최근 친환경, 신재생 에너지 수요에 따라서 해상풍력발전 분야는 빠른 성장세와 설비의 대형화에 따른 전용설치선박의 관련 기술개발이 요구되고 있다. 해상풍력설치선박(WTIV: Wind Turbine Installation Vessel)은 설치 작업 시 선체를 파도의 영향을 받지 않는 높이로 이동시키고 모든 환경하중은 레그가 담당한다. 특히 파랑하중은 불규칙파로 구성되어 있기 때문에, 정확한 동적응답특성을 파악하는 것은 아주 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 동적응답해석은 간이법의 하나인 단자유도법을 널리 활용하고 있으나, 불규칙 파를 고려하지 못하는 제약조건이 있다. 따라서 현재 설계 시 불규칙 파에 대한 시간영역 계산이 가능한 다자유도 계산법을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 다자유도 계산법에서 시간영역 해석은 정도 높은 계산 결과를 제공하지만, 데이터의 수렴도가 민감하고 복잡성에 있어 설계 시 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 다양한 변수를 기준으로 한 시간영역 해석을 통하여 불규칙 파의 동적응답 특성을 표현 할 수 있는 동적증폭계수 추정식을 개발하였다. 기존 다자유도 모델 대비 계산시간 단축 및 정확도 확보를 확인하였다. 개발된 동적증폭계수 추정식은 WTIV 및 유사 구조물 설계에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 어디서부터 어디까지 가짜뉴스(Fake News)로 볼 것인가에 대해 여전히 다른 기준과 관점을 가지고 접근하고 있는 상황에서 프랑스 '정보조작대처법(Les propositions de loi contre la manipulation de l' information)' 사례를 통해 수시로 등장하는 가짜뉴스 규제에 대한 국내언론 보도에 대한 문제점을 지적하는 것에서 시작했다. 소셜네트워크서비스(Social Network Service) 시대에 언론은 무엇이고, 뉴스는 무엇이며, 기자는 누구인가에 대한 답은 갈수록 어렵다. 이번 연구에서 살펴 본 가짜뉴스의 오랜 역사와 확산배경을 검토하면서 가짜뉴스에 대한 개념과 범위도 확실하지 않은 상황에서 단순히 하나의 잣대로 재단하거나 처벌하거나 규제하거나 통제하거나 판단할 수 없음을 확인했다. 법이 정하고 있는 '표현의 자유(Freedom of Expression)' 관점에서 우리는 누구나 자신의 의견을 자유롭게 드러낼 수 있는 권한을 갖고 있다. 또한 온라인(On-line) 공간은 가짜뉴스를 생성하고 확산하는 곳이기도 하지만 동시에 해독제로 작용할 여지가 충분하다. 결국 양질의 '진짜뉴스' 가 보다 많이 쏟아질 수 있도록 하는 미디어 환경을 조성하면서, 사상의 자유시장에서 다양한 뉴스 간에 균형 잡힌 경쟁을 통해, 우리 스스로가 신뢰성 있는 정보를 판단할 수 있는 능력을 기를 수 있도록 하는 장기적인 대응만이 인간의 역사와 함께 오래 지속되고 있는 가짜뉴스의 피해에 대한 대안일 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the expressional traits and internal meanings of fake design in the 2000s' fashion, based on study of art and design area. For achieving the purpose, this study performed related research works and a demonstrative analysis of fashion collection photographs. The scope of this study is from 2000 to 2009. The results are as follows. Fake design uses trompe-l'oeil which is an art technique related to the meanings of 'deceive or fool the eye'. This eye-deceiving technique has been used for a long time in the art, and particularly noticed as one of techniques of Surrealism. Art works using trompe-l'oeil express familiar and unreasonable world at the same time, and also the fusion of reality and fabrication. Fake design in design area of the 2000s makes people take daily life in unfamiliar way by unusualness and breaking the boundary between real and fake. By fake design, people can enjoy fun and a sense of freedom with amusement rather than unpleasant of being deceived. Fake design in the fashion of the 2000s uses eye-deceiving technique and also focuses on the concept of 'fake'. The expressional traits were categorized as realistic expression, surrealistic expression and fake value expression. The internal meanings were analyzed as breaking boundary between real and fake, rediscover dailiness, new attitude to traditional thinking. In conclusion, fake design in the fashion of the 2000s gives playfulness, fun, feeling of release and will be pursued continually.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the identities and roles so that they can grasp their social roles and directions. Artists show a change in identity from the deification of modern artists with freedom and genius to artists who challenge the cognitive aspect of art and redefine the scope and concept of artists by expanding their social role. Artists dreaming of an ideal art utopia, in which art, society, politics, and daily life are coordinated, are constantly presenting the social role and direction of art through the combination and challenge of new ways of art and craft, beauty and function, creative imagination, and public service. Fashion designers act as contemporary genius artists, creators who express the appearance of the times, practitioners who advocate social values and changes, members of business in the fashion system, celebrities who are spotlighted by the public at the center of the fashion industry, or fashion influencers. Thus, fashion designers are complex or selective in their role depending on the fashion philosophy of individual designers or location given within the fashion system. They are becoming the subject of creating the culture of the times by expressing social ideology or playing a role in practicing art in life that leads social culture so as to raise the value of fashion in their development and satisfy cultural enjoyment of fashion consumers who consume art in everyday life.

This paper presents an analytical method to investigate the stability of FDBs (fluid dynamic bearings) considering the tilting motion. The perturbed equations of motion are derived with respect to translational and tilting motion for the general rotor-bearing system with five degrees of freedom. The Reynolds equations and their perturbed equations are solved by using the FEM in order to calculate the pressure, load capacity, and the stiffness and damping coefficients. This research introduces the radius of gyration to the equations of notion in order to express the mass moment of interia with respect to the critical mass. Then the critical mass of FDBs is determined by solving the eigenvalue problem of the linear equations of motion. This research is numerically validated by comparing the stability chart of FDBs with the time response of the whirl radius obtained from the direct integration of the equations of motion. This research shows that the tilting motion is one of the major design considerations to determine the stability of rotating system. It also shows that the stability of FDBs considering only translation is overestimated in comparison with the stability of FDBs considering both translational and tilting motion.

The neck is the human body is closely con-nected with the life and properties of keeping warm as one of the opening part in clothes. In ancient times it was put on necklace for the protection of neck and in Rome it was worn muffler called focale for the protection of neck throat. in addition cravat directly originated in necktie today was primarily worn for the protection of soldier's neck and has been turned into decorative purpose until today. As the ornament is developed to vari-ous kinds of form the neck decoration is changed and grown again and again. Therefore this thesis studies history of the neckwear and various the symbolic factor. The first factor is the social. The neckwear shows the social position class and status and does social mutual interaction as conversation starters. The second factor is the mental It express individuality fondness attitude and is felt to be indignity by being forced to be worn. The third factor is the political. it shows political tendency by indicating the royal sign or part's sign in necktie like the French royal-ist's green muffler The forth factor is the man's sexual. I expresses wearing stock being brave symbol-izing independence. The sixth factor is the traditional. It is worn with appearing traditionand custom and one of cultural movements. The seventh factor is the ideological. It symbolizes the freedom of suffragettes and emancipation of woman. The social factor is the most extensive among them. The neckwear is various in the way of expression like its kinds and is generalized, It functions as a independent part of clothes.

탈구현상은 허구, 추상, 부재, 변형의 의미를 부각시키며 틀에 박힌 고정관념을 없애고 새로운 미의식을 추구하는 것이다. 이러한 현상은 1990년 이후 현대 패션에서 다양하게 전개되는데 마틴 마지엘라나 앤 드뮬리미스터, 레이 카와쿠보 등의 작품에서 잘 찾아 볼 수 있다. 이들의 작품은 변형과 왜곡, 부조화의 조화, 그리고 양면가치가 공존하는 미적인 특성을 지니고 있는데 이것은 미의 다양한 해석을 가능하게 하며 주관적인 미의식의 근거를 마련한다.

This paper describes the design and characteristic analysis of a novel 3-DOF(Degree of Freedom) spherical motor. For multi DOF actuating, several numbers of motors have been used. By the using of normal motors they connected each other in single joint, is necessary to a several type of complex power transmission devices. The 3-DOF spherical motor can drive roll, pitch, and yaw motion in only one unit and it is not necessary to use additional gears and links parts. Therefore the using of 3-DOF spherical motor can eliminate; combined effects of inertia, backlash, non-linear friction, and elastic deformation of gears. In this paper, we propose the novel structured 3-DOF spherical motor and derive its principles of operation. Firstly, we designed concept model of novel structured 3-DOF spherical motor. Next, we derive the control method by calculating the currents. Also, to have intuitive driving control, we express the rotor position in equivalent angle-axis system and determine the exciting period of currents from the calculation result of the currents. To verify the control method, we calculated the currents by the position of rotor. and then we analyzed the characteristics by 3D Finite Element Method when the calculated currents are excited.

The purpose of this study is to consider various characteristics in the graffiti-look in the modem fashion by interpreting meanings and properties of graffiti, transferred from street art to a new main stream in art. The scope of this study is limited to works from the 1990s to the present, and the materials for the literatures and exploratory study are fashion-related portfolios and the domestic and foreign fashion magazines. The first characteristic is satire. The graffiti-look conveys directly or indirectly with phrase or symbol various messages of politics, social ideology, wealth and poverty, environmental pollution, anti-war, etc. Body is even more used for graffitiand designers express freely their identity or ideology through the formative style of graffiti. The second characteristic is pleasure. Fantastic expressions from a fairy-tale or fable in the graffiti-look give humor meaning freedom and sense of liberation in a sense of catharsis to the modem people's emotion. The graffiti-look uses graffiti works to introduce its original message of humanism, happiness, humor, etc. to clothing; as a result, the graffiti-look features pleasure. The third characteristic iscommercial application. Brand logo designed by graffiti style is decorated with clothing, accessory, or ornament. This may not only emphasize brand name through lingual function of graffiti, but also be used for a distinctive marketing strategy against other brands. Logo which is regarded motive or pattern of design leaves a image instead of a meaning and performs a design function stressing formative sense.

This paper is to analyze how Walt Whitman developed the theme and structure of Leaves of Grass with his ideal of democratic vistas. Whitman established his identity as an inspired poet, having faith in the divinity of man based on transcendental belief. After being awakened to the transcendental truth, he practiced his own common world view--his democratic vistas. Whitman searched for the unity with nature and identified his self with "common man and his nation." The poetry expresses "cosmological and national ideology" dedicated to the creation of an ideal nation united in eternal freedom and peace. By portraying common cosmic and national theme in terms of his individual personality, he brought various paradoxical and controversial ideas into one thing, namely "democracy", fusing diversity into unity. As in the symbol of the grass, there is a unity in variety reflected by democracy in a cosmological and political compound. With the form of free verse, he could express his liberal unrestrained and mystical thoughts of democracy. This new form has been associated with the poet's strong consciousness of the need for modernization in his country. He willingly assumed "the role of prophet and public voice for American democrat" with the rolling catalogues and I-persona which formed a sense of the common man and common things of America. Whitman pioneered a democrat literature with simple and dynamic tone and style. He successively pursued the democratic vistas in his Leaves of Grass.
