교육콘텐츠 개발을 위한 다산(茶山) 정약용(丁若鏞) 가정생활관(家庭生活觀)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A Study on The Family Life Consciousness of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong for Educational Contents Development)

  • 본 연구는 다산 정약용의 가정생활관을 고찰하여 그 의의를 찾고, 실천성에 대해 논의하였다. 다산의 가정생활관은 다산시문집, 편지글, 선행연구 등을 참고하여 가족관, 의식주생활관, 가정경제관으로 나누어 살펴 보았다. 다산의 가정생활관은 자기관리와 절제, 근검절약과 분수 지키기, 순리적인 나눔과 베품으로 정리할 수 있었으며, 일상에서 실천적인 노력이 강조되었다. 첫째 자기관리와 절제는 말과 행동을 조심하기, 효를 실천하기, 가족 간에 화목하기, 독서하기, 선함을 잃지 않기, 심신을 수양하기 포기하기 말고 독립적이고 당당하기, 용모와 안색을 바르게 하기 등이다. 둘째로 근검절약과 분수는 항상 부지런 하고, 검소한 생활을 실천하며, 사치를 금하고 자신의 일을 열심히 하며, 과음을 경계한 것이다. 셋째는 순리적인 나눔과 베품의 실천은 환경을 탓하지 말고 분수에 맞게 지내고, 곤궁함에 대처하며, 사욕을 막고 나누고 베풀어 주라는 것이었다. 이와 같은 다산의 가정생활관은 오늘날 공유가치, 공동체사회, 복지사회를 구현해 가기 위한 규범과 가치를 담고 있다고 사료된다. 앞으로 다산의 가정생활관에 대한 교육콘텐츠의 개발을 위해 본고가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보며, 이를 통해서 시대를 초월한 다산 정신이 계승되고 실천될 수 있기를 기대한다.

소비자 특성과 소비자 신뢰가 친환경농산물의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Effects of Consumer Characteristics and Consumer Trust on Purchase Intention of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • Purpose - The environment-friendly agricultural product market in Korea sees continual high growth. Recently, the Korean government has been actively fostering environment-friendly agriculture as an engine of future growth. Korean people have increasingly become more health-conscious and interested in food safety issues. Many distribution and retailing companies have responded with various promotional activities. However, most of these are not strategic and appear to have unsatisfactory outcomes. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest effective marketing strategies for environment-friendly agricultural products. To achieve this aim, the study empirically investigates the effects of consumer characteristics and trust on the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. Research design, data, methodology - Based on the theory of planned behavior, and previous studies related to the purchase intention and consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products, we set up five study hypotheses. These related to the demographic characteristics of consumers, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. We then set up a study model and four study hypotheses relating to health consciousness, environmental consciousness, consumer trust level, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. The data were collected using a questionnaire given to consumers living in Seoul and southern Geonggi Province. The final sample size is 403 and mean age is 44.3. SPSS 15.0 for Windows and Amos 7.0 were used as statistical analysis tools. Meaningful results were derived using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, a t-test, and structural equation modeling. Results - Empirical results of this research are as follows. (1) First, it is shown that consumers consider such attributes as intimacy and health to be important when they buy environment-friendly agricultural products. (2) We also found that consumers recognize the value of environment-friendly agricultural products as high, but their trust level as low. (3) Consumer groups consisting of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age are shown to have a higher intention of buying environment-friendly agricultural products than any other consumer group. (4) It is estimated that the level of consumer trust positively affects the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. The path coefficient (.138) between consumer trust and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = .05 level. (5). It is also estimated that environmental consciousness positively affects purchase intention. The path coefficient (.245) between environmental consciousness and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = 0.05 level. The standardized path coefficients of consumer trust and environmental consciousness with purchase intention are .556 and .288 respectively. Therefore, consumer trust affects purchase intention more than environmental consciousness. (6) Finally, purchase intention is estimated to positively affect purchase behavior. Conclusions - Based upon empirical results, this research suggests that marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should focus more on increasing consumer trust levels, emphasizing the training and education of employees. The government also should pay attention to a standardized certification system for environment-friendly agricultural products. Marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should consider the consumer groups of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age as a major target segment.

국가중요농업유산의 보전관리를 위한 정책 제안 연구 (A Proposal for Conservation and Management Policy on Korea's Important Agricultural Heritage)

  • 농림축산식품부는 2012년부터 국가중요농업유산을 지정하여, 농촌지역에 보전가치가 있는 농업유산을 보전하고 있다. 이러한 노력으로 국가중요농업유산 7개를 지정하였고, 세계중요농업유산 2개를 등재시키는 성과를 거두었다. 농업유산제도가 도입된 초기와 현재의 정책 환경은 많은 변화가 일어났다. 이에 농업유산 정책 현황을 살피고, 농업유산 정책의 환경 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과 농업유산 자원 발굴의 미흡, 농업유산 모니터링 관심 증가, 농업유산 활용을 통한 농촌 활성화 기대, 농업유산 보전 관리 예산 부족이라는 정책 환경 변화를 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출된 변화를 반영한 농업유산 보전 관리 정책으로 농업유산 보전 관리체계 확립, 국가중요농업유산 지정기준 완화, 농업유산 모니터링 의무화, 농업유산 브랜드 강화, 농업유산 보전관리를 위한 예산 확대를 제안하였다. 이렇게 제안된 정책을 통해 농업유산 자원의 폭넓은 발굴과 지정이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 보전 관리 및 활용을 통해 농민은 농업유산을 이용한 농업활동을 유지할 수 있을 것이며, 가치 있는 농업유산이 후대에 계승될 수 있을 것이다.

Lycopene Content and Fruit Morphology of Red, Pink, Orange, and Yellow Fleshed Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) Germplasm Collections

  • High-quality and high-phytonutrient watermelon fruits have strong market opportunities besides their health related benefits. Hence, investigating quality and nutritional related traits of watermelon genetic resources could provide important baseline data in breeding for increased lycopene content thereby increasing the marketability of watermelon. To this end, we have examined some fruit morphological traits and lycopene content of 105 genetic resources. Seeds, originally obtained from 22+ countries, were obtained from the National Agrobiodiversity Center, Jeonju, South Korea, grown in an experimental field and harvested at a fully mature stage. The size of pistil scar (SPS), the width of stripes (WS), weight of fruit (WF), length of fruit (LF), width of fruit (WIF), the thickness of pericarp (TP), soluble solids content (SSC), fruit shape in longitudinal section, ground color of skin, the intensity of the green color of skin, fruit shape at the apical part, grooving distribution, conspicuousness of stripes, and main color of the flesh were recorded on the field and inside laboratory and the lycopene was measured using spectrophotometric and HPLC methods. Watermelon fruits have shown a diverse morphological characters. Red and pink fleshed fruits dominated in the entire collections. Fruits with higher thickness of rind were found to exhibit less soluble solid content (SSC). Korean origin fruits were characterized by intermediate SSC while the United States of America (USA), Russia (RUS), Tajikistan (TJK), Turkmenistan (TKM), Taiwan (TWN), and Uruguay (URY) originated fruits had the highest SSC. The lycopene content varied between 41.37 and 182.82 ㎍/g, 2.81 and 163.72 ㎍/g, and 3.54 and 255.47 ㎍/g using HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and microplate reader spectrophotometer, respectively. Red- and pink-fleshed fruits had the highest levels of lycopene content compared to the yellow- and orange-fleshed. Lycopene content had a significant positive correlation with SSC, however, no correlations were detected between lycopene and other quantitative fruit morphological characters. Our study demonstrated high diversity exists in fruit morphological traits and lycopene content of the germplasm collections which provide beneficial baseline data for a future breeding program and utilization of watermelon germplasm collections in gene banks for the maintenance and improvement of the current levels of production, marketability, and health-related benefit of watermelon fruits.

건강운동 프로그램이 여성노인의 신체 유연성 및 건강행위 이행에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Stretching and Recreation Exercise Included Health Education on Physical Flexibility and Health Behavior Compliance of Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the stretching and recreation exercise including health education on physical flexibility and health behavior compliance of women in elderly. Subjects included 28 women elderly who were residents of H Dong, Dondae moon-Gu, Seoul. The treatment intervention was applied during total 8 weeks as 5 times/week for stretching exercise with 2 times/weeks for health education. Data collection were from February to April, 2004. SPSS Window program was used by aims of this study for data analysis. The results were as following: 1. 75 old age above (39.3%) was the most of age in subjects. None education (42.9%) was the most of subjects in this study. Perceived health state was the most as 71.4% in moderate and good health state. 2. Physical flexibility of both shoulder(right z=-4.301, p=,000)(left z=-4.306), both arm(right z=-3.623, p=.0001)(left z=4.111, p=.0001), heel on both ankle(right z=-3.472, p=.0001) (left z=956, p=.0001), both before food(right z=-4.205, p=.0001)left(z=4.191, p=.0001) and both knee(right z=-4.118, p=.0001)(left z=4.082, p=.0001) was increased after 8 weeks more than before stretching and recreation exercise including health education were done. 3. Health behavior compliance(z=-4.073, p=.0001) was significantly on the effect. Therefore, it is confirmed that stretching exercise included health education is an effective nursing intervention for physical, mental, and psychological health management in elderly. Accordingly, authors are proposing that variously effective health management exercise programs must be developed for elderly, at the same time, the application and following up on the programs will be more important in the future.

신해양질서 10년후 세계어업자원 이용동향 (The Exploitation of World Fishery Resources for 10 Years under the New Regime in the Sea)

  • In this paper, state of exploitation of world fishery resources after 10 years under the new regime in the sea, called the era of exclusive economic zone (EEZ) expending up to a 200 nautical miles from coastal line, was reviewed to determine effect from establishing EEZ in the world fishery production and its export/import volume based on the fishery statistics annually published by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of United Nation. The world total production from marine living resources had a trend showing a waned increase during 1970's when most of coastal states were translated into the reality of EEZ. From mid-1980's onwards, it increased rapidly, reaching about 85 million tons . Such increase in production was basically from the Pacific Ocean, accounting for more than 60% of the world total production. Fishing areas where showed increase in the production after the new regime in the sea were the southwestern Atlantic (FAO area 41) , the eastern Indian (FAO area 57) and the whole fishing areas in the Pacific except the eastern central Pacific (FAO area 77). Increase in the production from distant-water fishing countries came from the regions of the southwest Atlantic (FAO area 41) and the southwest Pacific (FAO area 81) . The production from coastal states was up from the regions of the eastern Indian (FAO area 57) , the northwest and northeast Pacific (FAO areas 61 and 67) and the southeast Pacific (FAO area 87) . It was likely that the exploitation of the fishable stocks was well monitored in the areas of the northwest Atlantic (FAO area 21) , the eastern central Atlantic (FAO area 34) and the northeast Pacific (FAO area 67) through appropriate management measures such as annual harvest level, establishment of total allowable catch etc. The marine fisheries resources that have made contribution to the world production, despite expansion of 200 EEZ by coastal states, were sardinellas, Atlantic cod, blue whiting and squids in the Atlantic Ocean : tunas which mainly include skipjack, yellowfin and bigeye tuna, croakers and pony fishes in the Indian Ocean : and sardine, Chilean pilchard, Alaska pollock, tunas (skipjack and yellowfin tuna) , blue grenadier and blue whiting including anchoveta in the Pacific Ocean. It was identified that both fishery production and its export since introduction of the new regime in the sea were dominated by such coastal states as USA, Canada, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa and Newzealand. But difficulties have been experienced in the European countries including Norway, Spain, Japan and Rep. of Korea. Therefore, majority of coastal states are unlikely to have yet undertaken proper utilization as well as rational management of marine living resources in their jurisdiction during the last two decades. The main target species groups which led the world fishery production to go up were Alaska pollock, cods, tunas, sardinellas, chub and jack mackerel and anchoveta. These stocks are largely expected to continue to contribute to the production. The fisheries resources which are unexploited, underexploited and/or lightly exploited at present and which will be contributed to the world production in future are identified with cephalopods, Pacific jack mackerel and Atlantic mackerel, silver hake including anchovies. These resources mainly distribute in the Pacific regions, especially FAO statistical fishing areas 67, 77 and 87. It was likely to premature to conclude that the new regime in the sea was only in favour of coastal states in fishey production.

지속가능한 고래관광을 위한 중요요인 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Critical Factors for Sustainable Whale Tourism)

  • During the Joseon period, the East Sea would be called 'Gyeonghae' due to a large number of whales. In the Republic of Korea, whaling was locally permitted in 1946. However, the number drastically dropped because the hunting of the marine mammal had already been carried out in Russia, the U.S. and Japan since 1800s. Before a moratorium on commercial whaling was introduced by the International Whaling Commission(IWC) in 1986, whale populations in the East Sea had plunged. Furthermore, Korean gray whales and fin whales weren't found anymore in that area. With the suspension, whale hunting was banned in Korea as well. Even so, accidentally caught whales have been allowed to be distributed on the market with respect for local food culture. With the establishment of Whale Museum and hosting of the 57th Annual Meeting of the International Whaling Commission(IWC) at Jangsaengpo in 2005, whale tourism was facilitated in earnest. This whale tourism has been operated by Nam-gu Office and Nam-gu City Management Corporation in Ulsan. However, the popularity of whale tourism has increased a demand for whale meat. At the same time, there has been concern over decrease in whale populations because of illegal whaling. In addition, a conflict between the use and protection of whales has caused confusion in tourism identity. Actually, there is a serious doubt on the sustainability of whale tourism due to the decade-long deficit and excessive investments. This study attempts to define a concept of whale tourism and propose a future direction for the sustainable growth and development of Korea's whale tourism industry after developing such comprehensive assessment indicators as a basic research for the introduction of sustainable whale tourism. To achieve the aim of this study, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was chosen as a main research tool and the factors were ranked by a comprehensive analysis of principal factors and detail factors. The current study showed the following results. First, ecological environment(0.430) was indicated the most important factor of whale tourism assessment indicators. Moreover, Population(0.1302), Action for Cetacean protection(0.1031), Governance(0.0898) were critical factors. On the other hand, Accommodations(0.0085), Whale meat(0.0088) were unimportant factors than others.

O2O(Online to Offline)서비스 사업 형태에 따른 소비자 반응에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 배달 서비스와 카셰어링 서비스 중심으로 (An Explorative Study of Consumer Response on O2O Service Types: Focusing on Delivery and Car sharing service)

  • 본 연구는 현재 O2O서비스의 소비자 반응을 서비스 사업 형태별로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 기존 연구들은 주로 O2O서비스의 품질요인이나 기술수용이론에 초점을 두고 연구를 하였다면, 본 연구에서는 서비스 사업 형태별로 소비자가 중요시 여기는 요인과 소비자 반응에 있어 차이가 있음을 살펴보았다. 또한 O2O 서비스 중에서도 활발하게 이용되고 있는 대표적인 음식배달 서비스와 카셰어링 서비스를 선정, 비교하여 살펴보았다는 점에 의의가 있다. O2O서비스는 소비자의 생활과 밀접한 서비스이므로 개인정보보안에 대한 이슈와 소비자와 플랫폼 업체 간의 발생되는 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성에 대한 소비자의 반응, 마지막으로 O2O서비스에 대해 인지하는 개인과 집단 간의 차이를 살펴보기 위한 사회적 규범을 주요 요인으로 살펴보았다. 301명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 분산분석을 실행하였다. 연구결과 O2O서비스 중 배달 서비스가 카셰어링 서비스보다 상대적으로 개인정보보안, 중개플랫폼의 신뢰, 사회적 규범이 낮은 소비자 집단에서 서비스태도에 더 호의적이었다. 다만 사회적 규범의 경우, 사회적 규범이 높은 소비자 집단에서 카셰어링 서비스가 더 호의적인 태도를 보였는데, 이러한 결과는 제공되는 서비스제품 유형(식품 관련 서비스 vs. 자동차관련 서비스)이 다름에서 나타나는 현상으로 해석된다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

세계화 시대의 국제물류 연구동향과 과제 (Review and Prospects on International Physical Distribution Studies of Geography in the Globtlization Era)

  • 국제물류를 국제무역의 물적유통과 국제 화물유동으로 정의하고 방법론상의 변화를 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 과제를 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 국제물류에 관한 연구방법의 개발로 물류를 단지 수송의 현상으로써 인식하는 것이 아니라 생산과 소비를 결합하고 정보류를 포함한 종합적 로지스틱으로써 이해할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 국제물류 유동의 모델화에 관한 연구는 장차 도시를 포함한 지역간의 관계를 주목하는 미시적 관점에서의 연구가 필요하다. 그리고 글로벌 경제로 국가뿐만 아니라 다국적 기업도 무역의 주체로 등장하기 때문에 문화적.행동론적 요소를 가미한 입지론과 경제지리학은 새로 구축되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 국제물류를 배경으로 한 항만과 그 후배지와의 관계에 대한 연구는 기업의 의사결정 행동으로서 항만의 이용을 야기시키는 요인까지 분석할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 석유파동 이후 輕薄短小 화물, 유연적 전문화로 인한 다품종 소량 생산체제와 자유무역주의의 등장과, 신선도를 요하는 식료품이나 화훼 등의 고속수송의 필요성으로 항공 화물수송이 중요시되고 있기 때문에 국제공항을 중심으로 화물의 후배지와 지향지에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다.

호텔 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질 만족도가 재방문 의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Menu Quality of Hotel Italian Restaurants on Satisfaction and Revisit Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서울 시내에 소재한 대표적인 특1급 호텔 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질이 고객 만족과 재방문에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 조사 기간은 2009년 6월 20일부터 6월 26일까지 7일 동안 이태리 레스토랑을 방문한 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 이태리 레스토랑의 선택 기준은 음식의 맛이며, 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질에 대한 총 45개의 변수를 가지고 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 메뉴 구성 요인, 음식 품질 요인, 메뉴 서비스 요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질 중에서 메뉴 구성과 메뉴 서비스가 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객 만족은 재방문에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질 중에서 메뉴 구성은 재방문에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 음식 품질과 메뉴 서비스는 재방문에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 한계점으로는 서울 시내에 소재한 특1급 호텔 이태리 레스토랑으로 지역을 제한하여 조사를 하였기 때문에 전체적인 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴 품질을 대표할 수 없다고 생각된다. 향후 연구에서는 외식업체의 이태리 메뉴 품질에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행이 되어야 하겠다.
