본 연구는 국제 커뮤니케이션 네트워크에 존재하는 국가들의 하위집단을 분석하여 국제 커뮤니케이션 현상에 대한 실증적 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전 세계 트위터 사용자의 커뮤니케이션 데이터를 수집하여 국제 커뮤니케이션 네트워크를 구성하였으며, 국제연합과 세계경제포럼에서 사용하는 국가의 지리적, 경제적 속성을 추가하였다. 국제 커뮤니케이션 네트워크에서 국가의 위치를 파악하기 위하여 중심성 분석과 핵심-주변 분석을 실시하였으며, 하위집단의 커뮤니케이션 관계를 이해하기 위하여 하위집단 내와 하위집단 간의 응집력을 분석하였다. 또한 국제 커뮤니케이션 네트워크에 내재되어 있는 하위집단을 발견하기 위하여 군집 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면, 국제 커뮤니케이션 네트워크에는 핵심 국가들이 중심적인 위치를 차지하는 핵심-주변 구조가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 경제적 수준에 따른 국제 커뮤니케이션의 위계 구조가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 군집 분석을 통해 경제, 지리, 역사, 문화, 종교 등 다양한 내용의 동질감을 갖는 하위집단을 발견하였다.

This study describes the accounting approach of separating the value chain components that occur between the origin and destination of a country's total exports, and applied this analysis to the nation's information and communication industry. As a result of this study, the analysis results of ICT's global value chain for the United States and China, focusing on Korea, are as follows: First of all, the value added standard was relatively lower than the export amount standard for the information and communication industry. In particular, the gap was starkly visible in the information and communication manufacturing sector, where global vertical specialization was developed relatively. As a representative sector, the computer-related equipment sector exported to China became more specialized vertically than other information and communication industries. Next, the method of participating in vertical specialization of Korea's information and communication sector and its relative position in the global value chain came from domestic products (0.25/35.16) whose total exports, which were double calculated in the case of the U.S. market, returned home. On the other hand, about 32.68 percent returned to the Chinese market. Finally, in the global value chain level, the SW sector occupied a medium vertical culture location for the information and communication equipment sector and the information and communication service sector.

본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량 배양을 위한 교육과정을 개발할 때 교육내용 선정을 위한 기초자료를 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 글로벌 역량의 하위요소에 대한 기존 연구를 검토하여 하위 역량요소를 수정, 보완하여 글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량의 하위요소를 선정하였다. 선정된 글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량의 하위요소의 중요도에 대해 20개 기업체 근무자 148명을 대상으로 인식 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 언어 능력인 영어 이메일 작성, 영어 자료 및 문서 읽고 이해, 전화영어, 비즈니스 영어회화, 사회언어적 능력인 타문화에 대한 이해, 전략적 능력인 커뮤니케이션 스킬, 글로벌 비즈니스 이해 능력인 비즈니스 지식이 비교적 높은 중요도를 보였다. 따라서 글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량 배양을 위한 교육내용을 선정할 때 우선적으로 이들 요소를 포함시키는 것이 바람직하다는 결론을 내렸다.

The objective of this study is the developement monitoring measurement using global positioning digital datalogger system for monitoring measurement of railway construction sites. For the replacement of current passive data communication, Global positioning digital datalogger system using active communication is studied for the first time with in a country. Therefore data communication method and analyzing program of automatic measurement data is developed for the global positioning automatic digital datalogger system. The results of this study will be using real time automatic monitoring measurement of railway structures.

Mobile users want to be provided with undisrupted network services when they navigate on the Next-Generation (NG) wireless networks. For that, interlocking with a heterogeneous network is important, but there have been few studies on the method for guaranteeing global mobility. Thus, this paper proposes the Proxy-LMA technique, the mobile IP-based global inter-networking system, to enhance global mobility and interoperability within the Next-Generation (NG) network environment. The purpose of the proposed Proxy-LMA system is to expand the boundary of the mobility with regards to the existing mobility management protocol (PMIPv6 and MIPv6) in order to guarantee global mobility and interoperability within the heterogeneous network environment. The results of the performance evaluation showed that the proposed Proxy-LMA system was more efficient than other methods from the standpoint of signaling cost and delay in the heterogeneous network environment.

This paper investigated the influence of foreign words, otherwise known as loan words, on global communication abilities of university students from two non English-speaking countries: Korea and Japan. To survey the understanding and usage of foreign words which are from English language and used frequently in daily conversation, questionnaires were administered to Korean and Japanese university students majoring in engineering who shared similar linguistic backgrounds. The results were analyzed from global communication viewpoint. Based on the results, methods for improving global communication skills in engineering education were proposed.

대칭이고 큰 희소 행렬(Large Sparse Matrices)에 대한 가장 작거나 또는 가장 큰 고유치(Eigenvalues)들을 구하기 위해서 Lanczos 방법이 많이 이용된다. MP(Message Passing) 병렬 컴퓨터에서 global communications은 계산 속도를 떨어뜨린다. 본 논문에서는 s-step Lanczos 알고리즘을 소개하였으며 이 s-step 방법은 기존의 Lanczos 알고리즘에 의해 생성된 행렬에 유사한 축소 행렬을 생성하며 s-step Lanczos 알고리즘에서 한번의 반복은 기존의 Lanczos 알고리즘의 s 번 반복에 해당한다. s-step 방법은 global communications을 최소화하였으며 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 뛰어난 병렬 성질을 가진다. 알고리즘들은 Cray T3E에서 수행되었으며 그 결과를 볼 수 있다.

The proposed system in this paper utilizes the SIP and self-defined control protocol to provide global wireless communication over the data link of Orbcomm system. Main processor board connected to Orbcomm communication subscriber is designed to interface with digital I/O and AD/DA convertor for various application of control and .measurement. Hardware system implemented in this paper also includes the function of real-time clock and position report using GPS receiver The experimental result of the proposed global wireless communication system is evaluated via real-time experiments, and we have confirmed it works well according to the protocol designed in this paper.

In this study under the distributed system for efficient distribution resource completely symmetic global scheduler was designed and implemented to obtain the general global scheduler, that is load balancing as sharing objectives. To balance the system's load efficiently each node must be designed to get right decision-making. Thus we considered computing time to estimate fault such as delay on communication network, communication period and other decision-making. Load balancing mechanism which suggested in this study was implemented in the distributed system which IBM PC/AT linked to and composed with Ethernet. The target operating system was composed of IBM PC/AT as a basic construction in which proper type of UNIX operating system were ported and communication layer chose communication type implemented from Amoeba. The method of IPC employing layered multilevel access method to avoid inefficient protocol using direct communication mode guarantees rapid response due to short ready time for IPC.

In this paper, the contemporary deployment of broadband and Internet-of-Things (IoT) services based on the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communication network is presented. First, the global service and key technologies of small and nanosatellites are briefly addressed, and then, the progress of relevant standard technologies is explained. Finally, the overall potential for the future development of the LEO satellite communication network is highlighted.
