오수/합병정화조의 배출물 제어시스템 연구 (The control system of sludge amount inspection and discharge materials of outlet water and affiliated water-purification tank)

  • The individual rotten water purification tank recently discharges wastewater and sewage through the outlet without purification ability. The outlet water and affiliated water purification tank with microorganism cultivator tank cultivates microorganism and then drops the value BOD, COD of sewage and discharges the quality of water into the outlet. The blower and water pump operating continuously prompts the waste of energy and deterioration of equipment. Each room of deposition tank, foaming tank, microorganism cultivator tank is equipment with the sludge detection senses so it can detect the density of each room. The power-drive plant of the blower and water pump which ate the system cultivating the microorganism must be made as fuzzy controlization (If the sludge amount of each room become higher, the rate of operation of blower and water pump must heighten, on the contrary, in case of row sludge amount, the total handling amount and microorganism handling amount of each room of control. Tank reducing the rate of operation must be DB. At present, the blower amount in proportion to the sludge and oxygen demanding amount has to control. Each mom must be checked outlet level of the outlet, also each room must flow backward discharge materials, and must operate feed-back control until we want to be come as a below value of BOD/COD(10PPM ; KS).

비선형 시스템의 안정을 위한 HRIV 방법의 제안 (Hybrid Rule-Interval Variation(HRIV) Method for Stabilization a Class of Nonlinear Systems)

  • HRIV(Hybrid Rule-Interval Variation) method is presented to stabilize a class of nonlinear systems, where SMC(Sliding Mode Control) and ADC (ADaptive Control) schemes are incorporated to overcome the unstable characteristics of a conventional FLC(Fuzzy Logic Control). HRIV method consists of two modes: I-mode (Integral Sliding Mode PLC) and R-mode(RIV method). In I-mode, SMC is used to compensate for MAE(Minimum Approximation Error) caused by the heuristic characteristics of FLC. In R-mode, RIV method reduces interval lengths of rules as states converge to an equilibrium point, which makes the defined Lyapunov function candidate negative semi-definite without considering MAE, and the new uncertain parameters generated in R-mode are compensated by SMC. In RIV method, the overcontraction problem that the states are out of a rule-table can happen by the excessive reduction of rule intervals, which is solved with a dynamic modification of rule-intervals and a transition to I-mode. Especially, HRIV method has advantages to use the analytic upper bound of MAE and to reduce Its effect in the control input, compared with the previous researches. Finally, the proposed method is applied to stabilize a simple nonlinear system and a modified inverted pendulum system in simulation experiments.

  • Nowadays, due to development of automatic control devices and various sensors, one operator can freely handle several remote plants and processes. Automatic diagnosis and warning systems have been adopted in various fields, in order to prepare an operator's absence for patrolling plants. In this paper, a Bayesian networks based on-line diagnosis system is proposed for a wastewater treatment process. Especially, the suggested system is included learning structure, which can continuosly update conditional probabilities in the networks. To evaluate performance of proposed model, we made a lab-scale five-stage step-feed enhanced biological phosphorous removal process plant and applied on-line diagnosis system to this plant in the summer.

  • In nuclear power plants, workers are reluctant of works in steam generator because of the high radiation environment and limited working space. It is strongly recommended that the examination and maintenance works be done by an automatic system for the protection of the operator from the radiation exposure. In this paper, it is proposed a new approach to the development of the automatic vision system to examine and repair the steam generator tubes at remote distance. Digital signal processors are used in implementing real time recognition and examination of steam generator holes in the proposed vision system. Performance of proposed digital vision system is illustrated by experiment for similar steam generator model.

  • A dynamic-structure system is one that has the flexibility to change the system configuration automatically so as to operate in an optimal manner. A conceptural model for a dynamic-structure system is presented in this paper. In this model, the interchangeable components of the overall system are grouped together. Their activity levels are evaluated by an intelligent preprocessor that is associated with the group. A knowledge-based task distribution system evaluates the activity levels and makes decisions as to how the components operating below capacity should be shared with workcells that have similar components that are overloaded. Associated decision making can be effected through fuzzy logic and particularly the compositional rule of inference. A simulation example is given to illustrate the application of dynamic structuring.

  • Induction motors are a critical component of many industrial machines and are frequently integrated in commercial equipment. The many economical losses and the deterioration of system reliability might be caused by the failure of induction motors in industrial field. Based on the reliability and cost competitiveness of driving system motors, the faults detection and diagnosis of system is considered very important factors. In order to perform the faults detection and diagnosis of motors, the vibration monitoring method and motor current signature analysis MCSA method are emphasized. In this paper, MCSA method is used for induction motor fault diagnosis. This method analyzes the motor´s supply current, since this diagnoses the motor´s condition. The diagnostic system is constructed by using LabVIEW of National Instruments.

  • 본 논문에서는 기동표적의 위치오차에서 구해지는 가속도를 보상하는 지능형 추적 알고리즘을 소개한다. 관측치와 예상위치와의 차이값은 가속도와 순수잡음으로 분리된다. 이때, 최적의 가속도를 얻기 위하여 퍼지 c-means 클러스터링 기법과 예상명중위치기법이 이용되었다. 분리된 가속도와 잡음에 대한 퍼지 이론의 멤버쉽 함수를 결정되고, 이에 따라 기동표적의 기동특성이 인식되어진다. 분리된 가속도와 잡음은 추적 알고리즘 내에서 추정된 오차값을 보상하는데 이용된다. 표적의 추정값을 계산하는 일련의 과정중 필터링 과정은 기동표적의 비선형성을 선형성으로 인식하게 된다. 이것은 필터가 위치오차에서 가속도를 추출하여 남겨진 잡음만을 인식하기 때문이다. 필터링 과정 이후 추출된 가속도를 보상하여 표적의 추정값을 구해낸다. 제안된 기법은 퍼지 시스템의 멤버쉽 함수에서 파라미터를 조절하여 적응성과 강인성을 향상 시켰다. 제안된 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하기 위하여 제안된 기법을 다중모델 구조로 형성한다. 또한 제안된 기법은 온라인 시스템으로서의 수행이 가능하다. 마지막으로 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 보여주기 위하여 몇 가지 예를 추가하였다.

FNN 제어기에 의한 선박의 조종성능개선 (An improvement of control performance of ship by FNN controller)

  • A novel approach has been promoted for FNN ship controllers. An Electro-hydraulic governor has been widely adopted to the ship speed control of propulsion marine diesel engines for a long time, it was very difficult for Electro-hydraulic governor to regulate the speed of high power engine with long stroke at low speed and low load, because of the jiggling phenomena by rough fluctuation of rotating torque and the hunting phenomena by long dead time occurred in fuel combustion process in the engine cylinder. This paper provides an efficient way for improving control performance by FNN controller. An RBF neural network and GA optimization are employed in a fuzzy neural controller to deal with the nonlinearity, time varying and uncertain factors, the rule base and membership functions can be auto-adjusted by GA optimization. The parameters of neural network can be decreased by using union-rule configuration in the hidden layer of the network. The performance of controller is evaluated by the system simulation using simulink tools.

퍼지 추론에 의한 제어방법

  • 퍼지 논리를 이용한 제어시스템에 관하여 핵심 개념을 중심으로 기술하고자 한다. 요약컨데 이 퍼지제어기의 특징은 1) Parallel(distributed) control 2) logic control 3) linguistic control등이며 퍼지 제어가 효과적일 수 있는 제어대상(plant)로서는 수학적 모델을 적용하기 힘든 시스템으로서 경험적으로 또는 수동적인 방법으로 제어가 잘되고 있는 대상을 들 수 있다. 그 뿐만 아니라 간단한 제어기가 필요한 경우로서 보다 효과적인 제어측 Software를 쓰거나 센서 또는 필터없이 사용가능하고, Inverted Penedulum의 자세 제어처럼 정확성보다는 속도 응답 제어가 요구되는 경우 등에 효과적으로 쓸 수 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. Fuzzy 제어는 지식 베이스의 규모에서 인공지능형 Expert System보다 Compact하고 선형.비선형 플랜트에 공히 이용될 수 있으며, 설계자는 오퍼레이터와의 접촉을 통해 룰을 구축하므로 사용자가 시스템을 이해하기 쉬운 잇점등이 있기도 한다. 그러나 가장 큰 문제는 구축해 놓은 시스템의 안전성(Stability)를 이론적으로 사전에 검증하기가 어렵고, 같은 제어대상이라 할지라도 추론방법, 소속함수의 형태선택, 룰수 등에 따라 제어성능이 바뀔수 있으나, 무엇이 어떤 영향을 주는지 규명되지 않은점 등 여러가지 연구되어야 할 내용이 많이 있다.

  • Etching Process, one of the most important process in semiconductor fabrication, has input control part of which components are pressure, gas flow, RF power and etc., and plasma gas which is complex and not exactly understood is used to etch wafer in etching chamber. So this process has not real-time feedback controller based on input-output relation, then it uses EPD(End Point Detection) signal to determine when to start or when to stop etching. Various type EPD controller control etching process using EPD signal obtained from optical intensity of etching chamber. In development EPD controller we concentrate on compensation of this signal intensity and setting the relative signal magnitude at first of etching. We compensate signal intensity using neural network learning method and set the relative signal magnitude using fuzzy inference method. Potential of this method which improves EPD system capability is proved by experiences.
