해외기업과의 동반성장 요소가 관계지속성에 미치는 영향 연구: 목표 몰입의 매개효과와 기업가 지향성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of the Strategy for Win-Win with a Foreign Company upon Relationship Continuity: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Mediating Effect of Goal Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 해외기업과의 동반성장 요소와 관계지속성의 관계에서 목표 몰입의 매개효과와 기업가 지향성의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구대상은 무역전시회에 참가한 경험이 있는 기업의 실무담당자 427명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해외기업과의 협력을 위한 동반성장 요소 중 대부분의 요인이 목표 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 해외기업과의 협력을 위한 동반성장 요소 중 대부분의 요인이 관계지속성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 해외기업과의 목표 몰입은 관계지속성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 해외기업과의 협력을 위한 동반성장 요소와 관계지속성의 관계에서 목표 몰입의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 일부 동반성장 요소에서 매개역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 해외기업과의 협력을 위한 동반성장 요소와 관계지속성의 관계에서 기업가 지향성은 일부 동반성장 요소에 대해 유의한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • The disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an important part of the company. CSR disclosure (CSRD) is interesting to study because CSRD in the annual reports is very important in terms of attaining company objectives to satisfy the interests of stakeholders; protect employee's interests; clarify the extent of contribution of the company in both CSR activities and CSRD; assist appropriate investment decisions. This study examines the structure of share ownership and company size as determinants of CSRD in the banking industry. We use a quantitative approach in this approach, in which researchers start with hypotheses and then collect data that can be used to determine whether empirical evidence to support that hypothesis exists. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling so that the research sample was 14 banking companies that are listed on the Indonesian Capital Market Directory from 2015-2017. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression determined the relationship between research variables. The results of the study state that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and company size affect CSRD. This demonstrates that the role of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and foreign ownership have an impact on CSRD and are deemed necessary for the corporate environment. Besides, company size determines the activities of CSRD so that it can increase public confidence in the company's operational activities.

외국인 근로자의 취업생활 만족도 제고를 통한 기업 내 정착지원방안 (Establishing Employee Support Program for Foreign Laborers at Company Level by Improving Working Life Condition)

  • The purpose of this study is to draw employee support program at the company level through field survey of foreign laborers' satisfaction level of working life. To analyze the factors that determine working life satisfaction, regression analysis was conducted. Satisfaction level of working hours(t=2.469), living environment(t=2.140), post offices/banks (t=3.024) showed a statistically significant. Also these variables, working hours, living environment, post office/banks are verified to be very important for improving the level of their working life. Through these findings we can understand that employee support activities, providing user-guide of bank and post office, compliance with standards for working hours, improvement of the living conditions (accommodation, meals, etc.), the leisure time program support, the children care support and active utilization of foreign workers and strengthen the educational program, are necessary to improve the satisfaction level of foreign laborers' working life in Korea. It is recommended that managers need to recognize that careful consideration of living and working condition could contribute to stable settlement and increase working life satisfaction for the foreign workers at company level.

베트남 직접투자 기업의 진입결정요인과 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Entry Determinants and an Outcome of Korea's Direct Investment Company to the Vietnam)

  • 베트남은 풍부한 노동력과 성장 잠재력으로 한국 기업들의 투자대상국으로 관심이 높으며, 2011년 9월 현재 약 239억 달러를 투자하고 있어 최대 투자국으로 부상하고 있다. 또한 한국의 대 베트남 투자 패턴도 노동집약적 산업형태에서 고부가가치 형태로 전환하고 있다. 본 연구는 베트남의 직접투자에 따른 경쟁력 결정요인에 따른 투자성과를 분석하여 한국 투자기업의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있다. 특히, 베트남 투자기업의 대내적인 요인인 기업규모, 마케팅기술, 재무관리, 국제경험, 조직관리 등과 현지 베트남 시장요인인 현지시장규모와 시장환경 등의 요인이 베트남 투자성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 분석한다. 본 연구결과를 보면 "투자기업의 규모", "투자기업의 국제경험", "투자기업의 마케팅 기술", "현지국의 시장규모", 그리고 "현지국의 시장환경"이 한국기업의 투자성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 "투자기업의 조직관리"와 "투자기업의 재무관리"는 베트남 투자성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아, 가설이 기각되었다. 투자성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다고 해서 투자기업의 결정요인으로 중요하지 않은 요인은 아니라는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 한국기업은 베트남에 지속적으로 투자를 하고 있다.

  • High temperature operating test, temperature humidity test and temperature cycling were performed at various test levels for solid aluminum electrolyte capacitors made by domestic manufacturing company and foreign advanced manufacturing company. It was found that main failure mode of solid aluminum electrolyte capacitors was the decrease of their capacitances. The decrease of their capacitances has the same pattern in these tests. Test result for comparison of characteristics between domestic products and foreign advanced products shows that domestic products have the shorter lifetime and their capacitances decrease more rapidly in high temperature operating test and temperature humidity test. Also in these tests, accelerated tests for high temperature operating test and temperature humidity test were developed.

안전풍토가 종업원 직무태도에 미치는 영향: 외투기업과 국내기업 비교 (The Effect of Safety Climate on the Job Attitude: Comparing Foreign Investment Company and Domestic Company)

  • This study examined the role of safety climate, organizational trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, the study verified the mediating effect of organizational trust between safety climate, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Targeting population were the workers in the manufacturing sector. First, it was figured out that employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it turns out that individuals' safety awareness has a positive effect on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, it was figured out that organizational trust plays a role as mediation when employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, the result revealed that foreign investment company moderated the relationship between safety climate and organizational climate. Fifth, organizational trust mediates the relationship that the individuals' safety awareness are positively affected on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, The results of four hypotheses using intermediary variable in which organizational trust mediates the relationship between the safety climate and "work attitude" such as job satisfaction and organization commitment demonstrate significance of trust in organization in connecting safety climate and work attitude. Therefore, when trust in organization is enhanced, work attitude such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment could be improved.

외국인투자기업에 있어서의 기술흡수도차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference of Technological Absorption Level in the Foreign Direct Investment Companies)

  • Foreign direct investment is considered to be one of the important technology transfer channels from advanced countries to less developed countries. The purpose of the study is to find the answers for the problems: if there is any difference of technology absorption level between the foreign affiliate companies, and what are the major factors which explain the difference. It is shown that the technology absorption level of foreign affiliate company is negatively related to the management control level by foreigners, to the rate of exportation, but positively related to the number of competing company and to the nature of generality of the technology.

WTO 정부조달협정과 BOT 계약 (WTO GPA and BOT Contract)

  • The United States demands that the Korean Government include in the WTO GPA the privately invested projects of the BOT contract. Controversy surrounding BOT contract will continue. As of result of opening up of private investment market including BOT contracts, inflow of foreign capital will be expanded, and it will provide an opportunity for rectifying any unreasonable policies or regulations. With active penetration of foreign companies, there is a possibility for deepening of competition in the private investment market, and if a foreign administrative company is selected, possibility of assigning high value works such as design to foreign companies leaving labor intensive work such as construction to domestic companies exists, and also, difficulties resulting from agreement between the employer and the foreign administrative company exists. Large-scale construction companies must put forth their efficiency and creativity, and through revolutionary constructions by private sectors, reduction in construction cost should be made possible, and must also increase efficiency in maintenance, repair, and management of the facility. On the other hand, in order for Korean construction companies of BOT businesses to be able to enter the foreign BOT industry, the government needs to conduct studies in information and policies of various nations.
