The purpose of this study is to suggest a Promotion for the Korean convention industry by analyzing the current status and problems in the Korean convention industry. Its fostering plans as follows; 1. Provide educational program such as meeting planners institute (MPI) in the United Statesproduces a range of training program for convention management, together with a certification when a certain level is reached. 2. Construct multiplex-convention center and convention facilities propelling by demand analysis. 3. Strengthen gather information and investigation. 4. Establishment of Korea convention bureau. 5. Strengthen overseas publicity activities through Korea National Tourism Organization and activate the inducement of international convention from the public organizations and institutions. 6. Increased financial and legal support for convention center developers and convention organizers. 7. The rapid growth of convention industry tourism combined with increasing competition, makes integrated networking an imperative tool for ensuring international competitiveness.

Promoting Rural industry development projects with the support of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries had elapsed about 5 years old. Agency selected 30 municipalities they annually promoting business, its performance will be examined. The alternative analysis of the business problem and seeks to provide policy direction. Superior rural enterprises to build business through fostering rural industry than what the system of rural industries in the region to want to foster entrepreneurship, 6th industrialization area industrial structure for each of the items, and not continue to make policy judgments about the point of needis. Therefore, in this paper, so far, through the analysis of the performance of alternatives by sector presented.

본 연구는 서비스산업 육성정책의 방향을 서비스의 본질 관점에서 연구하였다. 서비스산업의 범위가 넓고 업종이 다양하기 때문에, 서비스의 본질과 특성을 고려하지 않고 개별적인 산업의 특성을 중심으로 발전전략을 수립하면 한정된 시각을 가지게 되어 큰 발전을 추구하기 어렵다. 더구나 산업간 경계가 해체되는 현대 경제에서 중요한 변화를 간과할 수 있다. 또한 서비스산업간의 시너지를 추구하기 어렵고 개별산업의 혁신적 발전을 추구하기도 어렵다. 따라서, 각 개별서비스산업은 모두 서비스라는 공통적인 재화를 가진 산업임을 인식하여, 서비스의 본질 차원을 고려하여 발전전략을 설계할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 서비스의 관계성, 쌍방향성, 수평성, 조화성 본질과 서비스의 무형성, 비분리성, 비일관성, 무재고성 특성을 반영하여 개별 서비스산업의 육성 전략을 도출해내는 시범연구로 수행되었다. 개별 서비스산업에서의 향상된 발전전략 수립과 정부의 발전정책 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 조건부가상가치법(CVM)을 이용하여 스토리텔링 지원사업에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정함으로써 스토리텔링 육성의 필요성과 이를 활용한 문화 관광산업 활성화 방안 수립 및 정책 시행에 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 로짓모형과 WTP 평균치를 이용하여 지불의사액을 추정한 결과 스토리텔링 활성화 사업에 대한 경제적 가치는 1인당 연간 약 1만6천원으로 나타났다. 문화콘텐츠에 대한 지출액과 스토리텔링 활성화 정책에 대한 인지도 및 지지도, 그리고 지불의사액이 정책지원에 대한 참여의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 향후 문화콘텐츠에 대한 관심과 소비가 증가함에 따라 스토리텔링 활성화에 대한 경제적 가치는 더욱 증가할 것이며, 스토리텔링 육성에 대한 정책 및 사업을 국민들에게 알리고 지지를 얻도록 소통하는 것도 스토리텔링 육성의 경제적 가치를 높이는데 필요한 부분이라는 점을 시사하고 있다.

Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

소방산업은 화재와 재난으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 들어 국내 소방산업은 일본, 미국 등 소방산업 선진국의 소방산업에 대하여는 품질 및 기술 경쟁에서 어려움에 부딪쳐 있고, 중국 등 소방산업 후진국에 대하여는 가격경쟁력 등이 취약하여 소방산업 발전에 어려움을 겪고 있어 이에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 소방산업계의 특성을 분석하여 발전 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 발전방향은 앞으로의 소방산업 발전을 위한 목표설정, 육성방향을 통해 소방산업의 진흥 발전 실행에 실제 적용이 가능할 것이다.

도시의 밀집화, 고층화, 다양화로 인해 재난의 규모가 커지면서 소방산업의 경제적 기대효과도 커지고 있다. 그러나 국내의 소방산업은 태동단계로 법제도가 미비할 뿐만 아니라 체계적 육성전략이 수립되지 않은 상태이고, 산업구조 또한 대다수 영세업체로 이루어져 있어서 인력, 인프라, 기술력이 매우 열악한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태동산업인 국내 소방산업을 고부가가치형 산업으로 육성하기 위해 3가지 성장동력 세부 분석요인을 설정하여 각 요인별 현황을 살펴보고, 국내 성장동력산업인 IT산업과 비교분석을 통해 문제점 도출 및 육성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

여수항은 화물기능이 광양항으로의 이전 완료됨에 따라 우리나라의 해양관광 거점 항만으로 거듭하는 비전을 수립하였으며, 크루즈육성을 통한 해양관광 산업 활성화가 주요 전략으로 인식되고 있다. 국내 주요 크루즈 관광 항만(부산항, 제주항, 인천항)은 2016년 수립된 '제1차 크루즈산업 육성 기본계획'에 부응하여 항만 크루즈 육성 기본계획을 수립하여 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 반면에 여수항은 크루즈 육성에 관한 계획 수립이 미흡한 상황이다. 코로나-19로 인해 침체기에 처해 있는 크루즈 관광업은 위드 코로나 및 포스트 코로나에 따라 회복될 것으로 예상되며, 여수항은 이에 대비하기 위한 크루즈산업 활성화를 선두로 추진할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 선행연구와 전문가 의견 수렴을 통해 여수항 크루즈산업 육성에 대한 평가항목을 도출하고 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 기법을 활용하여 여수항 크루즈산업에 관한 문제점 파악과 육성 방안을 제시하고자 한다. IPA 분석결과에 따르면 대분류 항목 중에는 크루즈 인프라 조성과 지원 체계 구축이 약점항목(중요도가 높으나 만족도가 낮은 항목)으로 평가되었으며, 두 대분류에 해당하는 소분류 항목(크루즈 선석 확장에 따른 운영 계획 수립, 연안/엑스포터미널 시설 개선 또는 크루즈터미널 신축, 전담조직 신설 및 담당인력 확보 외 4개)이 약점항목으로 도출되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 여수항 크루즈산업 육성 방안을 크루즈 인프라 조성, 노선확대 및 관광상품 개발, 지원체계 마련 등으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 여수항이 크루즈산업의 육성, 나아가 한국 해양관광 거점 역할을 강화하기 위한 정책을 수립할 때 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

This research examined a task to foster into the export industry, through analyzing the competitiveness of the ornamental fish industry and identifying the position of Korea's ornamental industry in the world. Ornamental fish in Korea holds the world's leading aquaculture technology, but products are limited to a few species, lacking competitive products. In the case of aquarium supplies, the Korean technology level is receiving relatively positive marks in the global market, but ornamental fish products are lagging behind the global trend. In other words, Korea's ornamental fish industry has the overall technical foundation, but lacks differentiation in the global market. Meanwhile, Korea's market share of world trade market in fishery products is minimal. Growth was also analyzed not high compared to other countries. Various trade competitiveness index results rated very low in competitiveness, but it is hard to compare Korea with other countries which have already built a strong foundation in the ornamental fish industry. Therefore, for the mid to long term Korea should adapt a "Choice and concentration" strategy and focus on the production of ornamental fish and aquarium supplies, which will enable Korea to become differentiated in the global market and capture the world exports.
