The Korean mathematical curriculum has been changed three times during the resent five years. It led to changes in textbook system. In the 2007 revised mathematics curriculum, workbook was developed focusing on student's self-oriented learning, effective practice in differentiated classroom, and mathematics problem solving considering individual difference. This paper examines the characteristics of the tasks and the way the tasks are organized in the textbooks and the workbook in accordance with the 2007 revised mathematics curriculum; comparing with the function section before and after the amendment. Researchers examine whether the textbook and workbook were accomplished the purpose with "cognitive expectation", "level of cognitive demand", "and "response types". Researchers revised framework of [Son, J. W. & Senk, S. (2010). How reform curricula in the USA and Korea present multiplication and division of fraction. Educ. Stud. Math 74(2), 117-142] to make them suitable for the function section at the seventh grade.

대학의 가상교육이 성공적으로 운영되기 위해서는 대학도서관의 효과적인 지원을 필요로 한다. 원격학생들이 학습에 필요한 모든 정보자료 및 도서관서비스를 원활하게 지원 받을 때, 학습의 효과를 극대화할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 가상교육의 성공적인 지원을 위해 대학도서관이 추구해야 할 역할 및 기능에 관하여 외국의 선행연구를 통하여 살펴보고, 대학도서관이 가상교육을 성공적으로 지원할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 사서 도서과서비스, 디지털도서관, 도서관 정책 및 운영 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다.

In this paper, we give and study the notion of computer topological function space between computer topological spaces with $k_i$ adjacency, i $\in$ {0, 1}. Using this notion, we study various properties of topologies of a computer topological function space.

In this paper we give a determinant formula for congruent zeta functions of real Abelian function fields. We also give some example of congruent zeta functions when the conductor of real Abelian function field is monic irreducible.

A new proof of the well-known identity involved in the Beta function B(p, q) is given by using the theory of hypergeometric series and a brief history of Gamma function is also provided. The method here is shown to be able to apply to evaluate some definite integrals.

In this paper we define the concept of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ function algebras on hemicompact spaces. So we show that under certain condition they can be represented as a projective limit of Banach function algebras. Then the class of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ Lipschitz algebras on hemicompact metric spaces are defined and their relations with the class of lipschitz algebras on compact metric spaces are studied.

In this article, we considered a class of nonlinear variational hemivariational inequality problems and investigated a gap function and regularized gap function for the problems. We discussed the global error bounds for such inequalities in terms of gap function and regularized gap functions by utilizing the Clarke generalized gradient, relaxed monotonicity, and relaxed Lipschitz continuous mappings. Finally, as applications, we addressed an application to non-stationary non-smooth semi-permeability problems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among sexual function, sexual stress, and quality of life in middle aged women patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 154 middle aged women patient with diabetes mellitus in one hospital. Results: The mean sexual function score was $12.99{\pm}9.11$. There were statistically significant differences in sexual function according to age, level of education, employment status, time of being diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, number of complications, self-monitoring of blood glucose, menopausal status, and level of glycosylated hemoglobin. The mean sexual stress score was $26.99{\pm}16.88$. The score of quality of life was $79.12{\pm}14.30$. There were statistically significant differences in quality of life according to level of education. Sexual function was negatively correlated with sexual stress (r=-.46 p<.001) and positively correlated with quality of life (r=.32, p<.001), while sexual stress was negatively correlated with quality of life (r=-.36 p<.001). Conclusion: Higher sexual dysfunction in middle aged women patients with diabetes mellitus was correlated with lower sexual stress and improved quality of life, while lower sexual stress was correlated with improved quality of life.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between cognitive function, self-esteem, and depression among patients in long-term care hospitals. Methods: The study participants were 159 patients from 2 long-term care hospitals in Kyungki province. Data were collected from January 2 to February 5, 2013, by conducting across-sectional descriptive survey using a structured questionnaire administered by researchers. Results: Cognitive function and depression were significantly different according to age, education level and marriage. Self-esteem was significantly different according to education level and economic status. Self-esteem was significantly positively correlated with cognitive function, which in contrast showed a significant negative correlation with depression. Among our subjects, those older than 80 years showed low cognitive function and those with low educational attainment showed high scores of depression. Conclusion: We conclude that, elderly patients in long-term care hospitals who have low educational attainment should be carefully monitored, especially by nurses, for cognitive function and depression. In addition, nurses should have constant communication with their patients. Moreover, long-term care hospitals should apply early detection of and a management system for cognitive impairment and depression among their patients.

In the previous study, the Haar wavelet was used as the sole basis function for the 3D discrete wavelet transform because the number of bands is too small to decompose a remotely sensed image in band direction with other basis functions. However, it is possible to use other basis functions for wavelet decomposition in horizontal and vertical directions because wavelet decomposition is independently performed in each direction. This study aims to classify a high spatial resolution image with the six types of basis function including the Haar function and to compare those results. The other wavelets are more helpful to classify high resolution imagery than the Haar wavelet. In overall accuracy, the Coif4 wavelet has the best result. The improvement of classification accuracy is different depending on the type of class and the type of wavelet. Using the basis functions with long length could be effective for improving accuracy in classification, especially for the classes of small area. This study is expected to be used as fundamental information for selecting optimal basis function according to the data properties in the 3D DWT based image classification.
