T-S 퍼지모델을 이용한 이산 시간 비선형계통의 상태 궤환 선형화 (State Feedback Linearization of Discrete-Time Nonlinear Systems via T-S Fuzzy Model)

  • 본 논문은 이산 시간 비선형 시스템을 이산 시간 T-S 퍼지 모델에 의해 표현되는 새로운 궤환 선형화에 대해서 논한다. T-S fuzzy 모델의 국부적인 선형 모델들은 각각 가제어 표준형으로 변환되어지고, 그것들의 T-S 퍼지 결합은 궤환 선형화 가능한 T-S fuzzy 모델이 된다. 이 모델을 토대로 비선형 상태 궤환 선형 입력이 결정된다. 비선형 상태 변환은 가제어 표준형에 대한 선형 상태 변환으로부터 추론된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 충분한 수학적 배경이 요구되는 고전적인 궤환 선형화 기법과 비교하여 수학적으로 보다 직관적이고 이해하기 쉽다. 본 논문의 궤환 선형화 조건은 고전적인 궤환 선형화와 비교하여 더 완화되었다. 이것은 고전적인 선형화방식 보다 더 큰 범주의 비선형 시스템이 선형화가 가능해진다는 것을 의미 한다.

  • TSK fuzzy system can represent effectively the behavior of a complex nonlinear system with low number of rules with the desired accuracy and guarantee the stability of the closed loop system, while the interpretation of the rules is difficult due to the functional nature of the consequents. On the contrary, fuzzy controller with singleton consequents is understandable intuitively and adjustable the rules easily due to qualitative expression of the rules. Ideally, one would like to combine the positive identification properties of TSK fuzzy system with the advantages of fuzzy controller with singleton consequents. Therefore, this paper suggests a method transforming TSK fuzzy systems into fuzzy systems with singleton consequents, and shows its application designing a fuzzy controller with singleton consequents by using the TSK fuzzy system when the behavior of a nonlinear system is described with a singleton fuzzy model by human esper.

  • 위그선(WIG: Wing In Ground effect)은 해수면상의 저고도에서 운영되기 때문에 조류충돌에 쉽게 노출될 수 있으며 특히 리딩에지(Leading Edge)는 충돌가능성이 높기 때문에 조류충돌에 대한 구조적 안정성 검증과정이 반드시 필요하다. 이러한 항공기에 대한 조류충돌은 매우 복잡한 현상중의 하나로 다양하고 불확실한 파라메터들이 존재한다. 조류충돌에 대한 해석과정에 있어서 불확실성이 존재하는 파라메터들이 충돌 해석결과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해 퍼지이론을 적용한 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 불확실한 파라메터들이 갖는 조류충돌에 대한 영향력은 비선형 충돌해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA 3D를 사용하여 해석하였으며 조류충돌 현상에 존재하는 다양하고 불확실한 파라메터들은 퍼지숫자(Fuzzy number)와 멤버십 함수(Membership function)로 표현하여 퍼지연산 및 변환기법(Transformation method)을 통해 해석과정에 적용하였다. 결론적으로 불확실성이 존재하는 파라메터들이 조류충돌 현상에 미치는 영향력을 퍼지 연산을 통해 수치적으로 평가하였다.

  • A CCD-camera, which is structured with vision system, was used to realize automatic seam-tracking system and 3-D information which is needed to generate torch path, was obtained by using laser-slip beam. To extract laser strip and obtain welding-specific point, Adaptive Hough-transformation was used. Although the basic Hough transformation takes too much time to process image on line, it has a tendency to be robust to the noises as like spatter. For that reson, it was complemented with Adaptive Hough transformation to have an on-line processing ability for scanning a welding-specific point. the dead zone,where the sensing of weld line is impossible, is eliminated by rotating the camera with its rotating axis centered at welding torch. The camera angle is controlled so as to get the minimum image data for the sensing of weld line, hence the image processing time is reduced. The fuzzy controller is adapted to control the camera angle.

  • In the bilateral tele-operation system, time delay may be a critical problem. Even if system modeling error or time delay occurs, when applied to wave transformation system, the system's stability can be achieved. Using the characteristic b which is an important parameter of wave transformation, the system can display robust performance for time delay. However, since assuming and that the time delay was fixed developing a theory, a stability cannot be guaranteed about the time-varying delay. Therefore, In the paper, Therefore, in this paper, we studied for the method that controls this by applying the fuzzy algorithm which surveyed the timevarying delay characteristics and can adjust the b according to it adaptively.

Associations Among Information Granules and Their Optimization in Granulation-Degranulation Mechanism of Granular Computing

  • Knowledge representation realized by information granules is one of the essential facets of granular computing and an area of intensive research. Fuzzy clustering and clustering are general vehicles to realize formation of information granules. Granulation - degranulation paradigm is one of the schemes determining and quantifying functionality and knowledge representation capabilities of information granules. In this study, we augment this paradigm by forming and optimizing a collection of associations among original and transformed information granules. We discuss several transformation schemes and analyze their properties. A series of numeric experiments is provided using which we quantify the improvement of the degranulation mechanisms offered by the optimized transformation of information granules.

  • 본 논문은 예측 시스템의 성능을 개선하기 위해 비선형데이터의 내재된 특성이나 불확실성을 보다 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 Interval Type-2 TSK 퍼지논리 시스템 기반 다중 퍼지 예측시스템의 설계를 다룬다. 본 논문에 제시된 다중 예측시스템들은 데이터의 비선형적 특성들을 효과적으로 고려하기 위해 설계되며, 각각의 시스템은 Type-1 TSK 퍼지논리나 다른 방법들에 비해 데이터의 불확실성을 충분히 반영할 수 있는 Interval Type-2 TSK 퍼지논리를 기반으로 구현된다. 또한, 1차 차분변환 과정을 통해, 데이터의 원형으로부터 최적의 차분데이터를 생성하고, 이들을 각 시스템의 입력으로 사용함으로써 시스템 설계 시 보다 안정된 통계적 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 마지막으로, 두 개의 전형적인 시계열 데이터의 예측 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방법의 효용성을 검증한다.

Development of Query Transformation Method by Cost Optimization

  • The transformation time among queries in the database management system (DBMS) is responsible for the execution time of users' queries, because a conventional DBMS does not consider the transformation cost when queries are transformed for execution. To reduce the transformation time (cost reduction) during execution, we propose an optimal query transformation method by exploring queries from a cost-based point of view. This cost-based point of view means considering the cost whenever queries are transformed for execution. Toward that end, we explore and compare set off heuristic, linear, and exhaustive cost-based transformations. Further, we describe practical methods of cost-based transformation integration and some query transformation problems. Our results show that, some cost-based transformations significantly improve query execution time. For instance, linear and heuristic transformed queries work 43% and 74% better than exhaustive queries.

Robust Fuzzy Feedback Linearization Control Based on Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Models

  • In this paper, well-known Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is used as the nonlinear plant model and uncertainty is assumed to be included in the model structure with known bounds. Based on the fuzzy models, a numerical robust stability analysis for the fuzzy feedback linearization regulator is presented using Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI) Theory. For these structured uncertainty, the closed system can be cast into Lur'e system by simple transformation. From the LMI stability condition for Lur'e system, we can derive the robust stability condition for the fuzzy feedback linearization regulator based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. The effectiveness of the proposed analysis is illustrated by a simple example.
