  • 자기 충전형 콘크리트의 배합물 설계는 전형적인 다기준의사결정의 과정이다. 본 연구에서는 실험설계법과 반응표면법을 이용하여 SCC 배합물 전산 설계가 가능하도록 재료성능 및 비용모델을 생성하고, 요구조건을 반영한 여러 성능 사이의 상대적 중요도를 산정하여 가중 다목적 설계문제로 정식화하여 수치최적해를 계산함으로써 비용효율을 고려한 SCC최적설계를 수행하였다. 실험비용과 시간을 고려하여 SCC의 수많은 요구성능 중 압축강도, 철근충전성, 재료분리저항성, 비용정보 등을 다목적 최적화의 목적함수로 설정하였다. 재료경제성을 최적재료설계프로세스에 합리적으로 반영함으로써 경제적 콘크리트배합설계를 수행할 수 있었으며, 본 연구 결과 실험점 계획에서부터 최적해 산출에 이르는 과정을 객관적인 프로세스로 구성함으로써 콘크리트 범용 최적재료설계기술 및 전산화를 기대할 수 있다.

MND-AF를 활용한 운용개념기술서(OCD) 및 운용요구서(ORD)에 대한 보완 연구 (The Complementary Study for Operational Concept Document(OCD) and Operational Requirements Document(ORD) using MND-AF)

  • Modern weapon systems are composed of complex systems(System of Systems) and require a complex and advanced operational concept that performs missions through interoperability with various weapon systems. In order to derive the operational concept of the weapon system that the military wants to acquire (i.e., single mission, component operation, Joint and Alliance operations), it is necessary to identify the system related to the weapon system, environmental factors and restrictions of the weapon system to be developed. Through the derivation of the operational concept, the weapon system acquisition agency can reasonably and accurately extract various and complex requirements. In this paper, we propose a complementary method of using MND-AF to OCD and ORD required in weapon system acquisition process. MND-AF can increase the understanding and consensus of business stakeholders (users, acquirers, developers, etc.) by showing the results of weapon system analysis from various perspectives. We compare the items in the standard form of OCD and ORD with the MND-AF outputs.

론 아라드의 실내공간에 나타난 해체주의적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deconstructive Characteristics of Interior Spaces of Ron Arad)

  • Ron Arad, the master of contemporary design in the U.K., is one of representative leaders of this age who has left distinguished achievements in the history of contemporary design through innovative design. Analyzing and understanding the Deconstructive design concept and the deconstructive characteristics of interior space of Ron Arad will contribute to finding directions for today's design and laying the ground for explaining the development pattern of design in the 21st century. After analyzing the deconstructive characteristics of each selected space, One Off and Ron Arad Associates have shown a deconstructive design trend of a creative formula by using methods that shed conventional processes and material while a space composition and form of new concept was attempted in the resting space of the New Tel Aviv Opera House, offering not only the establishment of a new circulation system, but also diverse experiences of space to visitors. Likewise, a temporal experience and communication between the user and the space was attempted in Belgo Noord and Belgo Central by partially applying a narrative space composition that sheds existing design concepts. At the Millennium House, they have produced an interior space for future house developed by breaking off from existing typical design development work and material through computer operation, and made various forms of space and atmosphere possible by attempting variable elements and the use of ultramodern material. Y's fashion shop has granted variability to the form and volume of space according to time by presenting display elements that have shed existing form and function. Hotel Puerta America as well, with a curved structure that has broken off with existing forms and maximized space variability through structures that have utilized ultramodern materials and instruments. Through this study, it has been verified that Ron Arad has been unraveling connections between interior space and its user, its requirements, and the original unique principles of space by applying deconstructive design concepts, and that through the mediation of these spaces, he is attempting indirect communication with the user. Eventually, he is taking part in the harmony and development of all elements of space connected with human beings by applying deconstructive design concepts.

극지해역 운용 해양작업지원선(PSV)의 선형설계와 빙 저항추진 성능 연구 (A Study on the Hull Form Design and Ice Resistance & Propulsion Performance of a Platform Support Vessel (PSV) Operated in the Arctic Ocean)

  • Platform Support Vessels operated in the Arctic Ocean support diverse operations of offshore plant in the sea, and the PSV is also needed to support works to exploit the oil and gas in the Arctic Ocean. Both of the ice breaking and the open sea performance have been considered together to secure the enhanced operational performance at the harsh environment in the Arctic Ocean and the open sea as well. In this study, One of the design requirements of a PSV is to guarantee continuous icebreaking performance with 3 knots at 1 m thickness of level ice, where the design draft is 7.5m and the engine power is 13 MW. Three hull forms were designed, and the ice resistance based on empirical formulas was estimated to select the initial hull form having an outstanding performance. The full scale performance of the designed hull forms was predicted by the ice model test conducted in the ice model basin of Korea Research Institute of Ships & Ocean Engineering(KRISO). The analysed results show that the selected hull form satisfies the above design requirement.

국제상사계약에 관한 일반원칙(PICC)하에서 계약의 형식요건에 관한 법적 기준과 판결례 (Legal Bases and Cases for the Form Requirement under PICC)

  • 본고는 계약의 형식요건과 관련한 PICC상의 서면요건, 특정사항에 및 특정형식에 의한 합의를 조건으로 하는 계약의 성립, 일부의 계약조건이 의도적으로 미정인 계약, 통합조항, 특정형식에 의한 변경 등에 관한 법적 기준과 판결례를 통해 법적 시사점과 유의점을 추론한 논문이다. 승낙의 의사표시에 있어 계약교섭단계에서의 합의를 기초로 서면확약조건과 다른 추가 또는 변경사항은 계약의 일부를 구성하며, 서면확약의 수령자가 침묵과 무위에 임한 경우 당초 합의내용을 중대하게 변경하지 않는 한, 이는 승낙으로 취급된다. 다만 수령인이 부당한 지체 없이 그 조건에 반대하지 않아야 한다. 계약교섭 단계에서 일방이 특정사항 또는 형식으로 합의되기까지 계약이 체결되지 아니한다고 선언한 경우 특정사항 또는 특정형식으로 합의가 이루어지지 않는 한 계약은 체결되지 아니한다. 계약당사자가 계약체결의 의도를 가지고 일부 미결정내용을 추후 합의하거나 또는 제3자가 결정하도록 한 경우 이는 계약의 성립에 영향을 미치지 아니한다. 중대하지 않은 사안, 합의내용의 확정성 정도, 미결정내용의 성격상 추후 확정될 수 있는 사항과 연관되어 있다는 사실, 합의사항이 일부 이행과정에 있다는 사실 등이 결정기준으로 기능한다. 또한 서면에 의해 계약을 체결한 당사자는 추후 계약의 수정 또는 종료가 서면 또는 특정형식에 의한다는 사실을 확약할 목적으로 특별조항을 계약내용에 포함할 수 있다.

인허가관련 설계품질검토 자동화를 위한 건축법규 문장 관계논리에 관한 연구 (Relational Logic Definition of Articles and Sentences in Korean Building Code for the Automated Building Permit System)

  • This paper aims to define the relational logic of in-between code articles as well as within atomic sentences in Korean Building Code, as an intermediate research and development process for the automated building permit system of Korea. The approach depicted in this paper enables the software developers to figure out the logical relations in order to compose KBimCode and its databases. KBimCode is a computer-readable form of Korean Building Code sentences based on a logic rule-based mechanism. Two types of relational logic definition are described in this paper. First type is a logic definition of relation between code sentences. Due to the complexity of Korean Building code structure that consists of decree, regulation or ordinance, an intensive analysis of sentence relations has been performed. Code sentences have a relation based on delegation or reference each other. Another type is a relational logic definition in a code sentence based on translated atomic sentence(TAS) which is an explicit form of atomic sentence(AS). The analysis has been performed because the natural language has intrinsic ambiguity which hinders interpreting embedded meaning of Building Code. Thus, both analyses have been conducted for capturing accurate meaning of building permit-related requirements as a part of the logic rule-based mechanism.

Preisach 모델을 이용한 압전액츄에이터 이력 보상 (Hysteresis Compensation in Piezoceramic Actuators Through Preisach Model Inversion)

  • In precision positioning applications, such as scanning tunneling microscopy and diamond turning machines [1], it is often required that actuators have nanometer resolution in displacement, high stiffness, and fast frequency response. These requirements are met by the use of piezoceramic actuators. A major limitation of piezoceramic actuators, however, is their lack of accuracy due to hysteresis nonlinearity and drift. The maximum error due to hysteresis can be as much as 10-15% of the path covered if the actuators are run in an open-loop fashion. Hence, the accurate control of piezoceramic actuators requires a control strategy that incorporates some form of compensation for the hysteresis. One approach is to develop an accurate model of the hysteresis and the use the inverse as a compensator. The Preisach model has frequently been employed as a nonlinear model for representing the hysteresis, because it encompasses the basic features of the hysteresis phenomena in a conceptually simple and mathematically elegant way. In this paper, a new numerical inversion scheme of the Preisach model is developed with an aim of compensating hysteresis in piezoceramic actuators. The inversion scheme is implemented using the first-order reversal functions and is presented in a recursive form. The inverted model is then incorporated in an open-loop control strategy that regulates the piezoceramic actuator and compensates for hysteretic effects. Experimental results demonstrate satisfactory regulation of the position of the piezoceramic actuator to the desired trajectories.

데이터마이닝 시스템의 커스터마이징 방법론 (Methodology for customizing data mining system)

  • 상용화된 데이터마이닝 제품들은 대부분 완성품의 형태로 이들 기능들의 일부 또는 전부를 지원한다. 완성품은 구입 즉시 사용할 수 있다는 장점은 있으나 사용자 및 기업의 요구사항이나 환경에 유연하게 적응할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터마이닝시스템을 완성품이 아닌 커스터마이징의 형태로 도입 및 구축하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고, 실제 오라클 제품을 이용하여 거스터마이징을 하는 사례를 살펴본다. 그리고, 구축된 데이터마이닝 시스템을 이용하여 판매 데이터를 분석한 사례를 제시한다.

Curvilinear free-edge form effect on stability of perforated laminated composite plates

  • In this study, self-supporting roofing elements especially convenient for large-span structures such as stadium, airport terminal, mall, coliseum, etc. were examined with respect to critical buckling load. These elements were assumed as laminated composite plates and, variation of free-edge forms, cutout types and lamination configurations were used as design parameters. Based on the architectural feature and structural requirements, the effects of curvilinear free-edge form on critical buckling load were focused on in this research. Within this scope, 14 types of lamination configuration were specified according to various orientation angle, number and thickness of plies with a constant value of total plate thickness. Besides that, 6 different types of cutout and 3 different free-edge forms were determined. By combining all these parameters 294 different critical buckling load analyses were performed by using ANSYS Mechanical software based on finite element method. Effects of those parameters on critical buckling load were evaluated referring to the obtained results. According to the results presented here, it may be concluded that lamination conditions have more significant influence on the critical buckling load values than the other parameters. On the other hand, it is perceived that curvilinear free-edge forms explicitly undergo changings depending on lamination conditions. For future work, existence of delamination might be considered and progression of the defect could be investigated by using non-linear analysis.

WLP and New System Packaging Technologies

  • The Wafer Level Packaging is one of the most important technologies in the semiconductor industry today. Its primary advantages are its small form factor and low cost potential for manufacturing including test procedure. The CASIO's WLP samples, application example and the structure are shown in Fig.1, 2&3. There are dielectric layer , under bump metal, re-distribution layer, copper post , encapsulation material and terminal solder .The key technologies are 'Electroplating thick copper process' and 'Unique wafer encapsulation process'. These are very effective in getting electrical and mechanical advantages of package. (Fig. 4). CASIO and CMK are developing a new System Packaging technology called the Embedded Wafer Level Package (EWLP) together. The active components (semiconductor chip) in the WLP structure are embedded into the Printed Wiring Board during their manufacturing process. This new technical approach has many advantages that can respond to requirements for future mobile products. The unique feature of this EWLP technology is that it doesn't contain any solder interconnection inside. In addition to improved electrical performance, EWLP can enable the improvement of module reliability. (Fig.5) The CASIO's WLP Technology will become the effective solution of 'KGD problem in System Packaging'. (Fig. 6) The EWLP sample shown in Fig.7 including three chips in the WLP form has almost same structure wi_th SoC's. Also, this module technology are suitable for RF and Analog system applications. (Fig. 8)
