The aim of this paper is to obtain a solution of a certain multidimensional convolution integral equation of Fredholm type whose kernel involves a generalized polynomial set. A number of results follow as special cases from the main theorem by specifying the parameters of the generalized polynomial set.

이 논문에서는 표면의 일부에 기지의 압력을 밥는 긴 원주내의 응력분포를 구하는 문제를 고찰하였다. 문제를 혼합경계치조건에서 발생되는 쌍적분방정식의 해를 구하는 문제로 간단히 한후에 제 2종 Fredholm 적분방정식을 해결하는 문제로 하였다. 이 적분방정식의 수직해를 전자계산기에 의하여 구한 다음 도시하였다.

In this paper, we investigate existence of solutions to a class of quadratic integral equation of Fredholm type in the space of functions with tempered moduli of continuity. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate our results.

In this paper, we study a class of integral boundary value problems for fractional differential equations. By using some fixed point theorems, the results of existence of at least three positive solutions for the boundary value problems are obtained.

이 논문에서는 제1장에서 유도한 제일종 Fredholm 적분방정식에 대하여 근사해를 해석적인 방법에 의하여 구하였으며 이 근사해를 사용하여 응력확대계수(S.I.F.)와 크랙에너지를 산출하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 크랙경계 근처에서의 이차원응력치가 크랙끝에서 크랙에 수직한 평면내에서 정의된 좌표 s 와 .theta.의 값으로 표시될 수 있음을 보였다.

In this paper we will consider the weighted composition operator $W=uC_{\varphi}$ between two different $L^p(X,\;\Sigma,\;\mu)$ spaces, generated by measurable and non-singular transformations $\varphi$ from X into itself and measurable functions u on X. We characterize the functions u and transformations $\varphi$ that induce weighted composition operators between $L^p-spaces$ by using some properties of conditional expectation operator, pair $(u,\;\varphi)$ and the measure space $(X,\;\Sigma,\;\mu)$. Also, Fredholmness of these type operators will be investigated.

In [5] it was shown that if T .mem. L(X) is regular on a Banach space X, with finite dimensional intersection T$^{-1}$ (0).cap.T(X) and if S .mem. L(X) is invertible, commute with T and has sufficiently small norm then T - S in upper semi-Fredholm, and hence essentially one-one, in the sense that the null space of T - S is finite dimensional ([4] Theorem 2; [5] Theorem 2). In this note we extend this result to incomplete normed space.

We establish a common fixed point theorem for mappings under ${\phi}$-contractive conditions on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. As an application of our result we study the existence and uniqueness of the solution to a nonlinear Fredholm integral equation. We also give an example to validate our result.

We study the self-duality operator on conic 4-manifolds. The self-duality operator can be identified as a regular singular operator in the sense of $Br\"{u}ning$ and Seeley, based on which we construct its parametrizations and closed extensions. We also compute the indexes.

Fractional Brownian motion(fBm)은 long-term persistence 특성을 가진 자연 현상, 1/f 잡음, 깊이가 낮은 해저에서의 배경음향잡음 등을 모델링하는데 많이 사용된다. 이 fBm은 nonstationary 유색잡음이다. 이러한 유색잡음 환경 하에서 신호를 검출하기 위한 한 방법은 Fredholm 적분방정식의 해를 구하는 것이다. 이 방정식을 이산화 하면 잡음의 공분산 행렬의 역행렬이 포함되어 계산량이 많다 본 논문에서는 fBm 잡음의 공분산 행렬을 웨이브렛 변환하여 얻어지는 행렬, 즉 fBm의 멀티스케일 성분들의 공분산행렬은 밴드화된 블록들로 근사화할 수 있다는 성질을 이용하여 적은 계산량으로 신호를 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.
