The gang-form widely used in apartment construction sites has advantages compared to scaffolding in preventing falling accidents. One problem, however, is that safety accidents associated with gang-form works repeatedly occur due to worker carelessness. In this study, hierarchical checking tables are provided to support safety management activities for the gang-form works at the sites. Through a survey of experts and analyses of case studies of construction accidents, 137 safety check items are classified by participant type based on a hierarchical safety check scheme. The applicability and effectiveness of the hierarchical checking tables was evaluated through interviews with experts. It was found that the hierarchical checking tables enabled each gang-form related participant to check his own safety management items, and provided a level-wise structure to site safety management systems.

본 논문은 동절기 콘크리트 보양 시 투입되는 에너지(전력) 소비량과 콘크리트 발열량 변화를 통해 단열갱폼의 단열성능을 검토하고자 하였다. 실험결과에 따르면, 일반갱폼은 콘크리트 타설 이후 12시간동안 에너지(전력) 소비가 3회 발생하게 된다. 반면 단열갱폼은 콘크리트 타설 후 21시간 동안 에너지(전력) 소비가 발생되지 않았다. 최종 전력 소비량은 일반갱폼이 단열갱폼보다 3.7배 높게 나타나 에너지(전력) 소비에서 단열갱폼의 우수한 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. 발열량 검토결과는 일반갱폼에서 콘크리트 타설 후 외기 온도변화에 따라 발열량이 크게 변하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 단열갱폼의 경우 프레임 일부에서 미비한 열손실이 발생했을 뿐 콘크리트 타설 직후부터 거푸집 탈형까지 일정한 발열패턴을 보여주고 있었다.

In this paper, the compressive strength of an insulating gang form member, which was developed to improve the cold weather concreting quality, and a general gang form member was measured by age to examine the compressive strength characteristics of the two members compared with the standard curing test piece.

Construction of the external wall framing using construction Gang-Form withstand the load of a full lift safety is very important in lifting rings can be a lot of Gang-Form is now fixed in the manner that you are welding and applied, but this study is based on the safety of the lifting ring to seek improvements were bolt type fixing method applied to the bonding type were part of the lifting ring in a manner fixed to the concrete surface and was applied in consideration of safety.

Although installations and usages of gang-form that has advantages of preventing fall disaster, the serious disasters from gang-form occur every year. This research focused on the continuous prevention of disasters in construction of outer wall of apartment working site through step by step safety management worker's checking table. The result is the worker's checking table for safety management in apartment gang-form works, through safety guidelines case studies, interviews with safety management experts and then extracting a check list.

This paper aims to quantitatively evaluate concrete quality factors according to the application of thermal insulated gang form. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the amount of calcium hydroxide produced increased in the insulated gang form than in the general gang form, and the thicker the insulation of the insulated gang form, the greater the amount of calcium hydroxide produced.

This paper examines the efficiency of the application of conventional and insulated gang forms for curing and protection of concrete by comparing the amount of electric energy required therefor. In addition, a thermal vision camera was used to identify heat loss from surfaces of the gang forms after each placement of concrete. Experimental results, show that the heat loss at the submerged temperature was large at the submerged surface due to the large calorific value at the surface of the mold. The insulated gang form had some heat loss in the horizontal bars. In the case of adiabatic reforming, the pattern shows a constant calorific value over time. In conclusion, the insulation performance is better than that of general gang form.

The construction of economic, efficient and stable process has been a major challenge as the building are getting high-rise and biger. Low-rise buildings widely have been used Euro-form in the past. Recently, we are mainly using Al-form which can respond to chang in the various structures. we should be used in combination with Al-form and Gang-form to ensure the quality and construction process, according to the change of various elevations. Recently construction project is reguired diversification of elevation. And we apply the open balcony on the general architecture as well as public housing. Accordingly, Al-form & Gang-form has been applied the change of elevation, We further apply design and construction as proposal of issues and alternatives.

This study examine Effect of Change of Compressive Strength of Concrete Members with Insulating Gang form on Temperature History of Concrete Positions. Test show, insulating gang forms differences and gang forms have 10℃ on peak point temperature of surface and Center if temperature history have 24Mpa by change of compressive strength. In addition, there have 14℃(16℃) on peak point temperature of surface and Center if temperature history have 40(60)Mpa. Therefore, insulating gang forms have an effect insulating performance.
