가스터빈의 냉각공기를 고려한 선박동력용 GT/ST 하이브리드시스템의 성능 평가 (Performance Analysis of GT/ST Hybrid System for Marine Power Applications(under Conditions of Air-Cooled Gas Turbine))

  • 미래형 선박 동력장치는 경제성과 친환경성을 같이 요구하고 있다. 즉, 높은 에너지 효율과 함께 대기오염물질 및 온실가스의 배출을 낮추어야 한다. 최근 가스터빈은 효율과 안전성 면에서 많은 기술적 발전을 이룩하였으며 항공용 이외에 파워플랜트의 GT/ST 하이브리드시스템으로 채용의 사례를 넓히고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선박용으로 GT/ST 하이브리드시스템의 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 대용량이 아닌 수십 MW급에 대한 성능 특성을 시뮬레이션으로 검토하였다. 검토된 GT/ST 하이브리드시스템은 최대 효율이 49 %정도이고 TIT에 대하여 최고 효율점을 갖으며 가스터빈과 증기터빈의 부하분담률이 각각 70~75 % 그리고 25~30 % 정도였다.

  • 상호작용적인 가상현실 기술은 실제 환경의 제약을 극복할 수 있으며 사용자에게 흥미와 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 과학적 탐구학습에도 적극 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구에서는 주로 특정 교안에 대한 응용 프로그램의 개발에 중점을 두고 있어서 다른 교안을 위한 탐구학습가상환경 개발에 쉽게 활용하기 어려웠다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과학적 탐구학습 가상환경의 개발을 도와주는 통합적인 가상현실 시스템 SASILE (System for Augmenting Scientific Inquiry Learning Environments)을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 가상현실을 활용한 과학적 탐구학습 관련 연구를 살펴보고, 제안하는 시스템의 구조와 구현에 대해서 설명한다. 그리고 이 시스템을 이용하여 가상현실 모양성에서 한옥에 나타난 대류현상에 대한 과학적 탐구학습 환경 개발 사례와 가상환경 화성 암석의 성분을 측정하여 운석이 떨어진 곳을 찾는 화성 탐사 개발사례를 설명한다. 마지막으로 이 시스템의 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논한다.

  • The home interior market has been expanding due to the continuing increase of single-person households, the craze for DIY interior design, the increasing demands for old-house renovation and the customer needs for good housing conditions. Now the building materials companies are scrambling for the whole interior market share. The heretofore companies have focused only on the single items, but now they are promoting the comprehensive interior products as total interior brands. Besides, they use their own showrooms to share their brand culture experience and have communication with their customers. As for the show rooms, they have got to represent the identities of the building materials brands. And to present them effectively, it needs to meet the customer needs and emotions. In this connection, the object of this study is to clarify the definitions and the characteristics of the show rooms and the experience design through the literature research, analysis the space characteristics of the experience design in the show rooms of total interior brands, investigate their customer satisfaction and present the direction and the effective methods of the space design for the show rooms of the future. And the study result shows the experience design is the key factor to the high user satisfaction. Thus, the show rooms should provide the well-balanced experience with the adoption of a variety of experience design elements. Especially, the experience design elements are needed in the room to display the merchandise. Lastly, the show rooms are expected to increase constantly, so the study targeted at the specific area, Seoul should be expanded to other areas. And this study based on the customer survey alone have a limit to giving the concrete proposals. Therefore, the follow-up studies with the different methods such as one-to-one interview will be in demand.

  • 미국 등의 해외 주요국과 달리, 한국에서는 OTT 서비스가 크게 확산되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 국내 OTT 서비스가 활성화되지 못한 주요 원인들로 OTT 사업자들이 서비스 초기에 이용자의 선호 콘텐츠를 제공하지 못했다는 점과 와이파이(Wifi)가 없는 곳에서 OTT 이용 시 개인 데이터가 소진되어 이용 요금에 부담을 느끼므로 OTT 서비스 이용에 제한이 있다는 점에 초점을 두었다. 정보통신정책연구원의 한국미디어패널조사 자료를 이용해, 최근 3년 사이 성장세를 보이고 있는 국내 OTT 서비스 시장에서 이용자의 주요 이용 콘텐츠와 이용자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 주요 이용 콘텐츠, 이용자의 OTT 서비스 주요 이용 장소와 원하는 시간과 장소에서 편하게 사용할 수 있다는 OTT 서비스의 최대 장점이 잘 발휘되고 있는지 여부를 알아본다. 이러한 분석 결과는 OTT 서비스 사업자가 앞으로 서비스 활성화를 위해 어떤 문제를 해결하고, 어떤 전략을 세워나가야 하는 지에 대한 시사점을 제안한다.

  • Four programs, i.e. TRMM, ADEOS2, ASTER, and ALOS are going on in Japanese Earth Observation programs. TRMM and ASTER are operating well, and TRMM operation will be continued to 2009. ADEOS2 was failed, but AMSR-E on Aqua is operating. ALOS (Advanced Land Observing Satellite) was successfully launched on $24^{th}$ Jan. 2006. ALOS carries three instruments, i.e., PRISM (Panchromatic Remote Sensing Instrument for Stereo Mapping), AVNIR-2 (Advanced Visible and Near Infrared Radiometer), and PALSAR (Phased Array L band Synthetic Aperture Radar). PRISM is a 3 line panchromatic push broom scanner with 2.5m IFOV. AVNIR-2 is a 4 channel multi spectral scanner with 10m IFOV. PALSAR is a full polarimetric active phased array SAR. PALSAR has many observation modes including full polarimetric mode and scan SAR mode. After the unfortunate accident of ADEOS2, JAXA still have plans of Earth observation programs. Next generation satellites will be launched in 2008-2012 timeframe. They are GOSAT (Greenhouse Gas Observation Satellite), GCOM-W and GCOM-C (ADEOS-2 follow on), and GPM (Global Precipitation Mission) core satellite. GOSAT will carry 2 instruments, i.e. a green house gas sensor and a cloud/aerosol imager. The main sensor is a Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) and covers 0.76 to 15 ${\mu}m$ region with 0.2 to 0.5 $cm^{-1}$ resolution. GPM is a joint project with NASA and will carry two instruments. JAXA will develop DPR (Dual frequency Precipitation Radar) which is a follow on of PR on TRMM. Another project is EarthCare. It is a joint project with ESA and JAXA is going to provide CPR (Cloud Profiling Radar). Discussions on future Earth Observation programs have been started including discussions on ALOS F/O.

보건진료원(保健診療員) 훈련생(訓練生)의 제특성(諸特性) 및 교육실태(敎育實態) 분석(分析) - 1982년도(年度) 보건진료원(保健診療員) 훈련생(訓練生)을 대상(對象)으로 - (Analysis of the Status of CHP Trainees and the Management of CHP Training Course)

  • A special law on health care for rural areas was enacted, as of Dec. 31, 1980, in order to provide effective health care service in rural areas through the primary health care approach. The implementation of the PHC developed the CHP(Community Health Practitioner) and provided the training program lasted 24 weeks. The qualification of CHP is a registered nurses or midwivies. This study was conducted in order to analyze the characteristics of trainees of CHP and training environments. The data was collected from personal questionnaire by means of mailing. Respondent was 338 out of 356 trainees. The summary of the findings are as follows : 1) The 38.0% out of trainees is 25-29 years of age (minimum : 20, maximum 55, mean : 30.3). 2) The 59.0% of respondent come from county area and the 52.5% are married. 3) The 61.0% didn't receive any in-service education. 4) In their experience related to health care service, the 29.8% of them experienced during 4 year 6 year and the 50.8% of the holders in experience was engaged in clinical field. 5) As to motivation of application of CHP, the 55.1% respond to "Independently workable" and the 35.1% respond to "Worthwhile". 6) The 45.1% got any information sources on CHP from Newsletter of KNA. 7) The 46.8% of respondent showed that instructor had utilized both teaching materials and reference book. 8) During the training, the 49.4% stayed at own house but the 35.0% stayed with lodgings and flat. 9) The 52.8% of trainees comment on very short of living allowance. 10) The 19.3% of respondent is willing to serve as CHP for ten years or more, but the 42.1% respond to serve for obligation namely 2 years. This study result could be utilized as a basic data for improving the CHP training program and management of the CHP's field activity in the future.

해외 특허 사례 기반 프리패브 공간 구조 분석 (Analysis on Prefabricated Space Structure Based on Overseas Patent Case Study)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 환경에서 임시 주거를 위한 공간을 쉽게 구성하는 방법을 분석한다. 이를 위해 모듈라 조립식 건축 구조의 사례를 분석하고 임시 주거 공간을 형성할 수 있는 다양한 해결 방안을 탐색한다. 본 연구를 통해 예측이 불가능한 다양한 상황에서 사용자의 안정적 생활 환경을 위한 주거 공간을 구축하기 위해 다양한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이와 관련된 다양한 해외의 특허 사례를 수집하고 분석하여 다음과 같이 총 4가지의 그룹으로 그 결과를 도출하였다. 이는 1) 소규모 부품을 활용한 조립 방식, 2) 프리패브 모듈의 적층 방식, 3) 공간 확장 방식, 그리고 4) 세부요소의 제작 방식으로 구분될 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 향후 보다 더 저비용 및 효율적으로 구축이 가능한 프리패브 임시 주거 공간의 구조를 연구하고자 한다.

장수명주택 인증제도 개선방향 설정을 위한 공동주택 수요자 인식도 조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Consumer's Perception Survey for Improvement of Long-Life Housing Certification System)

  • The domestic housing paradigm has changed from quantitative growth to qualitative growth, and demands for pleasant living environment and meeting basic living conditions have increased due to increased living standards of the people. In a related move, the Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport introduced "long-life housing construction standards" in the Article 21 paragraph 6 of the Housing Act through a revision of the Housing Act in December 2014, devised detailed criteria and enforced the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, titled "long-life housing construction certification standards" which require long-life housing certification in construction of apartment houses that accommodate more than 1,000 households. In this regard, A survey of consumers was conducted to collect opinions about consumers' perception and requirements regarding long-life housing, and thus to promote long-life housing and improve certification system criteria. The general public who wish to purchase housing were selected as the subjects for the present study, and the survey was conducted at the site of apartment house PR hall in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as of January 2015. The result of this study is an opinion survey of long-life housing consumers. For future work, additional research is needed to establish legal standards and devise support systems, along with technology development for long-life housing.

A Basic Study to Measure the Effectiveness of the Korean Green Building Certification System in Terms of Sustainability

  • Humanity is facing a number of serious issues associated with increased energy consumption and environmental pollution. Various studies/guidelines concerning sustainable building construction have suggested solutions to these disastrous problems, including: net-zero energy buildings, the green building certification system, and others. Sustainability pursues three expected effects: environmental, social, and economic merits. Korean Green Building Council (K-GBC) has also announced the Korean Green Building Certification System (K-GBCS) since 2003 based on sustainability. Some positive social and environmental aspects of the K-GBCS have already been reported. However, it is somewhat difficult to verify its economic merits, which are crucial to ensuring the validity of the K-GBCS. This research aims to verify the economic merits of the eco-friendly Korean-style condominiums accredited by K-GBCS. Following this, the expected economic effectiveness of K-GBCS will be examined in terms of sustainability. The underlying assumption is that the potential economic effect should reflect the actual economic merits, and should reflect the value of the housing in particular. According to the analysis of the variance, it can be concluded the value of green certified buildings is statistically higher than the value of non-certified buildings. Furthermore, it was also observed that this tendency was more dominant in Gyeonggi Province than in the City of Seoul. This may be caused by one of the variables: the proximity to downtown. In future studies, this variable should be studied in greater detail.

조선후기 궁실건축에 사용된 격식기법의 유형과 변천 (The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners and Their Historical Changes in Palatial Buildings and Royal Residences in the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • The grade of East Asian architecture is generally classified by the size, the shape of the roof, and the type of bracket set. The craftsmanship of columns, beam, purlin, stylobate, column base stone and paintwork is also a contributing factor for such classifications. These classifications can be found not only in historical documents such as 「Oksajo(屋舍條)」 of 『Samguksagi(三國史記)』 but also in 「house details regulations of residential architecture(家舍規制)」 of Joseon Dynasty. However, there are differences in detailed designs among the same grade of architecture regardless of the classification. In this research, the Palace, the Royal Residence(宮家), and the Jaesil(齋室) are considered as the Palatial Buildings and Royal Residences. And the advanced architectural o details which appear only in the Royal Architectures are defined as the 'The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners'. The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners is detailed design, which can be seen as fabrication of materials and supplementary factors. The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners used in the Palatial Buildings and Royal Residences reveal the types and their historical changes. This research will present a basis for the repair and restoration of cultural heritages to be carried out in the future, and also prevent them from further damages, thus help to preserve the cultural heritages.
