ITS 기술 표준화는 지능형 교통시스템을 지원하는 이기종 플랫폼에서 서비스의 상호운영성을 보장한다. 국내 표준연구는 국내 기술의 국제 표준을 통한 세계 시장 선점 이라는 측면에서 중요성을 가진다. 본 연구는 ITS용 데이터베이스를 중심으로 2006년 현재까지 국내외 표준화 동향 분석을 통해, 국제표준에 대한 국내 기술 대응 현황과 국제 표준화 반영을 위한 국내표준 활동을 소개하고자한다. 이를 위해 첫째, ISO/TC 204 WG3를 중심으로 현재 이슈와 표준 문서 수집과 조사를 통해 국제 표준화 활동을 분석하고 둘째, TTA ITS PG 310, ITS KOREA 등 국내 표준 기구의 기술표준화 동향과 표준문서 내용을 조사하여 결론적으로, 종합적인 관점에서 국내 표준의 국제표준 대응현황과 표준제정활동과 추진전략에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 날로 발전하는 ITS 데이터베이스 기술 관련 최신 표준 기술의 동향과 표준화 활동 현황을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대되며, 차세대 신성장분야로 국제 시장에 대응하기 위한 국내 ITS 서비스 산업의 경쟁력강화를 위해 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

1. Objectives The object of this thesis is to find the basis on why Jejo was assigned as a Taeumin medicine, and to understand Taeumin edema. 2. Methods ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$ 'Shinchukbon', 'Gabobon', 'Chobonkwun', other related Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) books, herbal medicine books such as ${\ulcorner}$Bonchokangmok${\lrcorner}$, and etc. were compared and researched. 3. Results & Conclusions (1) In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, edema is seen as a critical condition. The first cause of edema in Taeumin is fatigue, a condition where the flow of Qi and Fluid Qi is stagnated. Secondly, edema is caused as Taeeumin is mentally stressed(勞心焦思) and he/she is unable to accomplish his/her plans over many trials or as when they find pleasure in striving for greed. When Lungs which is Incline & Small Viscera(偏小之臟) in Taeumin decreases, it diminishes Real Count of Longevity(命脈實數) which leads to edema formation. (2) Perspective of Human Nature & Character(心性學) and Regimen(養生法) became included gradually in the treatment methods and prescription of edema in Taeumin as ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$ was revised over time. The revisions also lead to more diversity in prescriptions. (3) Jejo didn't appear In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$ 'Chobonkwun' and 'Gabobon'. It was first presented in 'Shinchukbon' as a medicine to treat edema in Taeumin. (4) Jejo have effects of easing clumps. Also it has a strong radiating ability(發散力) which induces perspiration to treat diseases. Finally Jejo is used to remove Takki(濁氣) by utilizing powerful Exhale Gathering Qi contained in it.

그리드 컴퓨팅은 단일 컴퓨터로는 해결할 수 없는 대용량의 작업을 처리하기 위해 제안되었다. 그리드 컴퓨팅은 지리적으로 분산된 이기종 자원들을 상호 연결하여 대용량의 작업들을 처리하는 새로운 차세대 컴퓨팅이다. 그런데, 분산된 이기종의 자원들을 모을 때에 많은 어려운 문제들이 발생한다. 특히, 자원들의 신뢰성을 보장하는 것은 가장 심각한 문제 중에 하나이다. 그래서 우리는 그리드 자원의 신뢰성을 측정하여 자원을 할당하는 그리드 자원 신뢰성 측정 스케줄링 모델을 제안한다. 우리는 자원의 상태 정보를 기반으로 하여 자원 신뢰성을 측정하고, DEVSJAVA 모델링과 시뮬레이션 환경에서 그리드 시뮬레이션 모델에 그리드 자원 신뢰성 측정 방법을 적용하였다. 그리고, 이 논문은 스케줄링 모델들의 Utilization, Job loss, Throughput 그리고 Average Turn-around Time 같은 파라미터들을 측정하였고, 자원 신뢰성 측정을 이용한 그리드 자원 신뢰성 측정 스케줄링 모델의 실험 결과들을 기존의 스케줄링 모델들(랜덤 스케줄링 모델, 라운드 로빈 스케줄링 모델)과 비교하였다. 이 실험 결과들은 자원 신뢰성 측정 스케줄링 모델이 랜덤 스케줄링 모델과 라운드 로빈 스케줄링 모델에 비해 효율적인 자원 할당과 안정적인 작업 처리를 제공한다는 것을 보여준다.

지질성 종자(해바라기, 피마자, 잣나무)와 전분성 종자(완두, 옥수수)를 대상으로 배유와 자엽세포내의 저장지질의 형성, 분포 및 구조적 변화 등과 지질가수분해효소의 활성부위 및 세포내 분포양상 등을 세포화학적 방법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 채종후의 지질 및 전분성 종자의 배유와 저장성 자엽세포에는 구형의 단백과립과 지질소구인 스페로솜, 전분과립 등의 저장물질이 널리 분포하였으며 세포내소기관은 드물게 관찰되었다. 활면소포체에서 형성되어 방출된 소포들과 스페로솜의 초기 단계로 여겨지는, 전자밀도가 낮은 막성의 과립들은 염색상이 스페로솜의 그것과 동일하였다. 조면소포체에서 방출된 전자밀도가 높은 과립들은 원형질막의 인접부위에서 관찰되었다. 지질염색반응 결과, 일반적인 미세구조의 염색상과는 상이하게 단백과립내의 단백질보다는 구형의 스페로솜의 전자밀도가 높고 균일함이 확인되어 스페로솜의 주요 구성성분은 지질임을 알 수 있었다. 스페로솜과 활면소포체에서 방출하는 물질을 함유한 소포는 염색상이 동일하였다. 지질가수분해효소는 분해과정이 진행중인 스페로솜의 기질과 막 주변부, 그리고 원형질막 부근에서 강한 활성을 보였다.

정차시간은 철도의 용량에 영향을 미치는 요소 중의 하나이다. 현재 정차시간에 대한 연구는 도시 철도 위주로 연구되어 왔으며, 고속철도의 정차시간에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 정차시간은 열차가 정차한 뒤 문이 열리는 시간, 승객의 승하차시간, 문이 닫힌 후 열차 출발 전까지의 걸리는 시간으로 구성되어 있으며, 차량 내 혼잡도, 승/하차 인원, 역내 혼잡도 등의 다양한 요인들의 영향을 받는다. 이를 분석하기 위해서는 승/하차 인원, 역내 혼잡도, 차량 내 혼잡도 등의 자료 분석이 필요하나, 차량 내 혼잡도 및 차량 내 승객의 분포도 등은 자료 수집의 어려움으로 인하여 본 연구에서는 제외하므로, 정차시간에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 수요를 통하여 고속철도 수요에 따른 정차시간 예측 모형을 개발하겠다.

1. Objectives This research is to ascertain relations between the Sasang Constitution and characteristics of the eating attitudes, mental state, body composition, various examination results of obese middle-aged women. 2. Methods The subjects were 31 female patients whose BMI(Body Mass Index) was over $25kg/m^2$ and age was 35~55. It was analysed statistically the results of EAT(The Eating Attitudes Test), DEBQ(Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire), BDI(Beck Depression Inventory), STAI(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory), body composition analyser, biochemistry, abdominal ultrasonography, mammography which was surveyed from them. 3. Results and Conclusions 1)There was no relation between the Sasang Constitution and the eating attitudes, eating behaviors. But Taeumin got statistically lower score than Non-Taeumin in 23rd question for emotional eating and 33rd question for environmental eating of DEBQ 2)On the mental state, Taeumin got statistically lower score than Non-Taeumin in BDI, STAI-S 3)On the body composition, Taeumin got statistically higher value than Non-Taeumin in BMI. Soyangin got statistically lower value than Non-Soyangin in BMI, left upper limb water, soft lean mass, body water, trunk water. 4)On the various examinations, Taeumin got statistically lower value than Non-Taeumin in serum albumin. Soyangin got statistically lower value in BMI and higher frequency in gallstone, breast nodule than Non-Soyangin. 5)It was thought that Taeumin's obesity is managed by controling physical factor such as excessive 'Gathering Qi(吸聚之氣)' rather than eating attitudes and psychological factor.

1. Objective : The object of this thesis is to find the basis of Constitution assignment of Nogeun(蘆根, Phragmites communis Trin.) used to the medication for Taeyangin. Also, it is to recognize what kind of Constitution of Mogeun(茅根, Imperata cylindrica var. koenigii) is needed to be assigned to. 2. Methods "Dongyi Soose Bowon", 'SinchukBon', 'ChobonKwun', other related Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) books, herbal medicine books such as "Boncho Kangmok", and etc. were compared and researched. 3. Results & Conclusions : 1) Nogeun(蘆根) lowers Qi and harmonizes the body. Because of the effect of lowering soar-Qi(氣), it used to treat the symptoms of Taeyangin's vomiting(噎膈反胃, Stomach reflux due to dysphagia-occlusion). Also Yuksoo Nogeun(逆水蘆恨, Reed growing near the river in low scream) is the basis of considering inhale-gathering Qi effect as a major indication of Nogeun. 2) The theory of classifying White Mogeun as a Tae-eumin Medicinal is based on the effect of Radiating while classifying White Mogeun as a Taeyangin Medicinal is based on the effect of treating stomach reflux(反胃). But both basis are not conclusive and thus requires further study. 3) In "Sasang Geumge Bibang", the first text ever to write only about separate medicinals and Classified Foods (食物類) of each constitution, there were examples of Nogeun and Mogeun's usage based on other pre-existing medical texts. 4) Because White Mogeun is classified as Tae-yangin medication in "Dongmu Yugo", but classified as a Taeeumin's medication in "Dongyi Soose Bowon" 'ChobonKwun' and "Sasang Geumge Bibang", there remains a controversy.

The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze the kinematic variables between the squash backhand and racquetball backhand strokes through three-dimensional cinematography. Three expert racquetball players and three expert squash players were involved in the data gathering process. The horizontal, vertical and lateral displacement of racket and trunk segment, intersegmental angular velocity of the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints, and the linear velocity of the racket were descriptively analyzed, and the followings were concluded. The racket of the squash backhand stroke showed an 'U' shaped movement where the racket moved rapidly downward and moved forward to make an impact and followed through to a front-top finish, while the racket of racquetball backhand stroke showed an 'O' shaped movement where the racket showed circular movement through the rear and bottom positions for the impact, and showed rotation through the lower-front and upper front to a upper-rear-ward finish during the follow-through. The peak velocity of racket was found before the impact point in the squash backhand stroke and at the impact point in the racquetball backhand stroke. For the final conclusion, for the squash backhand stoke, instructors might be better to make the racket move downward to make highest velocity before the impact and finished short follow-through, while for the racquetball backhand stroke, to make the racket move forward to make highest velocity at the impact and finished rather long follow-through.

현대 헌법은 국민의 기본권을 보장함으로써 그 정당성을 인정받고 있다. 헌법상 기본권은 국가권력으로부터 방어권의 차원을 넘어서 현대적 의미로 국가가 기본권을 실현할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 다른 개인에 의하여서도 기본권이 침해되지 않도록 보호할 의무가 도출되고 있다. "헌법" 제34조제6항은 "국가는 재해를 예방하고 그 위험으로부터 국민을 보호하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다"라고 규정함으로써 다시 국가의 재해로부터 국민을 보호할 의무를 규정하고 있다. 화재로 인하여 발생하는 국민의 생명권 건강권 재산권에 대한 피해를 예방하는 국가의 의무는 현대국가의 기본이념인 사회국가원리에 국민의 인간답게 살 권리로 강화되어 더욱 중요한 국가의 존립정당성으로 대두하고 있다. 법률에서 도입하고 있는 소방검사제도는 헌법적으로 정당성은 인정되고 있으나 국민의 권리보호에 보다 최적의 제도인가에 관하여 검토할 필요성이 있다. 소방검사의 운영현실을 고려할 때에 보다 효율적으로 운영될 수 있는 방안을 이 논문은 검토하였다. 현행 소방검사제도를 소방자체점검제도와 통합적으로 운영함으로써 소방검사의 운영상 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 필요성이 있다. 현재 소방당국에서 직접 수행함으로써 발생하는 소방검사제도의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 방법은 신뢰성 있는 기관을 설립하여 위탁하는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다.

As a preliminary step to develop the Daily stress Inventory(DSI) for assessing minor stressors frequently experienced in everyday lift. We examined the reliability and validity of the DSI. The Daily Stress Inventory(DSI), the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), the Social Readjustment Rating Scale(SRRS) and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI) were administered to 111 college students. Compared with the weekly DSI Event, Impact and I/E ratio scores of the American college students, the weekly event and I/E ratio scores of the Korean college students were significantly higher but weekly Impact score was lower. The internal consistency reliability of the DSI as computed by Cronbach alpha was .98. The DSI I/E ratio scores were significantly correlated with the scores of State Anxiety$({\gamma}=.27)$ and Trait Anxiety${\gamma}=.24)$, but not with BDI scores. And the SSRS scores were not significantly correlated to the DSI Event or Impact and In ratio scores. Significant correlations were revealed between the DSI Impact scores and the Sc and Ma scales of the MMPI. And the correlation between the DSI I/E ratio scores and the L, D, Hy, Pd and Pa scales of the MMPI was also significant. But no significant correlation was found between the DSI Event scores and all the scales of the MMPI. This study suggests that the DSI can be a reliable and valid tool to assess the minor stress frequently experienced in everyday life future study should be directed to obtain normative data based on more varied and larger population. Especially gathering additional evidences for the validity of the DSI using other minor stressor scale will be required.
