  • This study developed seven assumptions to demonstrate the effect of personal innovation, social influences, service quality, mobility and accessibility on perceived usability, perceived convenience use and use intention using a technology acceptance model developed by Davis(1989), and the results are presented as follows: First, the assumption that personal innovation and service quality of mobile banking service will influence the perceived usability was adopted while the assumption that social influences will affect the perceived usability was rejected. Second, the assumption that mobility and accessibility of mobile banking services will influence the perceived convenient use was selected. Third, the assumption that the perceived usability of mobile banking service will influence use intention was rejected while the assumption that the convenient use will influence use intention was adopted. This study suggests that as personal innovation, service quality, mobility and accessibility have a significant influence on use of mobile banking, service providers should pay more attention to development of security programs and diversification of contents.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between life stress and depression in university students to provide a basis for planning nursing interventions to improve the mental health of university students. Methods : Data were collected from September 1 to September 30, 2015 by giving a questionnaire to 272 university students. The instruments for this study were life stress, self-efficacy, and depression. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results : There were significant correlations among life stress, self-efficacy, and depression. Additionally, self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and depression. Conclusions : Based on the findings of this study, health management programs focusing on stress management and self-efficacy improvement are highly recommended to promote good mental health in university students.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of ego integrity on death anxiety of the elderly, mediated by depression based on Erikson theory(1963). For this study, 313 elderly over 60 years old in Daegu city participated in a survey. The data of the survey was analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with AMOS 7.0. The results of the study are as follows: ego integrity of the elderly does not influence death anxiety due to the suppressing effect of depression. However, depression does mediate the relation between ego integrity and death anxiety fully. Such findings suggest that the Erikson theory can also be applied to elderly Korean citizens. A practical benefit derived from the study's results is the proposition to implement a reminiscence program, reinforce depression treatment and prevention systems, and augment a death awareness movement for elderly.

  • This paper deals with the edge effect in thin insulating films, focusing on their dependence on film thickness, so we derived a simple mathematical form which depicts that reducing film thickness lowers the field at the electrode edge. we expect that this result may be suitable to problems with multi level insulating films.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the critical service factors, which influence the customers' satisfaction and loyalty to pizza restaurant's customers in Korea. In order to meet this purpose, we surveyed 185 customers who have visited Imsilcheese pizza restaurants. This survey used the SERVPERF service quality measuring theory. The results are as follows: Service Quality consists of 6 factors which are Assurance, Tangibles, Quality of Pizza, Responsiveness, Empathy and Reliability. Customers' satisfaction is affected by 6 factors of service quality. Responsiveness is most influential in customers' satisfaction while Assurance is most crucial to their loyalty. Customers' satisfaction has a significant effect on the customers' loyalty.

  • This study explores the factors influencing user satisfaction of mobile IPTV and their relationship. We formulate the research model based on characteristics of mobile device and IPTV. Responsiveness, contents satisfaction, price satisfaction, aesthetic simplicity, network quality are proposed as essential antecedents of mobile IPTV satisfaction. We also suggest network quality and gender as moderators. Our data analysis with 297 mobile IPTV users shows contents and price have significant positive effect on mobile IPTV satisfaction. Network quality shows positive moderation effect on the relationship between responsiveness and satisfaction.

  • Focusing on the effect of excess pore pressure dissipation on liquefaction-induced ground deformation, a series of 1-g shaking table tests were conducted in a rigid soil container by use of saturated Toyoura sand, the relative density of which was 20-60%. These tests were subjected to the sinusoidal base shaking with step increased accelerations: 100, 200, 300 and 400 Gals for 2-4 seconds. Shaking table tests were done using either water or polymer fluid with more viscous than water, thus varying the sand permeability of model tests. Excess pore pressures, accelerations, settlements and lateral deformations were measured in each test. Test results are presented in this paper and the effect of sand permeability on liquefaction and liquefaction-induced ground deformation was discussed in detail.

  • This study deals with how computer game affects spatial-temporal capability of game users. Focusing on college students, this study shows almost the same results as 'Mozart effect' by Gordon Shaw's previously famous study for music on spatial-temporal capability. Additionally, in comparison to music and animation, on-line racing game has more positive influence on a specific spatial-temporal capability.

  • Regulation for the radiopharmaceuticals should be reasonably different from that of other drugs. Radiopharmaceuticals are always used by compounding based on the doctor's order, have short half life and very low administration dose. Its pharmacological effect is not from its chemical effect but from radiation. The background for exploratory IND (Investigational New Drug) explained by the FDA was to reduce the time and resources expended on candidate products that are unlikely to suceed, new tools are needed to distinguish earlier in the process those candidates that hold promise from those that do not. In this review, basic concept for exploratory IND and RDRC guideline is summarized and various suggestions for improving and expediting procedure for new radiopharmaceutical development would be described.
