This paper proposes tracking solar power generation system using position solar algorithm(PSA). The solar power generation is changed power according to solar position due to using solar energy. The solar tracking methods are the program method and sensor method. This paper proposes two-axis tracking solar power generation using program tracking method. The validity of proposed system in this paper is proved through analyzing temperature of solar collect, generating power and efficiency.

Combined cycle plants which feature distinct advantages for power generation such as fast response, high efficiency, environmental friendliness, fuel flexiblity represent the majority of new generating plant installations across the globe. Combined cycle plants have different operating modes where the operating parameters can differ greatly depending which mode is operating at the time. This paper addresses the bidding strategy model of combined cycle plants in a competitive electricity market by using a characteristic of multiple operating modes of combined cycle plants. Simulation results of case studies show that an operating mode among multiple ones is selected strategically in generation bidding for more profit of generation company.

As a section of electric power system linked with Kepco was changed, the decrease in qulity of the electric power transmitted to the Hapcheon hydraulic power station occurred. The actual state bring about the overheating and capability decline of electricity accommodation equipment. Load building is an important step to make the delivery supply chain efficient. We present a family of load makeup algorithms using market based control strategy, named LoadMarket, in order to build efficient loads where each load consists of a certain number of finished products having destinations. LoadMarket adopts Clark-Wright algorithm for generating initial endowment for Load Traders who cooperate to minimize either total travel distance or the variance with respect to the travel distances of loads by means of the spot market or double-sided auction market mechanism. The efficiency of the LoadMarket algorithms is illustrated using simulation based experiments.

In this work, we are interested in the extraction of areas of interest from satellite images by introducing a MO-TRIBES/OC-SVM approach. The One-Class Support Vector Machine (OC-SVM) is based on the estimation of a support that includes training data. It identifies areas of interest without including other classes from the scene. We propose generating optimal training data using the Multi-Objective TRIBES (MO-TRIBES) to improve the performances of the OC-SVM. The MO-TRIBES is a parameter-free optimization technique that manages the search space in tribes composed of agents. It makes different behavioral and structural adaptations to minimize the false positive and false negative rates of the OC-SVM. We have applied our proposed approach for the extraction of earthquakes and urban areas. The experimental results and comparisons with different state-of-the-art classifiers confirm the efficiency and the robustness of the proposed approach.

Recently, a high-speed motor has been generating a lot of attention due to its performance-more light, thin, short, compact than ordinary moters. This paper descirbes the design of the small high-speed BLDC motor with the ratings of 0.5HP and 70 000 rpm for industrial application such as machine tool. Simulation results are given, which show that motor efficiency of higher than 80%.

To elucidate the effect of antioxidant complex containing $\beta-carotene$, vitamin E, vitamin C, Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract and selenium on oxygen :tree radical production and detoxification system, rats were fed normal diet and normal diet with antioxidant complex 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% for 3 weeks. Feed efficiency ratio, changes in body weight, weight gain and amounts of feces of rat are similar in four groups. Liver weight per body weight and hepatic lipid peroxide weight increased in 0.5% group. However, hepatic glutathione contents in all antioxidant complex added groups were significantly increased compare with normal control group. On the other hand, the activity of xanthine oxidase was a little increased due to the amounts of antioxidant complex. Superoxide dismutase and gutathione peroxidase activity of 0.1% antioxidant complex added group were increased about $10{\sim}20%$ in comparison to normal control group. These results suggest that the supplementation of antioxidant complex 0.1% to basal diet may reduce the hepatic damage caused by free radicals.

This study proposes a method of generating steel house shop drawing in an automated design method, reducing construction manpower and period. With one hour fire-resistant approval code, reflecting work ability and efficiency, steel-framed house market is expected to extend from one or two story house to multi-purpose facilities up to four story height. More models have been constructed in this system than the first appearance of fire-resistant approval in Korea in 1997 Also, cost estimation of components such as frame walls, roof trusses and floors is obtained with shop drawings. Also, the lack of suppliers of steel framed house shop drawing and unstandardized drawing method get constructors have difficulty in understanding its design. In steel framed house industry, shop drawings are essential part in building and constructing framework and they have major effects on construction deadlines and expenses. By exploring method of shop drawing automation, this study aims to optimize work flow with a standardized drawing method. The proposed system can be applied to manufacturing automation in domestic industry of factory-built panelizing method in the near future.

As an improvement in the standard of living and economic growth the demand for air conditioning equipment is increasing rapidly. Nowadays air conditioning equipments are being used for industry large building house and car. Thess equipments was concentrated on improving heat efficiency of economic aspects while they design heat exchanger for cooling and heating,. These air conditioning equipments using heat exchanger cause a discomfort to user due to generating mist at the beginning of operating. Therefore the user demand air of high class and quality. In this experimental study to acquire elementary data for development of heat exchanger which be able to supply air of high quality that is to say possess a restraint effect of mist generation. We estimate an effect on cooling plate kind supply air velocity supply air temperature cooled plate temperature and supply air relative humidity which have an influence on outlet air condition of heat exchanger.
