The purpose of the thesis is to explore ways of improving the quality of urban life by analyzing the Luzinterruptus's work looking for a new perspective on the relationship between environmental color and society. The street artist Luzinterruptus was born in Spain, is a leader in the field of New Genre Public Art brush on a canvas of light in the night. They should seek the views of other common color system and color environments. The method of research is urban design, we consider the concept of the public good understanding, and New Genre Public Art. It also analyzes the environmental color of Luzinterruptus to take advantage of the phenomenology by David Katz color classification. The scope of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the works featured in their website and webzine. Then select a sculpture installation information is stated on the environmental color of their work. The role of environmental color in their work is not an aesthetic experience of harmonious urban landscape was seeking Public Art. The citizens of the area and the installation work themselves. Also it listed as demolition after the exhibition to realize the difference with other people and take advantage to environmental color. Therefore, they the contemporary agenda in many part of narrative takes in the garbage or disposables that you can easily look at our surroundings, In addition, citizens are directly experiencing the fantastic custom-made lights and colors and objects of the oversize as a potential recalls memories. Thus, the use of environmental color comfortable life there is horizontal participation and communication of the 'citizens' critical perspective of the 21st century cumulative cities.

As the mobile market expands, a variety of platforms are available to provide multimodal media content. Multimodal media content contains heterogeneous data, accordingly, user requires much time and effort to select preferred content. Therefore, in this paper we propose multimodal media content classification using keyword weighting for recommendation. The proposed method extracts keyword that best represent contents through keyword weighting in text data of multimodal media contents. Based on the extracted data, genre class with subclass are generated and classify appropriate multimodal media contents. In addition, the user's preference evaluation is performed for personalized recommendation, and multimodal content is recommended based on the result of the user's content preference analysis. The performance evaluation verifies that it is superiority of recommendation results through the accuracy and satisfaction. The recommendation accuracy is 74.62% and the satisfaction rate is 69.1%, because it is recommended considering the user's favorite the keyword as well as the genre.

With the development of cultural industries and technology, digital video marketing has grown immensely and 'Book Trailer' are now one of the main methods of promoting a title in publishing industry. The demands are growing, but the development lacks basic theoretical foundation and systematic structure. At this crucial moment, basic theoretical research on Book Trailer is necessary to establish a solid foundation for the medium to expand. In this study, I have focused on defining the basic concepts of Book Trailers and analyzing the classification of Book Trailers. In sorting the type of Book Trailers, content and formal appearance were used as standards. As a result, I was able to classify the content genre into message type, conflict type, character type using the elements of story. The formal appearance genre was classified into still photography type, motion typography type, interview type, story movie type and animation type.

This study was conducted to improve the classification schemes of KDC in the fields of motion picture materials. Classification schemes of the KDC, DDC and LCC for motion picture materials were analyzed and compared. From the results, KDC was found to be the least suitable classification system to handle motion picture materials because it had very poorly detailed subdivisions of items and incomplete subsidiary tables to develop some subject items to represent various aspects of motion picture fields. Some suggestions to cover the deficiencies of KDC for motion picture fields were made in terms of 9 subdivisions and 53 sub-items. Particularly, new subdivisions of ‘types of genre', ’motion picture festival', 'worldwide motion pictures' and ’people related to motion pictures' were added.

모든 문화는 그 나름대로의 규칙과 분류와 표준이 존재한다. 게임문화에도 역시 그 발전속도와 규모에 부합되는, 정확한 분류와 표준안이 필요하다. 현재 여러 기관에서 게임 관련자들이 수긍할 수 있는 분류 안을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 기관별, 업체별, 그리고 게임 매체별로 게임 장르 분류에 대한 견해가 조금씩 차이를 보인다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대표적인 게임 장르를 살펴보고, 게임 장르 분류 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내에서 디지털 방송 상용화에 성공하고 전송 모델 또한 다양화됨에 따라 사용자는 다양한 형식으로 다수의 방송 프로그램을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 대한 효율적인 프로그램 관리를 위한 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 서비스가 현재 제공되거나 개발 중이다. 지능형 개인화 EPG는 디지털 방송 스트림이 수신되는 환경에서 사용자와 방송 수신기의 지능적인 매개체로서 운영되며 본 연구는 기존 프로그램 정보에 대한 장르를 학습하고 새로운 프로그램 정보가 입력될 경우 올바르게 장르를 분류할 수 있도록 기계학습 기법이 사용되었다.

본 논문에서는 neural network을 이용한 이미지 장르(유형) 분류 시스템을 소개한다. 이 논문에서 제안된 시스템은 이미지를 예술(art), 사진(photo), 만화(cartoon) 이미지라는 세 가지 장르(유형) 중 하나로 분류한다. 이미지의 특성은 표준 MPEG-7 visual descriptor를 사용하여 추출된 후, neural networks를 이용하여 학습된다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안된 시스템이 80% 이상의 이미지들을 정확한 장르(유형)로 분류하는 것을 보여준다.

본 논문에서는 온라인 오디오 장르 분류의 성능을 비교 분석한다. 온라인 동작을 위해 1초 단위의 오디오 신호를 입력하여 music, speech, effect 중 하나의 장르로 판단한다. 학습 방법은 GMM과 심층 신경망을 사용하며, 특성은 MFCC와 스펙트로그램을 포함하는 네 가지 종류의 벡터를 사용한다. 각 성능을 비교 분석하여 장르 분류에 적합한 학습 방법과 특성 벡터를 확인한다.

In digital multimedia society, we usually use the digital sound music ( Mp3, wav, etc.) system instead of analog music. In the middle of generating or recording and transmitting, if we embed the digital code which is useful to music information, we can easily select as well as classify the music title by using Mp3 player that embedded sound source classification system. In this paper, sound source classification system which could be classify and search a music informations by way of user friendly scheme is implemented. We performed some experiments to testify the validity of proposed scheme by using implemented system.

The study investigated the linguistic characteristics of middle school students' writing on the themes of earth science through analysis of its genre and register. Data for analysis included $7^{th}$ grade and $9^{th}$ grade students' writings about 'global warming' and 'classification of rocks'. The results of this study include: First, many students were not accustomed to writing in genre, especially exposition genre. Second, in terms of ideational meaning, the material verbs representing action or doing were more dominant than relational verbs that are related to the attribute or definition of things, and additional logical relations were predominant. Third, regarding interpersonal meaning, agents, emotions, subjective opinions appeared in the writings and students did not express their ideas conclusively and revealed feelings of doubt and uncertainty about their knowledge. Fourth, as for textual meaning, most students listed fragments of information using additional conjunctions in simple structures and were not accustomed to writing texts with organizing structures, logical patterns, cohesion, and coherence. From these results, we argued that the scientific writings should be emphasized in science learning that aims to foster scientific literacy. In addition, we discussed the necessity of improving science teachers' perceptions on scientific writing as well as setting up a specific plan in the national curriculum.
