via numerical simulations. It turns out that several gains are possible depending on the level of available information and storage size. For instance, with 10% of content ratings and 15.4Gbyte of storage size (87%of total catalog size), proactive caching achieves 100% of request satisfaction and offloads 98% of the backhaul when considering 16 base stations.
Microblog is emerging as a new communication service because of its usefulness and real-time accessability. Recently, microblog services, such as twitter and me2day in Korea, are getting a great attention. Continuous use intention is critical to sustain the service. However, most recent studies are based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM). These models are only focused on individual factors and overlook social influence factors. Social influence has been indicated as a critical factor of technology adoption and diffusion in social context(Davis, 1989; Fulk et al., 1987). In this study, we explore factors related to social influence which effect on continuous use intention for 'me2day' that is one of the most famous microblog in Korea. The purpose of this study is to understand continuous use intention and examine the relationship among social influence factors, social presence, and continuous use intention. To understand the phenomenon of continuous use intention in microblog service, this study employed social influence theory and expanded it by adding personal network exposure and group norm as additional social influence factors. The results show that social identity, group norms, and social presence positively influences continuous use intention. Contrary to our expectation, personal network exposure does not influence on continuous use intention. Academically, this research can contribute to microblog research field through elucidating the relationship among social influence factors, social presence, and continuous use intention. Although there is not enough research which is considered social influence factors as major explanation for continuous use intention, this study can give novel point of view to understand continuous use intention of microblog. Practically, service providers could consider ways to encourage users to continually use microblog service by reinforcing social influence factors and social presence.
Unit cost for asbestos removal work which have been made out at government contract award for recent three years has been reviewed and shown with table. And the cost have been compared with ones made out by two agencies, American asbestos removal specialists, government ministry for making out comparison tables. First, legal and practical work status survey have been made to determine reasonability of introducing separate contract-awarding system, as a part of ensuring reasonable unit work cost. And then, two different status have been compared and there in introduction possibility of separate contract-awarding system, it is found out. In interior removal work case, it is thought that 50% by owner, 60% unit work cost by the expert of which removal specialist think as reasonable unit cost. the results for exterior and spray work method are shown with almost same context. Impact factors for determining unit work cost such as project mount, project kind, contract-awarding method, subcontract method have been compared with parties. Removal specialist and expert group have almost same ideas for project amount which has been hightestly weighed but owner's recognition has partially lower than specialists idea. There are almost no difference of recognition between three(3) parties for project kind. Idea comparison of reasonable unit work cost for asbestos removal work between three concerned parties has been analyzed and found out that expert group do unit work cost, 65% of which removal specialists estimate, in interior tex removal. And there is almost no difference between them in exterior roof slate removal. But there is considerable difference between them that owner estimates 50% unit cost of specialist one while expert group estimate 50% of specialist idea of unit removal cost.
This study added stevia leaf powder at ratios of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 percent to Omija-pyun (Schisandra chinensis Jelly) as a natural low-calorie sweetener instead of sugar which is added to Omija-pyun in considerable amounts to evaluate quality characteristics and antioxidant activities compared to the control group with the addition of sugar. Moisture content of Omija-pyun expanded by increasing the measurement of stevia leaf powder (p<0.001), pH (p<0.01) and sugar content (p<0.001) decreased. L-values and b-values revealed a tendency to increase by adding more stevia leaf powder, but a-value revealed a tendency to decrease (p<0.001). Hardness (p<0.001) and chewiness (p<0.05) decreased by adding more stevia leaf powder. Based on the consumer preference evaluation, Omija-pyun with the addition of 0.5 percent stevia leaf powder was the most preferable in terms of color and flavor (p<0.001). The control group and Omija-pyun with the addition of 0.5 percent stevia leaf powder was the most preferable in terms of taste and texture (p<0.001). There were significant differences in the organoleptic properties except hardness between the samples by quantitative descriptive analysis. The control group revealed the highest preference in terms of redness and transparency, and redness and transparency tended to decrease by adding more stevia leaf powder (p<0.001). Organoleptic properties on bitterness and sourness were enhanced by adding more stevia leaf powder in the principal component analysis (PCA). Regarding antioxidant properties, total phenol compounds and flavonoid contents of Omija-pyun increased by adding more stevia leaf powder, and DPPH radical scavenging capacity also increased (p<0.001). Based on results, it is preferable to serve Omija-pyun with the addition of 1.0 percent stevia leaf powder instead of sugar within the context of quality and antioxidant activity.

Objectives A case report is a detailed medical description of previously unreported observations or complications of medical conditions, unique use cases of tests, or new side effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves (JKCMSN). Methods Case reports published in the JKCMSN from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected using the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports was assessed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guidelines. Results Sixty case reports that met the inclusion criteria were included in the assessment. Our analysis revealed that 71.42% of the case reports included all the necessary information and their level of reporting was good. However, their scores in the qualitative subdivisions of the reporting level parameters showed that the quality level was uneven. More than 65% of the papers did not report in the following categories: "Keywords," "Patient information," "Timeline," "Diagnostic assessment," "Therapeutic interventions," "Follow-up and outcomes," "Patient perspective," and "Informed consent." Conclusions Our analysis shows that CARE guidelines need to be followed more rigorously to improve the quality of reporting in the JKCMSN. Further efforts are necessary to develop reporting guidelines and evaluation tools relevant to the Korean clinical context.

This study is a qualitative study conducted using focus group interviews to examine the mixed offline and online education experience of nursing students in the context of Covid-19. The subjects of this study included 7 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at J City V University, and focus group interviews were conducted with sufficient explanation and written consent for the study. The contents of the interviews were recorded, and the interview contents were directly transcribed directly after the interview. Research results were derived through content analysis. As a result of the study, 5 domains, 10 categories, and 24 subcategories were derived from the experiences of nursing college students on mixed lectures. The 5 domains included 'mixed lectures,' 'tasks,' 'tests,' 'motivation,' and 'improvement.' The contents of each domain derived from this research result are expected to be used as basic data in the design of the on/offline mixed lectures in the future.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The exposure to sucrose in rats has mimic abnormalities attributed to metabolic syndrome (MetS). The effects of honey bee and "free" glucose and fructose, have not been explored in this context. The aim was to expose Wistar rodents to sucrose solution (SS), honey solution (HS) and fructose/glucose solution (GFS) at 30% to assess their effects. SUBJECTS/METHODS: HS (n = 10), SS (n = 10) and GFS (n = 10) groups were formed. Solutions were ad libitum along 14-weeks. RESULTS: Between solutions consumptions, honey was significantly 42% higher (P = 0.000), while similar consumption was observed among GFS and SS. The feeding pattern of HS consumption was irregular along experiment; while the food intake pattern showed the similar trend among groups along time. Non statistical differences were obtained in any biochemical and anthropometric measure, however, a higher concentration of leptin (721 ± 507 pg/mL), lower concentration of total cholesterol (TC; 48.87 ± 2.41 mg/100 mL), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL; 16.47 ± 6.55 mg/100 mL) and triglycerides (82.37 ± 32.77 mg/100 mL) was obtained in SS group. For anthropometric values, HS showed less total adipose tissue (AT; average 26 vs. 31-33 g) and adiposity index (average 6.11 vs. 7.6). Due to sugar-sweetened beverages consumption increases the risk for the development of chronic diseases; correlations between fluid intake and anthropometric and biochemical parameters were assessed. A moderate correlation was obtained in groups with the weight of total AT and solution intake; for the weight gain in GFS group and for triglycerides in HS and GFS. The highest hepatic tissue damage was observed in SS group with multiple intracytoplasmic vacuoles, atypia changes, moderate pleomorphism and hepatocellular necrosis. CONCLUSIONS: In spite of the significantly higher consumption of HS, biochemical, anthropometrical and histological effects were not remarkably different in comparision to other sweeteners.
On 27 October the Supreme Court of UK handed down its much anticipated decision in Kabab-Ji SAL (Lebanon) v Kout Food Group (Kuwait) [2021] UKSC 48. The issues for the Supreme Court to decide were as follows: (1) which law governed the validity of the arbitration agreement; (2) if English law applied, whether, as a matter of English law, there was any real prospect that a court might find that KFG became a party to the arbitration agreement, and (3) whether, procedurally, the Court of Appeal was correct in giving summary judgment refusing recognition and enforcement the award, or whether there should have been a full rehearing of whether there was a valid and binding arbitration agreement for the purposes of the New York Convention and the AA 1996 (the 'procedural' issue) The decision in Kabab-Ji provides further reassuring clarity on how the governing law of the arbitration agreement is to be determined under English law where the governing law is not expressly stated in the arbitration agreement itself. The Supreme Court's reasoning is consistent with its earlier decision on the same issue, albeit in the context of enforcement pursuant to the New York Convention, rather than considering the arbitration agreement before an award is rendered. This paper presents some implications of Kabab-Ji case. Also, it seeks to provide a meaningful discussion and theories on the arbitration system in Korea.
Objectives: Thiamine is thought to modify sleeping patterns, while alcohol use diminishes internal thiamine levels. We investigated the association between thiamine intake and sleep duration and explored possible heterogeneity in the effect according to alcohol use. Methods: In total, 15 384 participants aged 19-64 were obtained from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2012-2016. Nutrient intake, including thiamine, was measured using a food frequency questionnaire. Sleep duration was measured by a self-reported questionnaire. The highest thiamine intake quartile was set as the reference group. Participants were divided into 3 groups, with 7-8 hours of daily sleep as a reference group and those who slept more or less than that as "oversleeping" and "insufficient sleeping," respectively. Multivariate logistic regression was used, adjusting for socioeconomic, medical, and nutritional factors. Additionally, participants were stratified according to high-risk alcohol use defined by the World Health Organization standards on alcohol use. Results: Low thiamine intake was associated with oversleeping (Q3: odds ratio [OR], 1.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.86 to 1.32; Q2: OR, 1.24; 95% CI, 0.99 to 1.55; Q1: OR, 1.49; 95% CI, 1.16 to 1.91) and showed a significant trend for higher ORs at lower intake levels (p-trend<0.001). The effect was stronger in the high-risk alcohol use group (Q1: OR, 1.78; 95% CI, 1.28 to 2.49). Conclusions: Low thiamine intake was associated with oversleeping, and alcohol use intensified that association. These results were found in a context where overt clinical symptoms due to thiamine deficiency are considered rare. More awareness of the potential relationship of thiamine intake with oversleeping and its related risks should be considered.
With the proliferation of the "Untact" culture (non-face-to-face society), advanced technologies have accelerated the cashierless systems in the retail context. Cashierless fashion stores are expected to grow rapidly in the same way automated convenience stores grew in popularity. Applying the extended technology acceptance theory, this study aims to investigate how the attributes of cashierless fashion store influence consumers' acceptance of it and to examine how consumer's technology readiness moderates the model. Two online surveys-preliminary and secondary-were conducted to collect data from consumers in their 20s and 30s who had experienced cashierless stores over the past year. To analyze a total of 423 responses, this study conducted a confirmatory factor analysis, a multi-group factor analysis, a multi-group structure equation modeling, and a descriptive analysis. The results demonstrate that convenience, trustworthiness, and price had a positive impact on perceived ease of use, while service quality had a negative one. Enjoyment, convenience, trustworthiness, and price positively influenced perceived usefulness. Both perceived ease of use and usefulness increased the intention to use. Furthermore, the multi-group comparison confirmed that the positive dimensions of consumer's technology readiness played a moderating role in the model. This study provides a research foundation for consumer acceptance of technologically advanced stores and offers practical implications to companies planning cashierless fashion stores.
