또한 이들 틸트 로터의 민간 운영에 운영할 수 있는 안전한 운행을 위하여, 각각 개발 중인 air transport management(ATM) 시스템인 SESAR(Single European Sky ATM Research) 와 NextGen(Next Generation Air Transport System)과 융합하는 기술도 병행되고 있다.

  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa $GRC_2$, siderophore-producing strain, inhibited growth of Macrophomina phaseolina in vitro and reduced charcoal rot in seeds of Brassica juncea in field when coated with adaptive strains. P. aeruginosa $GRC_2$ and Azotobacter chroococcum $AC_1$ produced indole-3-acetic acid and solubilized insoluble phosphate. A. chroococcum $AC_1$ fixed nitrogen asymbiotically. Urea and diammonium phosphateadaptive variant strains of P. aeruginosa and A. chroococcum strongly inhibited M. phaseolina in comparison to parental strains. Bacterization of seeds induced seed germination, seedling growth, and enhanced yield of B. juncea by 10.87% as compared to full doses of urea and diammonium phosphate. Both adaptive strains of chemical fertilizers aggressively colonized roots, showing effectiveness to growth and developments of B. juncea.

  • The advancement of theoretical research has numerous challenges, particularly with regard to the modeling of structures, in contrast to experimental investigation of the mechanical behavior of complex systems. The main objective of this investigation is to provide an analytical analysis of the static problem of a new generation of composite structure, namely, functionally graded FG graphene reinforced composite GRC coated plates/shells. A complex power law function is used to define the material's graduation. Investigations are conducted on Hardcore and Softcore coated FG plates/shells. The virtual work approach is used to perform the equilibrium equations, which are then solved using the Galerkin technique to account for various boundary conditions. With reliable published articles, the presented solution is validated. The effects of hardcore and softcore distributions, gradation indexes, and boundary conditions on the buckling, bending deflection and stresses of FG GRC-coated shells are presented in detail. Obtained results and the developed procedure are supportive for design and manufacturing of FG-GRC coated plates/shells in several fields and industries e.g., aerospace, automotive, marine, and biomedical implants.

  • Glutathione (GSH) is a chief cellular antioxidant, affecting stem cell functions. The cellular GSH level is dynamically altered by the redox buffering system and transcription factors, including NRF2. Additionally, GSH is differentially regulated in each organelle. We previously reported a protocol for monitoring the real-time GSH levels in live stem cells using the reversible GSH sensor FreSHtracer. However, GSH-based stem cell analysis needs be comprehensive and organelle-specific. Hence, in this study, we demonstrate a detailed protocol to measure the GSH regeneration capacity (GRC) in living stem cells by measuring the intensities of the FreSHtracer and the mitochondrial GSH sensor MitoFreSHtracer using a high-content screening confocal microscope. This protocol typically analyses the GRC in approximately 4 h following the seeding of the cells onto plates. This protocol is simple and quantitative. With some minor modifications, it can be employed flexibly to measure the GRC for the whole-cell area or just the mitochondria in all adherent mammalian stem cells.

  • Let $R\;{\in}\;C^{m{\times}m}$ and $S\;{\in}\;C^{n{\times}n}$ be nontrivial unitary involutions, i.e., $R^*\;=\;R\;=\;R^{-1}\;{\neq}\;I_m$ and $S^*\;=\;S\;=\;S^{-1}\;{\neq}\;I_m$. We say that $G\;{\in}\;C^{m{\times}n}$ is a generalized reflexive matrix if RGS = G. The set of all m ${\times}$ n generalized reflexive matrices is denoted by $GRC^{m{\times}n}$. In this paper, an efficient method for the least squares solution $X\;{\in}\;GRC^{m{\times}n}$ of the matrix equation AXB = D with arbitrary coefficient matrices $A\;{\in}\;C^{p{\times}m}$, $B\;{\in}\;C^{n{\times}q}$and the right-hand side $D\;{\in}\;C^{p{\times}q}$ is developed based on the canonical correlation decomposition(CCD) and, an explicit formula for the general solution is presented.

  • In this paper, theoretical approach with applications of the periodic wave solutions in an elastic material is applied by study the effect of initial stress, and rotation, on the radial displacement and the corresponding stresses in non-homogeneous orthotropic material. An Analytical solution for the elastodynamic equation has obtained concerning the component of displacement. The variations of stresses and displacements have shown graphically. Comparisons with previously published results in the absence of initial stress, rotation and non-homogeneity have made. Finally, numerical results have given and illustrated graphically for each case considered.

  • In this research paper, the free vibrational behavior of the simply supported FG nano-plate is studied using the nonlocal two variables integral refined plate theory. The present model takes into account the small scale effect. The effective's properties of the plate change according to the power law variation (P-FGM). The equations of motion of the system are determined and resolved via Hamilton's principle and Navier procedure, respectively. The validity and efficiency of the current model are confirmed by comparing the results with those given in the literature. At the last section, several numerical results are presented to show the various parameters influencing the vibrational behavior such as the small-scale effect, geometry ratio, material index and aspect ratio.

  • In this article, an analytical solution of the dynamical behavior in an orthotropic non-homogeneity elastic material using for elastodynamics equations is investigated. The effects of the magnetic field, the initial stress, and the non-homogeneity on the radial displacement and the corresponding stresses in an orthotropic material are investigated. The analytical solution for the elastodynamic equations has solved regarding displacements. The variation of the stresses, the displacement, and the perturbation magnetic field have shown graphically. Comparisons are made with the previous results in the absence of the magnetic field, the initial stress, and the non-homogeneity. The present study has engineering applications in the fields of geophysical physics, structural elements, plasma physics, and the corresponding measurement techniques of magneto-elasticity.
