근거이론을 이용한 산림복지서비스 이용권 제도 도입 방안 분석 (A study on the Direction of Forest Welfare Service Voucher System by Grounded Theory)

  • After Forest Service formed a forest welfare service system by life cycle in 2008, they established a variety of policy for promoting welfare of the people. In Forest welfare service plan(2013~2017) which recently the forest service department established to along with government's welfare policy, they introduce forest welfare service voucher linked to National welfare system to provide forest welfare actively to disadvantaged citizen. The purpose of this study is to setup a direction of forest voucher system, and to make strategies of forest welfare service voucher by research existing voucher system of government. A study conducts a qualitative research by use grounded theory without a quantitative research, because there is not a lot of similar cases with forest welfare service voucher. The subject of this study is experts of National Park Authority 's voucher management, forest service's Nature recreation management and relevant researcher institution. The research is conducted by interviewing the subject and by using grounded theory analysis. After processing an opening coding, categorization of opening coding, and axis coding, induce a direction of the forest welfare service voucher system.

  • Forest service government has been prepared a Forest welfare voucher service system base on published law on th Promotion Welfare Forest. The purpose of this research is study on domestic situation and set on direction of voucher service before started it. In particular, voucher service will be implemented to Forest service government's recreation facilities area, awareness of voucher service system of its users and operators need to be reveal, and also other government's similar voucher operator's opinions also investigate. From those results, it find out introduction factors of forest welfare services voucher system. Recognition investigating survey result shows that the ordinary people are interested in programs, the forest recreation experts are interested in 'Construction and utilization of forest infrastructure', other voucher's experts are interested in 'Training', and ordinary people are interested in 'voucher programs'. So each respondents' results are different in important factors of introducing welfare service voucher system.

  • The necessity of universal design for forestry is increasing. Although several studies applied universal design in forest site, they had been only concentrated on the barrier-free design for the limited activities rather than overall utilization for considering all visitors from the disabled, the elderly and the infirm to the baby and child. The purpose of this study is to find out the principle of the universal design within forest welfare service facilities by analysing how socially disadvantaged people perceive overall usage of natural recreation forest area. This study figures out the main principles of universal design in forest welfare through analyzing usage of children and disabilities in Yumyeongsan natural recreation forest where is one of the popular type of forest welfare area. By doing focus interviews targeted on children and disabilities, the results are analyzed through semantic network analysis, objectively. The result proves that universal design in forest welfare area contains four principles; convenience, safety, diversity and amenity. Also it confirmed that disabilities need better internal space facilities and priority care. Through those characters of universal design, forest area will be able to cover more various type of users as forest welfare area.

생애주기별 산림복지시설의 특성분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic analysis for the Facilities of the Korea Forest Welfare for Life Cycle)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 '생애주기별 산림복지' 시설사례들에 대한 연구를 통해 국내 산림복지시설의 특성을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 산림복지 정책에 적용시킬 수 있는 시사점을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 여러 가지로 산재해 있는 생애주기별 산림복지 시설사례들의 통계자료들을 하나로 통합하여 분석하였다. 우리나라 생애주기별 산림복지 시설의 특성에 대해서 살펴보면 첫째, 각 생애 주기에 해당하는 산림복지 시설들 간의 양적인 불균형이 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 생활권 주변 숲에 위치한 시설이 부족하다. 셋째, 시설들이 대부분 국공유림에 위치하고 있다. 그리고 이러한 특성을 바탕으로 다음과 같이 관련정책에 적용시킬 수 있는 제언을 할 수 있다. 첫째, 각 생애주기의 수요에 맞게 필요한 시설들을 골고루 설치할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 좀 더 생활권에 가까운 곳에 산림복지 시설을 만들어 접근성을 높일 필요가 있다. 셋째, 우리나라는 산림의 대부분이 사유림으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 현재의 상황은 더 많은 국토를 고르게 활용하여 국민에게 산림복지의 혜택을 제공할 경우보다는 불리한 측면이 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 민간자본의 도입을 확대하고 사유림을 활성화시켜, 더 많은 사람들에게 산림복지의 혜택을 제공하고 국 공유 및 사유림 산림복지시설의 양적인 균형을 맞추기에 유리한 조건을 형성 필요가 있다.

산림복지시설별 이용객 특성과의 관계 분석: 대응분석을 중심으로 (An Analysis the Relationship between User characteristics by Forest Welfare Facilities: Focusing on Correspondence Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 산림복지시설과 이용객 특성 간 연관성 및 결합 양상을 파악하기 위해 「2022 산림복지 시설·공간 이용객 실태조사」 결과를 활용하여 국립자연휴양림, 국립숲체원, 국가숲길, 국립치유의숲 등 4개 시설을 대상으로 범주형 자료분석인 대응분석을 실시하였다. 교차분석 결과, 산림복지시설별 연령대, 월평균 가구소득, 교통수단, 동반유형, 정보습득 경로, 방문목적은 고도로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.001). 대응분석 결과를 요약하면, 숲체원과 치유의숲이 연령대, 월평균 가구소득 등 인구통계학 특성에 따라 그 외 산림복지시설과 구별된 이용 양상으로 나타났다. 그리고 숲길 이용객의 교통수단은 그 외 산림복지시설과 차이점을 보였으며, 숲체원은 공적인 성격의 단체방문 유형과 관련기관 및 시설 홈페이지 및 온라인 포털사이트로부터 정보 습득, 그리고 교육 및 학습·체험교육 프로그램 참여 목적과 연관성을 보이는 등 동반유형, 정보습득 경로, 방문목적이 그 외 산림복지시설과 구별된 양상으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 산림복지시설과 이용객 특성 간 연관성과 결합 양상이 확인되었으며, 대응분석을 통해 산림복지시설 이용객 자료 활용성의 범위를 확장하였다고 판단된다.

국립백두대간수목원 꼬리진달래 자생지 환경특성 및 보전방안 (A Study on the Habitat Environment Survey and Conservation of Rhododendron micranthum in National Baekdudaegan Arboretum)

  • This research was performed for the purpose of providing useful and base data and preservation strategy of growth characteristics of Rhododendron micranthum. From the result of research, wild growth area of Rhododendron micranthum was discovered near steep forest road on 695~901m in altitude above sea level of Baekdu-daegan National Arboretum. Vegetation colony structure of Site I was resulted in Pinus densiflora(tree stratum M.I.P.=45.3%) is dominants, Betula schmidtii(arborescent M.I.P.=9.8%) is second dominant, and Site III resulted in Pinus densiflora(tree stratum M.I.P.=30.5%) is dominants, Betula schmidtii(arborescent M.I.P.=10.3%) is second dominant. Site II resulted in Betula schmidtii(arborescent M.I.P.=30.4%) is dominants and Pinus densiflora tree(tree stratum M.I.P.=8.3%) is second dominants. For herbs, it was researched that the rate of one year herb of chrysanthemum family(10), rice family(3), sedge(2) was higher than near forest area. Among Species diversity index, that of Shannon was in range of 0.7348~1.1090. After comparing this with similar area, this value was relatively low. Dominance analysis result was analyzed that various groups are evenly distributed. Monthly highest average temperature is $23.9^{\circ}$ in Site A and Site B, and monthly lowest average temperature is $-4.5^{\circ}C$ in Site I and $-4.7^{\circ}C$ in Site II. Monthly maximum average humidity is 85.6% in Site I and 83.2% in Site II. Monthly minimum average humidity is 60.9% in Site I and 60.8% in Site II and it showed that these 2 area are located far away but have similar temperature and humidity characteristic and climate environment is similar. It was analyzed that humidity is high with the result of annual average humidity is over 60%. In growth characteristic, it showed that doubt damage of Stephanitis pyrioides, exposure of roots, peeled bark was discovered and supplement on this is urgent.

산림복지 인프라 가격결정을 위한 가격민감성 분석 (Price-Sensitivity Measurement of a Forest Welfare Facility)

  • This study provides basic data for the cost operating strategy of forest welfare infra facilities. We use the Price-Sensitivity Measurement technique (PSM) for a forest welfare infra facility (healing forest, wood camping, forest leisure sport, etc.). In addition, we conduct a survey in the four target locations (Kyung-gi, Kyung-sang, Chung-cheong, and Jeolla) and receive answer from 390. The results show that higher the price of present infra facilities, higher the price sensibility. The forest welfare infra facilities we include are healing forest 1,894 won, wood camping 5,625 won, mtb park 9,530 won, mountain horseback riding 14,556 won, paragliding 20,252 won, mountain ski 3,075won. However, we investigate zip-lines at lower than current price levels.

잣나무 임분밀도에 따른 피톤치드 농도 및 임내환경 특성에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Phytoncide Concentration and Micrometeorology Factors by Pinus Koraiensis Stand Density)

  • Objectives: Scientific verification for health effects has been constantly demanded through the forest healing factors. In this study, phytoncide concentration which is one of the forest healing factors, was investigated according to stand density, season and visiting time, and analyzed correlation with micrometeorology factors. Methods: Total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) and Natural volatile organic compounds (NVOCs) were collected using a measuring instrument which is connected to an air pump with the Tenax TA tube. The 32NVOCs were selected through the detailed criteria of adequacy assessment for recreational forest. The statistical analysis (correlation and stepwise regression analysis) was conducted between phytoncide concentration and micrometeorology factors. Results: NVOCs concentration linearly increased according to stand density. The high level showed in the summer (p<0.05), and there is no significant difference according to visiting hours of the Healing forest. NVOCs is a negative correlation with solar radiation, PAR and wind direction, and a positive correlation with relative humidity and temperature (p<0.01). NVOCs increased following the increase of humidity and temperature ($R^2=0.55$). Conclusions: Phytoncide linearly increased according to stand density, and showed the correlation significantly with microclimate factors. In future, these results will be utilized as a basic material to promote the generation of phytoncide, which positively influences human health promotion and manage the forest welfare space.

Effects of a Forest Therapy Program on Reducing PTSD and Depression and Improving Mood States in Fire Officers

  • Background and objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of forest therapy programs on reducing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and improving mood states in fire officers. Methods: To determine PTSD, depression, and mood states before and after the forest therapy program, the survey results of 185 fire officers were analyzed. Frequency analysis was conducted to identify the demographic characteristics of the participants, and Wilcoxon signed-rank test to analyze the differences among group. Results: As a result of a comparative analysis of PTSD before and after the program, there was a significant decrease in PTSD from 10.65 ± 12.00 to 5.64 ± 8.29 after the program. Depression also showed a statistically significant difference from 3.21 ± 4.00 to 2.21 ± 3.47 after the program. As a result of comparatively analyzing mood states before and after the program, there was an increase in positive factors and a decrease in negative factors. Total mood disturbance (TMD) also showed a statistically significant decrease from 5.78 ± 17.37 to -7.38 ± 10.35 after the program. Conclusion: This study has significance in verifying that forest therapy programs can bring psychological changes to fire officers, and these results can be used as a basis for stress management and relief of fire officers.

국립백두대간수목원의 식물자원 및 관리·활용방안 - 수목원 중점조성지역, 문수산, 옥석산을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Management and Use of Plant Resources in Baekdudaegan Arboretum - Focused on Aboretum Core area, Munsu and Okseok Mountain -)

  • This study was carried out to survey the vascular plants of Baekdudaegan Arboretum area. The results are as follows. The numbers of flora in this study area were summarized as 655 taxa including 95 families, 332 genera, 567 species, 5 subspecies, 72 varieties and 11 formas. The rare plants were 17 taxa including Parasenecio firmus, Rhododendron micranthum, Iris odaesanensis, Lysimachia coreana and so forth. The Korean endemic plants were 16 taxa including Weigela subsessilis, Heloniopsis koreana, Salix koriyanagi, Vicia chosenensis and so forth. Plants Adaptable to Climate Change were Northern plants 18 species, Southern plants 2 species, endemic plants 10 species. The naturalized plants were 44 taxa and ratios of naturalized index and urbanization index were estimated Core area 10.2% and 4.9%, Mt. Munsu 4.9% and 2.3% and Mt. Okseok 5.5% and 2.6%. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 3taxa(2.5%) of grade V, 12taxa(11.0%) of grade IV, 22taxa(20.2%) of grade III, 35taxa(32.1%) of grade II. In life forms, hemicryptophytes were The most dominant. Next was a Therophytes. In addition, 492 taxa were categorized by usage into 8 groups, as follows: Edible 239taxa(36.5%), Fiber 10taxa(1.5%), Industrial 1taxon(0.2%), Miscellaneous 183taxa(27.9%), Ornamental 65taxa(9.9%), Pasturing 259taxa(39.5%), Siscellaneousg 14taxa(2.1%) and Timer 21taxa(3.2%).
