Because of the international marriage of bachelors in the rural areas, there have been grown many foreign residents, the Multi-cultural families. For the improvement of multi-cultural families, the first important thing is their early settlement in Korea. For those foreigners' settlement, systematic approach to Korean education program is necessary. Second, multi-cultural families need support to maintain their basic lives safely. Agricultural education for the next generation is, moreover, also important for them. Third, healthy growth and training for the formation of the Self-Identity of their children are needed for those multi-cultural families too. Education for bring up their children as the global talents, the cost of private education and the one of bringing up children also have to be supported. Fourth, the improvement of understanding multicultural families is significant. Development and education of various programs to participate multi-cultural families are also required.

WiMAX is intended for fourth generation wireless mobile communications where a group of users are provided with a connection and a fixed length queue. In present literature traffic of such network is analyzed based on the generator matrix of the Markov Arrival Process (MAP). In this paper a simple analytical technique of the two dimensional Markov chain is used to obtain the trajectory of the congestion of the network as a function of a traffic parameter. Finally, a two state phase dependent arrival process is considered to evaluate probability states. The entire analysis is kept independent of modulation and coding schemes.

Tar Baby, Toni Morrison's fourth novel re examines the problem that black characters face in negotiatiating a place for themselves within a dominant culture, with respect to their own history and culture. The novel critiques the dominant socio economic and commodifying cultural space from which the black woman seems to have no escape. Jadine is a colonized subject, for as a fashion model she has surrendered to an aesthetics of commodification, and as a student of art history, she has internalized the capitalist ethic of the white culture industry. Though she has ensured her freedom, Morrison's critique of her separation from her family and culture is unmistakable. Interwoven with her narrative is Son's predicament, the stereotype of a black racist and her 'lover'. The novel ends with him at the crossroads of culture, yet signaling his passage to freedom through resistance. The paper arguments how Toni Morrison has envisioned the welfare of African American community by reconstructing the role of new black generation, as represented by Jadine and Son, whose new journey towards their self fulfillment just not only bring their personal freedom but also regenerates African American community by resisting dominant commodifying cultural.

Dual bell nozzle is one of the most promising choices among the altitude adaptation nozzles. This facilitates having a forced, steady and symmetrical separation at lower altitudes and a controlled flow separation at the wall inflection point which prevents the generation of dangerous side loads. In order to ensure the attached flow in the second bell, a clear understanding of the flow transition is required. Hence the motivation of our study is to arrive at an optimum profile for the second bell, which allows a sudden and controlled transition. In this work, we designed the first bell using the conventional MoC and the second bell using an inverse MoC, imposing a pressure gradient constraint. A CFD analysis is also carried out. It is found that the separation point is near the inflection point within one fourth of the extension length or it is near the exit.

This paper draws attention on the importance of computational thinking, which is being utilized more and more in recent educational environment. Also, it suggests a teaching and learning model for improving computational thinking within early childhood education. With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this era demands people to possess integrative thinking and problem-solving skills. As a result, education on computational thinking is done beginning from the early childhood, enabling children to take the leading part in the future digital generation. However, despite the appearance of many education services and products regarding computational thinking, the field lacks evaluation and academic verification. Thus, this study will complement the methodological aspect of computational thinking.

This research has conducted one-on-one depth interviews targeting baby boomers who are economically active; It seeks to analyze the purchase factor of HMR products to deduct conclusion. The result of the research deducted through depth interviews is as follows. First, baby boomers described HMR products as a reliable meal. Second, baby boomers described HMR products as a cold-hearted meal. Third, baby boomers described HMR products as a habitual meal. Fourth, baby boomers described HMR products as lacking. Fifth, baby boomers thanked to HMR products. The research deducted the conclusion about the HMR products' purchase factor through one-on-one depth interviews. Additionally, the research showed a potential direction for the research and development of HMR products.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, software(SW) education has become a necessity, not a choice of those who live in the digital age. Recently, many countries around the world have been actively promoting software education based on Computational Thinking(CT) for K-12 students, so software education in schools has bigger meaning as basic literacy education of future digital generation rather than coding skills. However, the integration of software education as a formal curriculum in schools is still ongoing in even other countries. Korea is also pursuing software education, but it is in the beginning stage. Therefore, we need to study the cases of other countries that have already started software education at the national level. In this paper, we first investigate the software education cases of three countries, e.g., UK, France and China with a respect of background & educational objective, development stage, and curriculum and we suggest education policies that software education can settle in Korea schools to foster a creative talented people.

The fifth generation (5G) mobile communication technology is designed to meet all communication needs. Heterogeneous networks (HetNets) are a new emerging network structure. HetNets have greater potential for radio resource reuse and better service quality than homogeneous networks since they can evolve small cells into macrocells. Effective resource allocation techniques reduce inter-user interference while optimizing the utilization of limited spectrum resources in HetNets. This article discusses resource allocation in 5G HetNets. This paper explains HetNets and how they work. Typical cell types in HetNets are summarized. Also, HetNets models are explained in the third section. The fourth component addresses radio resource control and mobility management. Moreover, future study in this subject may benefit from this article's significant insights on how HetNets function.

Since the fiber reinforced polymeric (FRP) composites are considered in next generation of space transportation systems, reliable thermal expansion properties should be well provided for structural design of composite materials. To obtain accurate mechanical behaviors at a cryogenic temperature, precise strain measurement and calibration must be provided. In this work, apparent strains (or thermal output) of temperature self-compensated strain gages were deliberately investigated for epoxy, CTBN modified epoxy and carbon fabric composite system from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature. Also, fourth-order thermal output curves were presented for the further calibration. The results showed that the thermal output is heavily dependent on test materials and a large amount of apparent strains were observed for the polymer resins.

Based on the hypothesized model and the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzed the data using the statistical analysis software SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 to empirically prove the relationship between the variables of transformational leadership, organizational support, organizational justice, and employee engagement. It was found that: First, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee commitment; Second, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support. Third, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee commitment; Fourth, in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee commitment, the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on them holds; At last, organizational justice plays a moderating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and the perceived organizational support. This study enriches and integrates the theoretical systems and research categories of employee engagement, organizational justice, transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support.
