통계청에서 매년 발간하고 있는 사망원인통계년보를 통해 화재로 인한 사망자를 분석하였다. 화재로 인한 사망자 수, 전체 사망자 중 화재로 인한 사망자가 차지하는 비율 모두 1993년을 정점으로 감소추세에 있다. 고령세대보다 젊은 세대에서 화재로 인한 사망자가 많이 발생하고 있다. 화재로 인한 사망자는 어린이세대(10세 미만)는 감소, 고령세대(65세 이상)는 증가경향에 있고, 남자 쪽이 여자보다 모든 연령대에서 많다. 연령별 인구 10만명당 화재로 인한 사망자는 고령세대에서 아주 높다. 사고로 인한 사망자 중 화재로 인한 사망자가 차지하는 비율은 큰 변동은 없으나 유아(0세, 1-4세)와 75세 이상 후기고령세대에서 높다.

본 논문은 보험 손실 추정을 위한 회귀 설정에서 다양한 분포 가정의 성능을 실제 데이터를 사용하여 비교 분석합니다. 감마 분포는 일반적으로 보험의 손실 분포의 비대칭성을 처리하는 데 사용됩니다. 그러나 최근 연구는 보험자료의 분석에 있어서 손실 분포의 두꺼운 꼬리의 중요성을 강조합니다. 실제 주택 화재 보험 데이터 분석을 통해 우리는 회귀 방법에서 다양한 분포 가정의 효과를 비교합니다. 우리의 결과는 보험손실에 대한 분포 가정의 선택이 "초과 손해 보험" 및 "한도 보험"을 포함한 다양한 보험 상품의 보험료 결정에 중요하다는 것을 보여줍니다. 또한 주택 화재 보험의 통계적 모형설정에 있어서 실제 고려 사항에 대해 논의합니다.

This study focuses on the classification of fire equipments for certification based on the risk evaluation. In general, known statistics on fire equipment-related accidents needs to be used for risk evaluation. When statistics is not available, however, expected frequency and severity of accident for individual equipment can be taken into account in evaluating the related risks. Based on the level of inherent risks, each equipment is then classified into three categories for certification. For equipments that risk evaluation is not possible, characteristics of those products such as reliability are considered for classification. Once classified, each equipment is assigned an appropriate certification module.

The overpopulation phenomenon and complicated various daily life in the city can't presuppose a loss of lives and properties by fire as in today. Especially, mutual relation of buildings and road of the urban preventive dimenson share with important roles and function. This thesis analyses next two articles. First, this study examines improvement counterplan by urban preventive demention centering around theory. Second: as a case study through statistics of fire is Seoul Namdaemun market propose improvement plan in urban preventive dimension.

In this study, I analyzed problems of safety management system of hazardous substances and proposed improvement measures. By statistics of Korea National Fire Agency it shows that hazardous substances of not less than a designated quantity were 2,180 factorys, 24,732 handling places and 85,218 storing places in 2018. also It has been conformed that Fire accidents break out year after year in factory, etc. so In this study, I analyzed the safety controllers of hazardous substances of the present law and fire statistics. therefore I has been found out the problems that the first, safety controllers' status. the second, There is no laws related design, installation, installation supervision. the third, fire safety inspection. This study will be used a basic data for preventing of extensive hazazardous substances-related accident that is very difficult handling.

This study aims to present basic data for fire risk assessment. In the existing fire risk assessment, the operation of fire safety facilities is not considered. In addition, there is a lack of data on the fire growth rate to predict the spread of fire. Therefore, this study intends to build a fire scenario using fire statistics data. In addition, the fire growth rate is to be derived in consideration of the floor area of burnout and the cause of fire.

도시화와 산업화로 화재 빈도는 감소하나 화재로 인한 인명피해와 피해액이 늘어나는 추세를 보이고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지자체 수준에서 지역의 화재안전에 대한 정책은 소방서에 의존하는 수준에 머물고 있다. 기존 화재 통계에 대한 연구는 대부분 기술적 통계에 의존하여 전체적인 경향성을 설명하는데 그치고 있는데 비해 본 연구는 화재의 피해를 화재로 인한 사망자수, 화재로 인한 부상자수, 화재로 인한 피해액을 종속변수로 하고 전국 222개 지자체에 대한, 5년간의 공적 통계를 활용하여, 15개의 변수를 4개의 요인으로 그룹화 한 후에 가설을 세우고 특별시 및 광역시 단위 소속의 구와 도 소속의 시와 도 소속의 군으로 그룹을 지어 헤도닉 분석법에 의해 회귀분석을 수행하고 그 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과 화재피해를 설명하는 결정요인이 시 군 구의 수준즉 지역 특성에 따라 다르다는 점을 확인하였으며, 이는 인구와 면적기준의 소방력 배치 원칙과 더불어 향후에 소방정책과 화재안전 활동에 가장 중요한 변수로 삼았던 원칙을 넘어 보다 유연한 기준을 마련할 필요가 있음을 밝혔으며, 특히 재난 약자의 수에 비례한 소방력 확충을 제안하였다.

With the development of the Korean economy, the number of arson fire has been radically increased and become a huge problem and issue in Korea Society for last several decades. This study is to establish the fire life safety strategy regarding the arson fire through performing the computer simulation based on fire scenarios with researching domestic fire statistics and cutting edge techniques and methods for fire characteristics and fire dynamic. In addition, to design the fire life safety strategy depending on the arson fire pattern, the flow and characteristics of fire flames and smoke is analyzed by the computer modeling.

Everybody may be vulnerable to fires depending on the time, place, and circumstances. Fire statistics show that the occurrence of fire death depends not only on the severity of a fire itself, but also largely on the conditions of occupants such as physical functions, the environment around occupants, and the type of facility where are fire occurs. The review of fire safety from the viewpoint of vulnerable populations does not simply mean additional special attention and care only to high risk groups, but instead it means significant review of fire safety design and systems for all people from a more universal standpoint. Therefore, in order to examine the strategies of a fire death-reduction program, safety measures suitable for the relevant high-risk groups considering the type of vulnerable person, the type of fire, and the type of building in residential occupancies. Solutions will require strenuous multilateral effort and flexibility.

According to the fire statistics of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the fire ratio in factories, work places and warehouses shows 21.5% among total fire of buildings except the fire on cars or other fires. Especially, the buildings like factories and warehouses, which have a lot of ignitable sources and thus always have a strong possibility of fire, are needed to have well planned strategy in terms of life safety and property protection. In this respect, the present paper analyses the existing fire cases in factories, finds out the fire properties of factory buildings, and evaluates the codes concerning fire resistance and fire severity.
