With the progress of the aging society into the aged society, the planning of senior housing is inevitably required. Among the factors of planning, color appeals to people's vision which mostly accepts information about the environment, so age-related color vision changes should be studied. The purpose of the study is to find out characteristics of color perception focused on yellow and blue with advancing of the yellowed eye sight in the old age. The findings are as follows. (1) Regardless of gender, losses of color perception in sensitivity is occurred as aging is proceeded. But the rate of reduction is mitigated compared with the ex-research in Japan because of the promotion of physical health. (2) Human lens coloration was not common until 85 years old and the hue of yellow and red was easily perceived by the older subjects. (3) Yellow is more preferred to other colors by the elderly and accuracy of yellow-color perception is higher than that of blue-color. (4) It is especially hard for the elderly to perceive the difference between pure blue and mixture of blue-green. Therefore blue and blue-green should not be adopted simultaneously in senior housing environment. Except for the space which specially requires carefulness, various color preferred by the elderly should be applied to the senior housing environment to satisfy their psychological condition and provide the vitality of life.
Purpose: This descriptive study was done to develop a predictive model of depression in rural elders that will guide prevention and reduction of depression in elders. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey was done using face-to-face private interviews. Participants included in the final analysis were 461 elders (aged${\geq}$ 65 years). The questions were on depression, personal and environmental factors, body functions and structures, activity and participation. Decision tree analysis using the SPSS Modeler 14.1 program was applied to build an optimum and significant predictive model to predict depression in rural elders. Results: From the data analysis, the predictive model for factors related to depression in rural elders presented with 4 pathways. Predictive factors included exercise capacity, self-esteem, farming, social activity, cognitive function, and gender. The accuracy of the model was 83.7%, error rate 16.3%, sensitivity 63.3%, and specificity 93.6%. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a theoretical basis for developing a systematic knowledge system for nursing and for developing a protocol that prevents depression in elders living in rural areas, thereby contributing to advanced depression prevention for elders.

Despite the fact that Muslims are fast becoming part of the world population, they are the least known group. Moreover, Muslims have been seriously misunderstood and negatively perceived because of several tragic events related to terrorist attacks or wars in the Middle East countries. In this light, the current study examined how parenting values and practices varied by importance of religion, gender, and generation, based on the questionnaire data collected from 312 Muslim fathers and mothers living in Jakarta, Indonesia. The most salient result of this study was that the religion was at the center of everyday lives. The importance of religion in their lives clearly translated in their parenting styles by engaging in religious practices with their children. At the same time, Muslim parents in Indonesia had a high level of expectation for their children's education and making happy family life as well as being faithful as Muslim. This study contributed to promoting cultural sensitivity towards Muslims by examining Indonesian Muslim parents' parenting values and practices.

Purpose: The symptoms and signs of urinary tract infection (UTI) in early infancy are non-specific. Prompt diagnosis of UTI is important, as untreated UTI results in renal damage. Especially, febrile UTI in young infants coexist with other serious bacterial infections. The purpose this study was to propose modified Rochester criteria to differentiate viral infection from urinary tract infection. Methods: We carried out a retrospective investigation of 168 infants less than three months old with a tympanic temperature $>38^{\circ}C$ who were admitted to Chung-Ang University Hospital between 2011 and 2014. We compared the symptoms, physical examination results, and laboratory data between viral infection and UTI groups. A modified Rochester criterion was composed of statistically significant factors. Results: A total of 76 and 92 infants with UTI and a viral infection, respectively, were included. Statistically significant differences in gender, previous admission history, neutrophil ratio, and urine WBC count were found between the two study groups. Using a cut off value of 3 points, the sensitivity and specificity of the modified Rochester criteria were 71.28% and 78.57%, respectively. Conclusion: The modified Rochester criteria may give an outline for identifying young infants with UTI.
Curricula relevant to labor market needs are often designed with the goals of individual employment and regional development at the forefront. This study provided information on regional scope by investigating the extent and determinants of the geographic mobility of vocational high school graduates and the effects of that mobility on first-job wage rates. Geographic mobility was defined as being employed in other provinces in which vocational schools were located. About 38% of graduates were employed in other provinces. Geographic mobility was positively related to gender and human capital such as health, course of study, vocational certificate, and job training. Mobility led to higher wage rates even after controlling for sample selection bias. The implication is that vocational high school curricula which focus excessively on provincial concerns may weaken a workforce's effectiveness.
This study investigated the perceptual and cepstral/spectral characteristics of phonation and their relationships in dysarthria in connected speech. Twenty-two participants were divided into two groups; the eleven dysarthric speakers were paired with matching age and gender healthy control participants. A perceptual evaluation was performed by three speech pathologists using the GRBAS scale to measure the cepstrual/spectral characteristics of phonation between the two groups' connected speech. Correlations showed dysarthric speakers scored significantly worse (with a higher rating) with severities in G (overall dysphonia grade), B (breathiness), and S (strain), while the smoothed prominence of the cepstral peak (CPPs) was significantly lower. The CPPs were significantly correlated with the perceptual ratings, including G, B, and S. The utility of CPPs is supported by its high relationship with perceptually rated dysphonia severity in dysarthric speakers. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed that the threshold of 5.08 dB for the CPPs achieved a good classification for dysarthria, with 63.6% sensitivity and the perfect specificity (100%). Those results indicate the CPPs reliably distinguished between healthy controls and dysarthric speakers. However, the CPP frequency (CPP F0) and low-high spectral ratio (L/H ratio) were not significantly different between the two groups.
The purpose of this study was to analyze perceptual and spectral/cepstral measurements in patients with adductor spasmodic dysphonia(ADSD). Sixty participants with gender and age matched individuals(30 ADSD and 30 controls) were recorded in reading a sentence and sustained the vowel /a/. Acoustic data were analyzed acoustically by measuring CPP, L/H ratio, mean CPP F0 and CSID, and auditory-perceptual ratings were measured using GRBAS. The main results can be summarized as below: (a) the CSID for the connected speech was significantly higher than for the sustained vowel (b) the G, R and S for the connected speech were significantly higher than for the sustained vowel (c) Spectral/cepstral parameters were significantly correlated with the perceptual parameters, and (d) the ROC analysis showed that the threshold of 13.491 for the CSID achieved a good classification for ADSD, with 86.7% sensitivity and 96.7% specificity. Spectral and cepstral analysis for the connected speech is especially meaningful on cases where perceptual analysis and clinical evaluation alone are insufficient.
Purpose: To prevent and respond to youth sexual problems that are becoming more serious with digital development, this study sought to develop a sex education program that applies gamification as an effective method for youth who are digital natives. Research design, data and methodology: To develop a sex education program for teenagers, elements of gamification were considered based on Dick and Kerry's teaching system design model. The learning content reflected UNESCO's 'Comprehensive Sex Education Guidelines'. In addition, it was designed to enable students to learn about ethics and morals from a social and emotional aspect. Results: A four-session distance learning sex education program was developed for first-year high school students. To learn about gender sensitivity, sexual relationships, sexuality, and healthy sexual behavior, we developed a story that reflects the mission and quest for sex education. It included leaderboards, time limits, and levels, and also utilized mechanics such as points and items. Edutech tools include video content, Google Sheets, Zoom, Padlet, and Mentimeter. Conclusions: This study aims to improve learning effectiveness, satisfaction, and immersion by developing a sex education program for youth using gamification that promotes active learner participation and motivation.

Research and development related to advanced railway systems is currently underway presently to promote the maintenance and economic feasibility of subways, and the aim of such research and development is to enhance the functionality, passenger convenience, system safety and reliability assurance of the subway. In this situation, a study that predicts the effect that the development of such an advanced railway system would have on subway users is required. To this end, this study derived willingness to pay and decision factors with the introduction of an advanced railway system after surveying passengers who use subway lines 1~8. The Price Sensitivity Method (PSM) was applied to derive the willingness to pay in relation to user convenience (operating speed, ride comfort, safety, comfort, security and informativeness) with the introduction of an advanced railway system. In addition, willingness to pay and decision factors were examined after explaining the effects of introducing an advanced railway system in detail to subway users. Through the analysis, it was found that willingness to pay amounted to a premium of 148 won ~ 161 won with the introduction of an advanced railway system, and that this was affected by factors such as gender, frequency of use, satisfaction with comfort, and satisfaction with security.

Pathogenic fungal infections are predominantly occurred in patients with severe immune or metabolic defects. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the last five years (2007~2011) 190,250 cases clinical specimens of yeast 3,487 results that had shown positive culture and to look at the significance of regional difference and identify relationship between provide the characteristics about association between clinical isolates and gender, age, and type of specimens. The yearly strain-specific isolation frequency of yeast separated was 1,925(55.2%) for C. albicans the largest of them. All kinds of clinical specimen was 1,495(42.9%) in urine, 998(28.6%) in sputum. Strain-specific gender differences in C. albicans for males was 1,177(57.8%) of the total of 2,037 and 748(51.6%) of 1,450 and as for age, those between 70 and 79 were the largest with 639(55.1%) of the 1,925 strain. In this study, well presented the general characteristics of pathogenic yeast seen in diverse specimens. This limitation has been implemented in a single area, Future research is expected to examine more on nationwide distribution chart, dynamic characteristics and future antibiotic sensitivity.
