다중이용업소 실내마감재료 사용기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Using the Interior Finishing Material using Regulation at Multiple-using Businesses)

  • There are the relevant provisions that apply to building regulations about the Building codes, Fire Protection laws, and more Multi-using interior finish materials businesses etc. The differences between these regulations are as follows: The Building codes is defined the main use of the building according to facilities to used to set the scale by the use of the floor space, On the other hand, Fire Protection laws are the basic purpose and the act of using the architectural space(or sales) by separating object by fire. And Multiple-using Businesses Facilities consist of two regulations engaged in the kind of law and the size of the floor area. One building can not be based on operating facilities and together in Multiple use businesses Law. As such, the Buildings are applied to the Building codes, Fire Protection laws, such as Multi-using Businesses Facilities interior construction industry due to the structural differences in the position of the designer feeling a lot of difficulties and confusion. The Multi-use businesses Facilities engage in the kind of law, the size of the floor area and seating capacity. These can not be based on operating facilities, and consists of two regulations together in one building. This study is purposed to help improving the finish of the interior architecture that is related to the Building code regulations, Fire Protection laws, Multi-using Facilities interior finishing material relevant with the provisions from the law through analyze the case of developed countries, and the current Multiple use Businesses Facilities research range from the law of multiple-using facilities, interior finishing, interior architecture for supervision reasonably and compensation for the interior design. So, Result is as follows: First, interior decorations can be separated the fixed material and the moveable things. second, It should be included multi-using Business though small size business space at the basement floor. third, It should be established statute law that design and construction responsibility. forth, re-testing fire resist performance after some period. and finally, it need to mitigate regulation where be installed sprinkler.

  • These days the buildings are getting higher, bigger, and in a deep. According to that, it was the Large-Scale casuality by smoke from Daeyeongak Hotel fire in 1971 to Uijeongbu apartment fire in 2015, and the law of smoke control has consistently changed. but the analysis for improving the law isn't working. Therefore on this study, it conducts the analysis of historical comparative about smoke control and it will present the basic data for improving the law of smoke control and in-depth analysis.

  • Korean city had been rapid developed through high industrialization and rapid economic growth after the 1970's. The city development process was guaranteed the fulfillment of city function through the city expansion based on New Towns and satellite cities rather than the reformation of existing city. This city expansion caused by degrading of city, being backward and producing many problems. To solve this problems, it was considered the rehabilitation of retarded function with rejuvenation such as a special law accelerating urban renaissance and reorganization project. Also a fire protection performance did not satisfied the required conditions of modern FPP system, such as the function deterioration of building facilities, the technological development with FPP facilities, changed fire laws and building occupancy for social needs. Insufficiency of requirements depreciated the building value and intimidated a safety of residents. To solve this problem, the improvement of FPP was essentially required and also strongly recommended an analysis and a comparative study between the required FPP of existing building and it improving effective FPP. Therefore, purpose of this study is that establish the basic data to construct a system to analyze and compare the building FPP.

개방식 장치를 이용한 가연성 2 성분계 혼합물의 인화점 및 연소점 측정 및 예측 (Measurement and Prediction of the Flash Points and the Fire Points for the Flammable Binary Mixtures Using Open-cup Apparatus)

  • The flash points and the fire points for the m-xylene+n-propionic acid and n-butanol+n-pentanol systems were measured by using Tag open-cup apparatus(AS1M D 1310-86). The experimental flash points of two binary systems were compared with the values calculated by the Raoult's law, Van Laar equation and Wilson equation. The calculated values based on the Raoult's law on m-xylene+n-propionic acid system were found to be better than those based on Van Laar and Wilson equations. The calculated values based on Van Laar equation on n-butanol+n-pentanol system were found to be better than those based on the Raoult's law and Wilson equation. The the fire points for the m-xylene+n-propionic acid system were about $7{\sim}8^{\circ}C$ above the flash points. In the case of n-butanol+n-pentanol system, the flash points and the fire points had been found to be identical.

  • 최근 건축물이 대형화, 고층화, 복합화됨에 따라 재난사고에 대한 재실자의 인명안전과 재산보호를 위해 건축물 피난설계에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 기술적 기준에 의한 사양적 관련법령 규정이나 건축주나 건설설계자 등 관계자의 인식부족 등으로 인해 화재시 재실자의 피난에 대한 고려는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 특히, 국내의 피난관련 규정이 건축법과 소방법으로 양분화되어 있어 지속적인 법 개정에도 불구하고 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건축법과 소방법간의 피난관련 규정의 문제점을 도출하여 향후 건축물 피난관련 법령의 개정을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시함에 그 목적이 있다.

  • According to building law, there are only regulations on the fire prevention compartments that can perform the function of partial smoke compartment, but the building law management of the smoke compartment for effective smoke diffusion prevention and control is not possible. The lack of control on the smoke compartment such as leakage rate on the penetrating part, and the lack of leakage rate in the design of smoke control of fire safety law resulted in the absence of fundamental safety technology. Therefore, this study seeks to find solutions to domestic problems after reviewing relevant domestic laws and regulations.

우리나라 피난방화규정의 제.개정시기별 화재안전성능 평가 - 호텔건물을 중심으로 - (A Study on Evaluating the Fire Safety of the Regulation of Escape and Fire-Prevention from Enacting to Now - Focusing on the Hotel Building -)

  • 우리나라의 피난방화규정은 1962년 건축법 제정 이후 현재에 이르기까지 많은 변화를 겪어 왔다. 그러나, 과거에 비해 화재안전성능이 어느 정도 개선되었는지, 그리고 현재의 규정은 어느 정도의 화재안전성능을 확보하고 있는지에 대한 정량적인 평가가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이 연구에서는 과거 화재사례로 비추어 화재발생시 인명피해가 높을 것으로 예상되는 숙박시설 중 호텔건물을 모델로 하여 피난방화규정의 제/개정 시기별 화재안전성능을 평가해 보았다. 그 결과 과거에 비해 화재안전성능이 개선되고는 있으나, 특히 저층부분에서의 거실 및 층피난안전성에서 취약함을 확인할 수 있었다. 숙박시설의 경우 재실자의 화재 인지가 늦어 피난시간이 상대적으로 지연되는 문제점이 있기 때문에, 내부마감재료와 방화문 그리고, 방화구획(면적별/층별) 등의 규정을 보완하여 연기층하강시간을 지연시킬 수 있는 현실적인 방안을 마련 할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 현행 우리나라의 화재조사 제도에 관한 전반적인 운영실태를 살펴봄으로써 문제점을 도출하고 그 해결방안을 모색하고자 한다. 문제점으로는 화재조사 법률의 기능별 분산 적용, 각 기관별 독자적인 화재조사 실시, 민간 화재조사전문가 제도 전무, 화재조사 전문 연구기관 미비, 화재조사 정보공유 시스템 취약, 방화 원인조사 시스템 취약을 들 수 있으며, 개선방안으로는 화재조사 법률 통합, 유관기관 합동조사, 민간 화재조사전문가 제도 조기 도입, 화재조사 전문 연구기관 확충, 화재조사 정보 공유를 위한 제도 도입, 방화 원인조사를 위한 화재조사팀 운영을 들 수 있다.

아파트 지하주차장 소화기의 유지관리 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Method of Fire Extinguisher Maintenance In the Underground Parking Lot of the Apartment)

  • The definition of an apartment is a building more than 5 stories high and which is the standard law. Currently, the number of apartments is increasing much faster than detached houses. Owning an apartment is a normal trend these days. However, the increasing number of apartments has been increasing the number of apartment fires which also has been making social problems. Therefore, this study was conducted for the fire extinguisher among other fire facilities because it is important for initial fire suppression. The research subject is on the fire extinguisher that is in the underground parking lot of 40 apartment complexes which are more than 10 stories. Survey and analysis were conducted for 80 fire extinguishers. There are two fire extinguishers for each apartment. The result of this study is that all installed fire extinguishers are ABC dry chemical type, 92% of them is 3.3kg and that meet the legal height(less than 1.5m). However, the condition such as appearance, inspection, manufactured year, appearance of signs, material of signs, size of signs, etc. was insufficiency. So improvement of law and system that are fire facility construction, maintenance implementation and additional designation of type approval about sign will be needed in my opinion.
