최근 해외건설시장은 정체된 국내시장에 대한 대안으로서 국내 건설업체의 관심과 신규 진출이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 해외건설시장은 국내 시장에 비해 상대적으로 건설업체가 직면하게 되는 리스크 부담이 크기 때문에 시장 진출에 대해서 신중하고 합리적인 의사결정이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 많은 연구들이 관심이 증가하고 있는 개별 시장의 리스크에 대해 분석하고 있으며, 이를 고려한 시장 진출 의사결정 모델에 관한 연구도 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 건설기업의 입장에서 신규시장 진출을 재무적인 측면에서 고려하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 시장진출 시의 경쟁 상황을 고려한 실물옵션 게임 (real options game)을 통해 시장 모형을 도출하고, 이를 통해 해당 시장진출에 대한 투자 여부를 판단하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 도출된 시장진출모형은 가정을 통해 제약된 조건 상황 속에서의 특수 모델로서, 추후 연구를 통해 정보의 불균형성, 경쟁 기업 수의 일반화 등을 고려하여 보다 현실성 있는 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Since the mid-2000s, Korean large-sized construction companies have pursued in earnest to expand their business to global construction market in surroundings that domestic market have a continuous and long-term stagnation. However, during last a few years, they have experienced the serious financial loss from international projects. In the meantime, for the sound improvement of Korean construction industry, many stakeholders long for efficient early warning signals to generally monitor and track the potential risks of international projects. In this study, we introduce an International Project Risk Index (IPRI), which is derived from massive data provided by large-sized companies, and expect to provide the practitioners and decision makers as an aid to proactively cope with the change of the potential risks. The outcomes from the IPRI can be utilized to prepare a timely management strategy and to establish an appropriate government support regulation.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply the oversea construction competitiveness evaluation model which measures the competitiveness of construction companies in global construction market. This model consists of the design and construction competitiveness indexes by ENR statistic data and provides the oversea construction competitiveness index based on the evaluation model.

While it Is well-known that Total duality Management (TQM) can generate and sustain competitive advantage, its process and components have not been clearly identified for the construction industry. This paper aims first to enhance the understanding of TQM Content and Process. Then, drawing various seminal works on TQM and an application of market-based and resource-based theory, a consolidated model identifying the relationship among TQM principles and gaining a sustainable competitive advantage is proposed. Finally, the influence of TQM on sustainable competitive advantage of construction organizations is discussed, thereby interpreting the proposed model. Recognition of TQM's influence will be a starting point, enabling the construction industry to sustain their competitive advantage in the highly competitive global construction market.

The construction market condition is getting worse because of global constructions slow down, low profit, market contraction and so on. For these reason, most construction companies depend on public construction projects which possible to protect construction fee, known as progress payment, by laws. Despite this law, problems of progress payment are constantly occurring and it has been main factors that hinder the construction cost's cash-flow in construction project. To solve this problem, many researchers suggested various solutions but most of solutions were focused on specific target as owner, general contractor, and subcontractor. So, most of solutions were insufficient consider about interaction between contractors. Because of these reasons, it was hard to reflected policy. This research aimed to use system dynamics to develop the model for the application and payment based on the regulations and papers. Also, performed a developed model's verification based on progress payment regulation's basic objectives.

2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 국내의 주택시장은 침체기를 겪고 있으며 이에 따라 주택가격의 하락, 임대주택가격의 상승등과 같은 주택시장의 문제점이 발생하였다. 주택시장의 정상화를 위해 정부에서는 다양한 주택정책을 발표하였으나 주택시장은 아직 회복세를 보이지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주택시장의 침체 원인 분석하기 위해 주택 시장의 주요 참여자인 주택공급자와 주택 수요자를 기존의 수요 공급 원리에 의해서 분석하며 이들의 거래의사에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인을 행동경제학 이론을 바탕으로 분석한다. 이의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시스템다이내믹스 시뮬레이션 방법론을 사용하여 발표된 정책의 실효성을 검증한 결과 정책의 입안 기간에 따라 주택 거래량과 주택담보대출 총액이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 해외사업은 민간자본을 유입하여 SOC 사업을 발주하는 형태의 사업들이 증가추세이기 때문에, 해외건설 글로벌 기업들은 해외수주전략을 이에 맞게 수립하여 진출할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 개발도상국가의 PPP 역량 평가모델을 개발하여 국내 해외건설기업들이 해외진출 전략을 수립하는데 활용하고자 한다. PPP 역량평가모델은 선행연구 고찰과 해외건설전문가 면담조사를 통하여 PPP 역량평가 항목과 인프라 환경 역량평가 항목과 중요도를 분석하였다. 상기 분석결과와 전문가 조사를 통하여 해외건설기업의 PPP시장 진출시 문제점과 개선방안을 제안하였다. 특히 우리나라의 해외건설기업들이 PPP사업 진출 가능성이 높은 국가는 PPP 제도 수준이 성숙하고, 건설리스크가 낮고, 인프라 시장규모와 성장률이 높은 진출환경이 양호한 국가가 선정되었다. 또한 해외건설PPP 시장진출시 문제점으로는 PPP 투자 경험부족, PPP역량 및 인프라 환경 정보부족, PPP 전문가 부족이 도출되었고, 개선방안으로 단독진출보다는 국내외 업체와 협력하여 진출하고, PPP 사업진출 국가 환경에 맞는 사업에 맞게 진출하는 것을 제안하였다. 또한 PPP 금융 및 계약전문가의 확보를 위한 교육과정 개발과 각 국가별 PPP 정보 제공하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과는 해외건설기업이 해외건설 시장진출 전략을 제안하여 해외진출 전략과 정책수립에 활용하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

중국의 건설기업은 글로벌 건설시장에서 역할이 점점 커지고 있다. 중국 건설기업의 실적은 감리공정사를 포함한 중국 건설기술자의 능력과 자격제도에서부터 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 건축시공분야의 중요 자격제도인 감리공정사 자격제도의 특성을 분석하여 자격체계와 시험종목과 세부과목 등 전반적인 제도를 조사하여 특성을 분석하고 그 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 중국의 감리공정사자격제도는 한국의 기술사 동등의 제도인 건조사 자격제도와 대비하여 별도의 시험종목과 세부과목의 구체성을 가지고 독립적인 국가자격제도로서 운영되고 있다. 이러한 감리사의 국가자격제도를 별도로 운영하는 장점은 체계적인 시험종목 및 과목의 운영과 국가제도의 권위에 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 중국의 감리공정사 관련 국가자격체계는 한국의 제도적인 개선을 모색할 때 다양한 시사점을 준다고 판단된다. 기술자격제도에 대한 중국과 한국의 상호적인 이해는 글로벌 시장에서 협력관계를 증진시킬 때 중요한 이슈가 될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the scale of overseas design orders in Korea, China and Japan by region and type of work, and to draw implications. As a result of analyzing the overseas design sales market of Korea, China and Japan, all three countries have the highest percentage of overseas sales in the Asian market, and the overseas design sales are the highest in power generation, chemical plant and transportation sectors. In addition to the Middle East and Asian markets, Japan and China have also diversified their strategies to diversify their markets by taking orders in various regions such as Europe, Africa and the United States. In particular, China is promoting the "New Silk Road Project" (One belt, One road), linking land and sea to a total of 25 countries and actively supporting aid projects in Africa and Asia, have. In addition, Japan has been actively supporting the government's expansion of ODA projects to expand overseas market entry. Therefore, it is necessary for Korea to increase its market share through diversification of overseas design market and diversification of industrial type, and to participate in overseas design market by expanding customized R&D investment.

최근 해외건설시장에서는 산업설비 분야를 중심으로 기획, 설계, 구매조달, 시공을 통합하는 EPC(Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) 형태의 발주물량이 증가하고 있으며, 토목산업 분야에서도 점차 Design-Build 발주사례가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 발주환경의 변화에 따라 프로젝트종합관리, 기본설계 등 건설엔지니어링의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 아직까지 국내 건설산업은 시공 위주의 산업구조에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 토목산업의 엔지니어링 역량을 제고하고, 장기적으로는 설계-시공 균형발전을 위한 산업 차원의 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 국내외 건설산업 현황을 분석하였으며, 국내 건설업체들의 인식수준 및 니즈 파악을 위한 설문조사와 발전방안의 실효성 검토를 위한 전문가 심층면담을 순차적으로 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 국내 토목산업의 설계-시공 균형발전 방안은 1) 토목설계업 관리체계 효율화, 2) 토목설계업 관련 제도 선진화, 3) 고부가가치 우수인력 육성, 4) 엔지니어링조합 및 컨소시엄 구성, 5) 해외건설 협력기구 조직 및 운영으로 구분하여 제시되었다.
