  • It is said that today is an era of total cord characterized by the transition from the industrial society to the knowledge based and information one. In this age of total cord, the most complex media production is the game industry. In the game industry, game character as one of the elements of game production is the most important because it contains visual elements created through interaction with a user. Initial creation of characters in the game industry is considered having the most value-adding element. Character creation in game production begins with basic drawings, like a diffusive property of the production elements, and proceeds to complicated 2D game character illustration and 3D game character production. In addition, only when driving forces for game development such as individuality and virtual reality are based on different mind cord from existing one, foundation for it will be firmly established. Therefore, it is clear that understanding of the Importance of character illustration and original drawings in the game production is essential to successfully produce more perfect 3D game characters.

  • This paper shows the face rotation applicable to game character facial illustration. Existing studies limited data to human face data, required a large amount of data, and the synthesized results were not good. In this paper, the following method was introduced to solve the existing problems of existing studies. First, a 3D model with features of the input image was rotated and then rendered as a 2D image to construct a data set. Second, by designing GAN that can learn features of various poses from the data built through the 3D model, the input image can be synthesized at a desired pose. This paper presents the results of synthesizing the game character face illustration. From the synthesized result, it can be confirmed that the proposed method works well.

  • In this paper, we investigate how generators' ramp-rate constraints may influence their equilibrium strategy formulation. In the market model proposed in this study, the generators' ramp-rate constraints are explicitly represented. In order to fully characterize the inter-temporal nature of the ramp-rate constraints, a dynamic game model is presented. The subgame perfect Nash equilibrium is adopted as the solution of the game and the backward induction procedure for the solution of the game is designed in this paper. The inter-temporal nature of the ramp-rate constraints results in the Markov property of the game, and we have found that the Markov property of the game significantly simplifies the subgame perfect Nash equilibrium characterization. Finally, a simple electricity market numerical illustration is presented for the successful application of the approach proposed.

  • GAN (Generative Adversarial Networks) creates highly sophisticated counterfeit products by learning real images or text and inferring commonalities. Therefore, it can be useful in fields that require the creation of large-scale images or graphics. In this paper, we implement GAN-based game character creation AI that can dramatically reduce illustration design work costs by providing expansion and automation of game character image creation. This is very efficient in game development as it allows mass production of various character images at low cost.

  • In this paper, we have investigated how transmission network constraints can be modeled in an electricity market equilibrium model. Under Cournot competition assumption, a game model is set up considering transmission line capacity constraints. Based on locational marginal pricing principle, market clearing is formulated as a total consumers# benefit maximization problem, and then converted to a conventional optimal power flow (OPF) formulation with a linearized transmission model. Using market clearing formulation, best response analysis is formulated and, finally, Nash equilibrium is formulated. In order for illustration, a numerical study for a four node system with two generating firms and two loads are presented.

  • NPR(Non-Photorealistic rendering) technique is developing by every years. NPR is inspired on artistic styles, which is painting, drawing, technical illustration, animation and cartoon. There have many application programs for NPR, which is popular and useful of animations, even on game industrial. In traditional computer graphics focused on non-photorealism, but this method need much more memory and time. Recent years, Many NPR methods present advanced rendering technique and real time technique using graphic accelerator. This paper propose to explain NPR with GPU programming.

  • Data management with fuzzy entropy and similarity measure were discussed and verified by applying reliable data selection problem. Calculation of certainty or uncertainty for data, fuzzy entropy and similarity measure are designed and proved. Proposed fuzzy entropy and similarity are considered as dissimilarity measure and similarity measure, and the relation between two measures are explained through graphical illustration.Obtained measures are useful to the application of decision theory and mutual information analysis problem. Extension of data quantification results based on the proposed measures are applicable to the decision making and fuzzy game theory.

  • This study aimed to identify visuality changes in the $21^{st}century$ digital visual media art through the expension of digital frames based on visuality represented by Cartesian perspectivalism in the modern age. The visuality of perspective, camera obscura and panorama, which are called modern visual systems, was analyzed to illustrate each characteristic from a viewpoint of a seeing subject. These characteristics of the visual systems were restructured to meet the visuality of the digital era through the illustrations of Lacan's gaze. In addition, the characteristics of frames found in the $21^{st}century$ digital visual media art were identified, and they were categorized into and illustrated from physical, convergent and interactional viewpoints. The outcomes were classified into the $21^{st}century$ digital frame types, and new $21^{st}$century digital visual illustrations were suggested based on the results.
