Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in recurrent or habitual type temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dislocation. One Recurrent or habitual type TMJ dislocation case was managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on TMJ, combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. The patient showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. Although it is not clear the effect is sustaining or temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Therapeutic effect of Customized yinyang Balancing Appliance (CBA) and Balancing upper cervical alignment technique of Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy (FCST) for the balance of meridian and neurologic system was observed with regard to subfertility, a difficulty in fertility. One subfertility case was managed with the CBA, combined with acupuncture and herbal medicine. The other case was managed with the balacing upper cervical alignment technique, combined with acupuncture and herb-medicine. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. Patients showed positive changes in subjective symptoms after the treatment and these effects were maintained over the follow-up period. And each patient gave a birth to a male child. Further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Therapeutic effect of temporomandibular joint postural training by functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for the balance of the meridian and neurologic system was observed in a facial palsy case. An idiopathic facial palsy case of House-Brackmann grade V was managed with FCST, combined with acupuncture and postural training of the cervical and pelvic structures. Clinical outcome measurement was performed by House-Brackmann grade and Yanagihara's scale. The patient showed positive changes in the degree of palsy and subjective symptoms within one month. Further research on the effect of FCST is expected.

It was observed in the Subfertility Cases that Customized yinyang Balance Appliance (CBA) and Balancing Upper Cervical Alignment Technique of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance are theraputic. Four Subfertility cases were managed with the CBA, combined with acupuncture and herb-medicine. The other cases were managed with the Balacing Upper Cervical Alignment Technique, combined with acupuncture and herb-medicine. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. Patients showed positive changes in subjective symptoms after the treatment and these effects maintained over the follow-up period. And each patient gave a birth to a male/female child. Further clinical and biological research with FCST therapy on hormone-related disordres is expected.

Method : A neck pain one case with 3 months of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and manual medicine. Results : Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observation. The patient reported over-90% remission and returned to ordinary daily life after 1 months of therapy. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Methods : A unidentified severe torticollis two cases with several months of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and manual medicine. Results : Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observation. The patient reported over-90% remission and returned to ordinary daily life after $3{\sim}5$ months of therapy, which effect was reported to maintain for 6 months. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Objectives: The aim of our study was to report clinical improvement of a patient who suffered from Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) being treated with Korean Medical treatments and Intraoral Balancing Appliance (IBA). Methods: During the admission period, the patient was treated with acupuncture, cupping, Korean Medicine, Chuna therapy and FCST (Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy) every day. And we observed patient's condition by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Pain Disability Index (PDI), EQ-5D-5L (Five-level EuroQol-5 dimensions), and assessment about range of motion(ROM) for temporomandibular joint and cervix. Results: After treated for 4 weeks, the patient's NRS, PDI, EQ-5D-5L and ROM were improved. Conclusions: Korean Medical treatments including FCST are estimated to be effective for patients with TMD. But the case was only one, so more cases and further research is needed to prove the effectiveness of the treatment.

The purpose of this study was to report the effect of Yinyang balancing appliance (YBA) of Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy (FCST) and Korean medicine methods treating idiopathic scoliosis. YBA was applied for 146 times from 29th March 2014 to 5th September 2015. Herbal medicine used for treatment were Yeonggamgangmisinhaintang, Eokgansangagambang, Gamihangchetang. The change of symptoms was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale. When treated with YBA and herbal medicine, the patient showed improvement. After about 1 year, the patient was recovered completely. This case showed that YBA and herbal medicine can be effective to improve idiopathic scoliosis.
