In this study, we proposed the necessity of reusing the battery industry after domestic use, preparing legal arrangements by step for recycling, clarifying responsible materials by processing stage, and establishing infrastructure and screening diagnostic rating system. The purpose of this study is to establish a life cycle integrated management system for electric vehicle batteries and to find suitable ways for improving the lifespan of electric vehicle batteries, reuse, and recycling in stages to avoid other environmental pollution problems due to batteries after using electric vehicles used to reduce environmental pollution due to climate change.

The moisture content of crude oil notably affects various aspects of oil production, storage, transportation, and exploration. However, accurately measuring this moisture content is challenging because of numerous influencing factors, leading to a lack of precision in existing detection methods. This inadequacy hinders the progress of China's petroleum industry. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes a conductivity-based method for measuring crude oil moisture content. By employing an embedded system, we designed a sensor comprising five electrodes. Additionally, we developed signal excitation and signal processing circuits. Moreover, a software program was designed to analyze and compute the output signal using fast Fourier transform operations. This facilitated the identification of flow patterns, computation of relevant flow rates, and establishment of correlation rates based on frequency spectral characteristics. Based on experimental results, we established a functional relationship between measurement parameters and crude oil moisture content. This study enhanced the precision of moisture content measurement, thereby addressing existing limitations and fostering the advancement of China's petroleum industry.

Aviation industry is known as the knowledge-based one and as an advanced nations' exclusive property having a large capacity for creating job and added value. Considering the current status of the aviation industry as aforesaid, it is natural for all countries to turn their attention to such promising aviation industry. At the time of rapid growth in aviation market, the importance of securing managerial experts and technicians is being under the spotlight as the aviation profession is increasingly in demand. To meet such dire needs that have already become an ever-greater part of the industry, collaboration among governmental, educational and industrial parties has formed in preparation for putting us into so-called an era of globalization. Having recognized the significance of the program, carried forward by The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, fostering human resources in civil aviation, the objective of this study lies on deloping indicators for the programofficially designed to produce men of expertise in international air transport, the market of which forms nowadays a large part of national economy, and the technology of which develops so quickly. In this paper, an effort is made to develop the appraisal indicators and to set up standards thereof in order for the program to be systematically and expertly assessed on the basis of Quinn and Rohrbaugh's the competing values model. Firstly, this paper designs appraisal indicators, taking into account the peculiarity and environment of air transport industry, for developing human resources in civil aviation by utilizing advanced research on educational assessment in general due to the absence of applicable preceding studies regarding the development of human resources in civil aviation. Secondly, investigations into the necessity and validity of the appraisal are committed by analyzing answers from 100 respondents to questionaires and oral surveys in order to verify appraisal indicators designed in accordance with the competing values model. Lastly, the paper analyzes in a demographical way discrepancy in the recognitions among institutions for which the respondents work, on the basis of the outcome of the survey. As a result, the discrepancy is found not significant, which indicate that the aviation experts favour the indicators as appraisal standards. Prospective studies on the same issue may need an in-depth analysis, empowered by sufficient sampling in balance, of correlation between independent variables, then hopefully serve as a momentum for advancement of study in civil aviation.

The purpose of this study is to set a policy that can be specifically promoted according to the recently announced domestic equipment industry fostering strategy, and to suggest a plan that can be implemented. As a plan to foster the equipment industry, a new technology certification system and a new technology test and verification area operation and vitalization plan were set as alternatives. And a survey was conducted on companies conducting R&D to derive specific demand and introduction plans. As a result of the survey, it was found that there was a high demand for the use of new technology certification systems and testing and verification area. Also demonstration in connection with port equipment, testing and evaluation in connection with accredited verification agency, and preparation of dedicated agencies were derived to foster the equipment industry. Based on this, this study suggests a new technology certification system specialized for port equipment was established and a plan to institutionalize. In addition, in connection with the survey results and certification system, the basic functions and roles of the new technology testing and verification area was established. For future activation, incentives with effective certificates such as exemption of certification costs and issuance of performance confirmation certificates are needed, and efficient operation and management through dedicated organization and certification center were suggested.

The defense industry is a future-oriented industry, in which high-tech technologies are concentrated. In addition, it is a key industry for maintaining national security, and the R&D of the defense industry is very important. With the introduction of a competitive system by defense industry companies, the necessity of improving the efficiency and productivity of defense industry companies is emerging. In this study, the efficiency of the defense industry was measured using the CCR and BCC model. In addition, super efficiency was derived using the Super-SBM model. For this study, the 2019 defense industry management analysis data of the Korea Defense Industry Association (KDIA) was used, and the analysis was performed by setting the number of researchers and investments of domestic defense industry companies as the input variables and sales as the output variables. Through this study, it is expected that the defense industry's R&D efficiency will be grasped, which will help establish a policy for fostering the defense industry in the future.

Network marketing in Indonesia, especially in a time of crisis, is massively rising and has become a popular opportunity among other industries. Network marketing organizations, consists of partnership and trust, a community of connections and contact between individuals. This article has tried to examine the potential strategy to mitigate low trust in network marketing organizations specifically in the Indonesia market, where no studies on the subject has been done before. In doing this research assignment employed a secondary research methodology by reviewing previous academic literatures, by exploration and evaluation. For the purpose, 6 main articles and 25 relevant supporting articles were selected, there is an interesting and prominent research in an effort to repair trust in the perspective of the organization's efforts to build trust and control trust framework in strategy trust repair. The result of this analysis showed that the application of trust-building activities studies reveals how trust-building behavior is related to controls and how the efforts towards fostering subordinate cooperation are motivated by different types of controls and display of trustworthiness. It can be concluded that by implementing this trust repair model consistently and with a full commitment, it can gradually restore people's trust in the network marketing industry, sustain industry existence and exalted purpose of this industry can be achieved.

The diffusion of smart media based on Internet has brought great changes on existing media business model. This changes also affect the core competence of jobs in media industry. This study performed two focus group interviews among professionals in media industry. The interviews examined the changes that media professionals recognize in the field and requirement changes to meet the job core competence. The interviews also examined the media education method in university that can respond to the changes in the media industry. Breaking away from the classical theory oriented education, university should develop the curriculum that can support competence required in the media industry. Media education in university should focus on fostering problem solving ability that can work regarding various issues in new media environment.

This study analysis the global market trends of information security industry expanding its area through the convergence with other technologies. domestic market of information security industry is expected to show a high growth rate, given that the share of the domestic market in the world market is very low, heightened awareness caused by several information accidents, and the expansion of physical information industry's exports. The crucial point to note is the prospect that the domestic market will be led by its product market, but global market will be spearheaded by its service market. Consequently, to overcome current slump, it is need to establish market promotion strategies focused on fostering the information security service market which is higher value added than information security product market.

This article is concerned to investigate the changing nature of the role of the state in relation to industrial policy to foster the IT industry in the Republic of Korea. In doing this, it has started with economic globalization introduced to the Korean political economy since the late 1980s. It has identified in what ways the state responded to the change, and to what extent the role of the state has fundamentally been changed in the context of policy mechanism in the process towards facilitating the IT industry in Korea. In addition, it presented how the state played a role in skill formation in relation to the industrial policy. In consequence, the role of the Korean state in fostering the IT industry has fundamentally changed from that as the developmental state in the industrialization process. In the process, that the strategic co-ordination role of the state and relations between the state and private capitals and societies are very significant to achieve the economic goal is presented as results, as well as some future tensions that would encounter in the way of charting the current policies.

All countries are fostering and developing RFID/USN Technology as a key growth industry due to not only the possibility of application to all industries but the expected profits through it. However, in case of RFID/USN domestic companies, as most of them are small or medium sized, with a weakness of technology and services, promotion policy and strategies are necessary to be established. In this study, we try to contribute to establishing the Policy for the RFID/USN industry promotion by analyzing the world companies which lead RFID/USN and by presenting the strategies which is optimized for overseas expansion and which can be applicable to the industry.
