Corporate social responsibility for employees is associated with employees' requirements related to the work and the organization's ability to meet such needs. The study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility for workers on employee management effectiveness amongst businesses in Vietnam. Using the quantitative method, through SEM linear structural model analysis, the research surveys 619 samples of employees at businesses in Vietnam. The study results show that corporate social responsibility for workers has both a direct and indirect impact on the effectiveness of employee management through intermediary factors such as organizational identity, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing of employees. In addition, the study also demonstrates that commitment has a positive correlation with both organizational identification and knowledge sharing of employees in the businesses. On that basis, the study proposes several recommendations to improve employee administration efficiency. These are meaningful contributions in theoretical and practical aspects that help businesses get a more in-depth insight into employee administration and the need to care and promote corporate social responsibility for employees, which is an important basis for further research.

Specifically, this study estimates the impacts of Vietnamese employees' job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and turnover intention in FDI enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: The measures are adapted from previous studies to develop a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The dataset is directly collected from 227 respondents who are employees at FDI enterprises situated in the North of Vietnam. The dataset is analyzed by quantitative approaches using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The results show that while turnover intention is positively correlated with monthly income, it is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment is positively associated with job satisfaction among employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam. Conclusions: The findings of this study will serve as useful references for administrators of FDI enterprises and policymakers to promote employees' job satisfaction and retain skilled employees.

The employment permit system for foreigners, which stresses introduction of foreign work force in a legal manner rather than in the position of being trainees, is anticipated to efficiently improve introduction and the overall management system of foreign work force and related difficulties such as illegal alien problems, absurdity on sending laborers overseas. In this paper, a prospective model of supply and demand of work force has been developed basing on various categories of industries and patterns about nationally practical foreign employees to look over efficient supply and demand of work force suiting employment of foreigner among foreign work force policies. To propose the prospective model, we have derived industry- and pattern-related matrixes of foreign laborers basing on Inter-Industry Analysis Method put forth by Professor Leontiyef in 1930, and through the derived matrix assessed repercussions concerning overall domestic industries and foreigner types and decided yearly weight; the capacity of supply and demand of foreign laborers can be compared through proposed statistical estimation and government estimation by combining the determined weight with yearly incomes of foreign laborers. This paper has thoroughly considered the particularity of our employment permit system for foreigners and applied the Weibull distribution and incorporated the dependence of foreign laborers during the limited period of 3 years to the industry relation analysis, ultimately proposing an efficient supply and demand method about domestic foreign work force.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between foreign investment and carbon emissions in the Korean electricity sector, the causal relationship between the foreign investment invested in the electric power sector in the 16 regional regions and the carbon emissions in the region, The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of foreign investment on these sectors and the carbon footprint of these sectors using Panel Random Effect Analysis, Panel VAR and OLS models. A panel analysis of foreign investment and regional carbon emissions showed that there was a causal relationship. Based on this analysis, OLS analysis showed that 7 out of 16 metropolitan areas were foreign investment And carbon emissions were significant. In the remaining six regions except Gwangju, there was a causal relationship between foreign investment in the local power sector and the reduction of carbon emissions. After categorizing the electric power industry by device, process, purpose and number of employees, causality also appeared in relation to foreign investment in these sectors and their carbon emissions. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected using self-administrated questionnaire survey on corporate pension products from CEOs or HR directors 250 foreign-invested companies', purchasing pension plans in practice with domestic financial trustees (insurance companies, banks and security companies). Hypotheses testing was conducted using Logistic Regression analysis with SPSS/PC+ 21.0. Results - The findings of the study are as follows. Employees with the long length of labour are more likely to have DB plan; more likely to prefer DC plan with the dividend distribution product regarding the types of interest rate. SMEs(less than 100 employees) are more likely to select DC plan whereas high fluctuation in wage with annual salary has no impacts. In addition, the ages has no significant effect on the preference. Currently, majority employees are highly likely to join DB plan and Defined interest types. Corporation with less than 10 employees prefer IRP scheme while most of corporation are intended to join DC plan. For maximization of employees' contentment to corporation pension insurance and for complementing the flaws of existing plans, the future studies shall also research in a perspective of employee benefit.
