신경회로망 PID 제어기를 이용한 전력계통의 부하주파수제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Load Frequency Control of 2-Area Power System Using Neural Network PID Controller)

  • This paper has presented a method for self-tuning tile PID controller using a BP method of multilayered NNs. The proposed controller employ input signal as a learning signal of PID control. The proposed controller is applied to load-frequency control of power system and it is investigated a dynamic characteristic. The simulation results shows that proposed NN STPID controller has the good dynamics responses against load disturbances.

  • The wavelength converter is considered to be a key element of future dense WDM optical networks. It enables wavelength reuse and resolves contention problem. Moreover, the tunability of the wavelength converter enhance the flexibility of network systems by facilitating reconfigurable dynamic wavelength routing. In order to achieve optically tunable wavelength conversion, we recently proposed and experimentally demonstrated wavelength conversion and tuning based on cascaded sum and difference frequency generation in a Ti:PPLN channel waveguide.   • 본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 라인 전압제어 가변 대역통과필터를 제안한다. 박막 강유전체의 상대 유전율은 인가 전압에 따라 변하는 특성을 이용하였고, Au/BSTO/MgO/Au 구조로 설계하였다. 커플링 수가 3개인 공진기를 연결하여 공진기 사이의 간격을 잘 조절한 격과, 중심 주파수 16 GHz 에서 1.9 GHz의 튜닝 범위, 800MHz 내의 좁은 대역폭, 3dB 이내의 작은 삽입손실을 갖는 필터를 설계할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 광 다이오드에서 들어오는 신호로부터 원하는 대역의 신호를 얻기 위한 적외선 수신 IC에 적합한 대역통과필터를 설계하였다 설계한 대역통과필터는 2차 Biquad gm-C 필터의 구조를 이용하여 중심주파수가 38kHz. Quality factor가 10인 필터를 구현하였다. 구현된 대역통과필터는 필터부분과 중심주파수를 보정해 주는 frequency tuning 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 낮은 transconductance와 높은 선형성을 요구하는 transconductor의 설계를 위해 Gilbert 곱셈기 특성을 이용하여 구현하였고 AMS사의 0.8${\mu}m$ BiCMOS model을 사용하여 +5V로 동작되도록 설계 하였다

  • This paper proposes 1.5V-3GHz CMOS PLL with a new delay cell for operating in high frequency and multi chained two stage VCO to improve phase noise performance. The proposed multi-chained architecture is able to reduce a timing jitter or a transition spacing and the newly VCO is operating in high frequency. The PFD circuit designed to prevent fluctuation of charge pump circuit under the locking condition. Simulation results show that the tuning range of proposed VCO is wide at 1.8GHz-3.2Ghz and power dissipation is 0.6mW.

  • The evaluation of simulation models against ADS-33 quantitative rotorcraft handling qualities metrics has, in the past, been a time consuming effort, involving many individual analyses in both the time and frequency domains. Manual tuning of control system parameters to meet handling qualities and performance specifications has been cumbersome and complicated. Performing rigorous trade-off studies for numerous variations in the control system is too time consuming to be practicable. With the complex interaction of time- and frequency based specifications for the closed- and broken-loop responses, it is difficult to know if the design makes the most effective use of the available control power. The Control Designer's Unified Interface (CONDUIT) software makes possible rapid optimization and trade-offs of design configurations against handling qualities specifications.

  • In this paper, coplanar waveguide fed antennas (CPWFAs) insetting two slits to boundary of the square microstrip patch are presented. These slits play roles in not only lowering a resonant frequency but also fine-tuning for the proposed antenna together with open stub of CPW feed line. The CPWFAs were designed and manufactured using microwave dielectrics (Al,Mg)TaO$_2$ having high dielectric-constant ($\varepsilon$r=20). The return loss and input impedance of the CPWFAs were investigated in terms of the slit length and open stub length of CPW feed line. It is shown that a resonant frequency decreases as the slit length increases.

  • This paper describes the modeling and simulation results for film bulk acoustic resonators(FBAR). We present the frequency tuning mechanisms, analytical solutions of the wave equation and the influence of the thickness of the electrodes. The impedance for PZT based FBAR is derived utilizing proper boundary conditions and their material parameters. Ferroelectrics-based RF filter composed of FBARs are designed.

  • This paper addresses the small-signal stability and control problems associated with a Static Var Compensator and its power system stabilizer. The major emphasis is on determination of suitable location for SVC arid stabilizer signal tuning through eigenvalues and frequency response techniques. To determinate of suitable location for SVC, this paper used transfer function residues. Adequate oscillation damping is achieved by the use of stabilizing signals, designed through frequency response techniques and added to SVC. The study system is Benchmark System.

  • This paper describes characteristic analysis of high frequency inverter using zero voltage switching(ZVS) which is one of the methods to reduce switching loss. This study is generally described by introducing normalized control variables. Moreover, many characteristics of analysis results offer importanat data for circuit design. In addition, the result of its characteristic analysis is compared with that from PSpice's simulation.
