Children's Picture Book is the literature with which children face for the first time as a form of close harmony between text and picture. The picture book shows what is happening and also what may happen mn the children's surroundings and takes great Influence on their creativity, thinking ability, emotion, and Intellectual ability by delivering affluent story through the pictures. The color expressed in the children's picture book is as much important as other formative elements such as shape and texture, and the expression of color on the basis of color emotion is much more Important In that It appeals to the children's feeling. The color which is expressed through the illustration of children's picture book conveys distinctly the motion and feeling of characters who are expressed un the picture book as well as distinction of theme and background and expresses persuasively the whole process of plot and atmosphere so that it might convey various emotions such as delight, sorrow, pleasure, wonder, and fear to children. This thesis alms at analyzing various effects of color contrast, process of color, hue variation, and use of color according to the atmosphere of each cut and the process of plot by selecting the children's picture books which were published abroad and home on the basis of color concept, emotion, and image association which children feel In order to Investigate and analyze the symbolism of color and emotional effect expressed through the illustration of children's picture book, and presenting a direction of color use to produce high-level children's picture book with illustrators individuality and artistry.
The purpose of this study was to develop cooperative learning model by utilizing mind practice to build mutual understandings and reliability among team members at the early stage of cooperative learning model That is to say, mind practice was applied to make the team members understanding one another and building the member's mutual confidences. The study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of mind practice based on cooperative learning model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to actual classrooms. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strength and improvement founded during the procedure of the actual application. This draft model was implemented to 46 students who were the sophomore of department of education and enrolled the profession class of "Education methodology and Education engineering" at J college in J city for 5 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying mind practice to the beginning stage of cooperative learning. Adding of "Re-building team" step in the original steps was suggested. The final model was modified and issued based on the research result. In summary, it was concluded that cooperative learning model based on mind practice could not only provide the harmonious interactions among team members at the step of "building the team members" but also have a positive effect on refreshing learning atmosphere of the team.
When expressing Christ visually in the medieval Christian painting, the most important issue was how to express the divinity as Son of God and the humanity as attribute of human in a balanced manner. The purpose of the study is to examine both formative and symbolic characters of divinity and humanity on the Christ's body and clothes in the Medieval paintings, Transfiguration of Christ. In the paintings, Christ's body is definite evidence to show both his divinity and humanity. In connection with the body, the clothes reveal Christ's humanity and divinity as well. Through this research, the study found that the divinity and humanity on the Christ's clothes in the Transfiguration of Christ were as follows: Blue, gold, purple, white and bleaching effect are the emblem of divinity, and red and color contrast effect with a high chroma stand for humanity of Christ. In addition, unstructured wrinkles of clothes reveal Christ's divinity, on the other hand, structured drapery shows his humanity through emphasizing volume of the body. Finally, divinity of Christ is shown on the gold clavus and red clavus intensify his humanity. Medieval Christian paintings are products planned out to express Christ's dual nature. There is a significance that the paintings represent the profession of painter's faith and the dogma of the era. Furthermore, they suggest the importance of the image to deliver the abstract concepts by visualizing.
Humans process aesthetic functions of objects such as form, size, color, and texture through vision, while at the same time observe them with a symbolic function by a new psychological interpretation based on their past experience. Therefore, it is more important to study and understand the thoughts and psychological influences of how humans perceive with their eyes than what humans simply look with them. With this research purpose in the background, this study will demonstrate in detail the cognitive characteristics of analog and digital images as a symbolic function with a "formative" point of view. Five hypotheses were established, which were proven through the following tests: smartphone, most frequently used in our daily lives, is simplified to a two-dimensional line drawing form, which is set to instances where the R(radius) is applied to the horizontal line of the two-dimensional form of smartphone, where Run-in-R(radius) is applied, and R(radius) rounding is applied to the edges of those shapes. The shapes were combined to form 12 pairs, which was used in a test to the test subjects. As a result, some human characteristics were observed; in specific, some helped prove objectively how humans perceived analog and digital images as psychologically stronger as a symbolic function. If people's thoughts and feelings gained through such study could be stored in database as one value and be provided to product designers, I believe it could be developed into design form as a basic emotional design that consumers desire.
The goal of this study was to investigate the differences in the effect of feedback from different providers on elementary school students' science achievement and to examine the responses of the students regarding the feedback. Three 6th grade classes were chosen to be assigned as experimental group 1, experimental group 2, and control group, respectively. In experimental group 1, the teacher provided feedback with students concerning the formative evaluations which were conducted periodically. Experimental group 2 was the one in which students were organized into small groups to compose and exchange feedback with one another. No feedback was of offered to students in the control group. The results of the science achievement test indicated ,that the provision of feedback by the teacher resulted in more gains in student academic achievement. The interviews with students revealed that the learners made positive responses to the feedback provided by the teacher while they showed negative attitudes toward the feedback exchange among students. There were also differences in student responses to feedback between high and low achievers in science. Implications for science lessons and science education research were presented and discussed.
Design securing a dominant position currently in the global market has shown inherent culture of each country, i.d. national disposition. The members of society shall be under the control of the already formed social-cultural value and character. So culture shall restrict the internal manner of social behaviour and apply pressure to the action of main body. Also culture shall be under the control of social environment and each culture shall be materialized as per the disposition of the members of society. Now korean design has been attracted lots of interests and attention from global market because it is excellent in the aspect of application capability for new technology and also suggests the image of design produced through them. Now Korean design shall run side by side the application for formative element to be recognized by technical design as well as korean identity. So dear definition for national and cultural disposition shall be required to korean design education and design development. These prescribed efforts shall be a shortcut for globalization of korean design.

Lately teaching-learning system on the web site offers broad educational environment without any restriction of time and place to the teachers and learners. Using a web site in music education turned out to be effective. It provokes learner's interest and guides self-directed learning. Therefore, on this research, the web site for self-directed learning in music subject was designed and embodied as an assistant material of learning which is suitable for learner's level and demand As a result of using the web site in music class, there are some responses of students. First, there were 27 students positive responses$(79.4\%)$ of 34 students in the learning effect of the web site, and 25 students$(73.5\%)$ of 34 showed their will to use the web site continually if it is modified and supplemented. Second, some students answered that using this program in Diagnosis Evaluation and Formative Test could have an instant result, which was used for the material of feedback. Third, there was a positive evaluation of helping self-directed learning.
The purpose of this study is to explore secondary school teachers' perceptions of student evaluations, focusing especially on students' performance in the classroom. The study selected Germany as a representative country where teachers' performance evaluation strongly affects students' school pathways. The researchers selected 4 English teachers and conducted in-depth interviews with them. The results indicated that German English teachers perceived students' performance as an individual evaluation and provided each student with oriented learning materials and evaluation results. The second, they used formative evaluations to confirm and motivate their students' learning process as well as peer assessments. The third, the German English teachers showed strong empowerment in the evaluation process. The fourth, they motivated to participation in-class activities teacher through performance evaluation considering fairness. Based on the results, future studies should need to observe real settings in the classroom and students' perceptions of their evaluations. the study also suggested using practical performance evaluations to enhance students' motivation and participation in the classroom. This study identified limitations of the research and made significant recommendations for future studies.
The Gwanghwamun Gate of the Gyeongbokgung Palace was established in 1866 when Heungseon Daewongun rebuilt the Gyeongbokgung Palace. In Gwanghwamun, a large platform, woldae was established to reveal its hierarchy. The Gwanghwamun Woldae was equipped with stone railings on the left and right sides, fishing routes in the center, and stairs and slopes to the south. The Yongdu Stone was installed on the south side of the slope, which connected to the woldae, to express the path of the king in a formative manner. The Woldae King Road in Gwanghwamun was expanded in 1915 as the Joseon Promotion Conference was held at the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the woldae was destroyed around 1925. Since then, the figure has not been found since the time before the Gwanghwamun Gate. In the Donggureung royal tombs, there are many stones that are not placed in the royal tombs, including voussoir arch stones, Munsojeon Gugi-bi, as well as Nangan-Seokju, Dongja-seok, and Juk-seok, which are elements of the stone railings. These stone railings and Yongdu-seok are seen as stone objects of the Gwanghwamun Woldae, which can be found through the analysis of the style of the times and comparison with modern photographs.
Many earrings were excavated from Bujang-ri site in Seosan with various prestige goods such as the golden crowns, shoes and decorated swords. This proved that Bujang-ri site in Seosan fell within Hanseong Backjae area of influence in the 4~5th centuries. The earpieces of excavated prestige goods had been considred subordinate elements compared with the golden crowns, shoes and decorated swords. Twenty one earpieces were excavated from Bujang-ri site and formative features and material characteristics of them were analyzed by microscope and XRF. The material and manufacturing technique of earpieces were compared with excavated aspects of prestige goods. As a results, the earpieces that made of a small amount gold and by simple technique were the most whereas the earpieces that required advanced skills such as welding, workmanship and high purity of gold were smaller. Also the earpieces that required advanced skills were excavated from the tombs where the prestige goods such as the golden crowns, shoes and decorated swords appeared. Therefore, considering Hanseong Backjae used the gold wares as means in showing power for local influence men, the earpiece from Bujang-ri site in Seosan would be the standard on superiority of tomb's owner as gold purity.
