  • For the structure of VMS is required to the maritime MDT for realtime acquisition the position reporting of navigating ships. The first study is the recording method a navigating data by GPS, the 2th is SSB modem for data trans-receiver by use ship. And then the communication protocol of automatic traffic for in continues transmission a ship's ID, time and position data of GPS. In this paper have studied the SSB modem for transmission the voice and data at same time. Which is adapted to the communication control unit, protocol of data traffic and acquisition, displayer of character data. This maritime GPS MDT is considered to low-cost type by using microprocessor.

  • A data communication should be carried out by a SSB(Single Side Band) to collect real time position data of fishery ship automatically, and a study on the protocol for exchanging the information with GPS should be made. A research about regional and concentrated maritime information should be first made to obtain ship's voyage data and also, research of the Modem and transmitter-receiver controller for sending voice and data simultaneously through a SSB and of the acquisition of data through a GPS also should be carried out.

  • 최근 무선통신망의 발전에 따라 무선 인터넷 시장이 빠르게 성장하면서 이동성을 기반으로 하는 서비스에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그리고 휴대폰과 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), MET(Mobile Data Terminal)와 같은 휴대용 단말기의 사용이 일반화된 가운데 GPS(Global Positioning System)를 기반으로 하는 서비스들도 점차적으로 보편화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 이동성을 지원하는 무선 단말기를 기반으로 한 Mobile GIS 환경에서의 위치 정보 활용은 큰 관심을 불러일으키고 있으며, 또한 이러한 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서 위치 기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based Service)의 기술개발이 필요하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 전력설비 고장복구업무에 LBS를 적용하기 위해 차량에 장착하는 MDT에서 모바일 지도 서비스가 가능한 Compact형 GIS 엔진을 설계하고 구현한 결과를 제시한다.

  • 무선 컴퓨팅 기술 및 이동 객체의 위치를 정확하게 추적할 수 있는 GPS 기술의 발달로 인하여 물류 차량 관리, 항공 교통 통제 등과 같은 실시간 환경의 위치 정보 응용시스템의 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 특히, 지리정보와 위치정보를 이용한 현장업무처리 시스템과 차량의 위치를 관제 센터에서 실시간으로 파악하는 차량 위치 추적 시스템에 관한 연구가 대표적인 응용 시스템으로 등장하였다. 이러한 변화에 따라 이동성을 지원하는 무선 단말기를 기반으로 한 Mobile GIS 환경에서의 위치 정보 활용은 큰 관심을 불러일으키고 있으며, 또한 이러한 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서 위치 기반 서비스 (LBS:Location Based Service)의 기술개발이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전력설비 고장복구업무에 LBS를 적용하기 위해 차량에 장착하는 MDT에서 국가기본도와 전력설비도 지리정보 서비스가 가능한 Mobile GIS Engine을 설계하고 구현한 결과를 제시한다.

  • This paper proposes a realtime tracking algorithm of mobile object in indoor or outdoor environment. For this purpose the proposed system selects location data closer to mobile objects in real time using Triangulation method and DCM (Database Correlation Method). Also, this system utilizes the adjusted location data selected by using Kalman filter to improve the location accuracy of transfer object. Be studied in existing the Kalman filter have unstable location data until its settlement because of it extracts current values by using the past the information. However, proposed location tracking system don't apply existent Kalman filter to this system and it permits precisional tracking location by using more effective methods.

  • In this research, AVL-GIS(Automatic Vehicle Location System linked with Geographic Information System) system was developed using integration of core techniques of GIS engine written by Java language, GOS(Global Positioning System) and wireless telecommunication interfacing techniques. IDGPS(Inverted differential GPS) techniques was employed to estimate accurate position of mobile vehicle and to supervise their path from AVL-GLS control center system. Between mobile vehicle and AVL-GLS control center system which has spatial data analysis function, road network and rleate ddata base were connected wireless phone to communicate for position an dmessage in real time. The developed system from this research has more enhanced GIS functions rather than previous AVL oriented system which has MDT for message display and voice communication only. This system can support build-up application system such as fleet management like bus, taxi, truck, disaster and emergency and monitoring of transportation status for customer s order via web browser in filed of EC/CALS in low cost.
