The modern stage of society's development is characterized by the rapid penetration of information technologies into all spheres of life. Their use contributes to improving the quality of tourism services, as well as the competitiveness of tourism industry enterprises. The role of information technology in tourism is growing more and more every year, which determines the relevance of the study of modern trends in the use of information technology in the tourism sector. The purpose of the study is to determine the possibilities of using information technologies to improve the quality of services provided to the tourism industry under the COVID-19 restrictions. The article systematizes the main approaches to the "cluster" category and provides an original definition of the "regional tourist cluster" concept. Based on an expert survey, the main trends in the introduction of information technologies in the tourism industry under the COVID-19 restrictions have been identified, which include virtual reality and augmented reality, speech recognition technologies, photo, video, audio (contactless control technologies), mobile IT applications and Big Data technologies. It has been concluded that the vast majority of improvements in the organization of tourism services under restrictions will be based on the organization of virtual solutions and online activities. The types of tourism services will also change, and information technology will help their development and dissemination.

Domestic franchise industry is growing rapidly as a promising business in 21st century and also ordinary people business. Domestic franchise headquarters and franchisees have increased exponentially. However, because of tough competition in the industry, headquarters' lack o fawareness of recruiting and managing franchisees, and reckless expansion strategy for the structural problem of profit structure and lack of experts, systematic management and support system are not going well. For these reasons, the need of franchisee management system is growing up in this industry. Domestic franchise industry is focused on appearance, the volume, while absence and lowness of internal management systems are making stores shut down and conflicts proving necessity of management system. In this study, we find and study the way to compensate these problems and systematize by cooperating within surance companies to manage franchisees, and eventually to be able to set up and use new systems including franchise management system, initial services, on goin gservices, lega lservices, tax services, labor services, and financial analysis and planning services.

Due to the recent mid- to long-term slump and falling growth rates in the global economy, interest in organizational structures that create new products or services as a new alternative to survive and develop in an opaque environment both internally and externally, and enhance organizational sustainability through changes in production methods and business innovation is increasing day by day. In this atmosphere, we agree that the growth of small and medium-sized venture companies has a significant impact on the national economy, and various efforts are being made to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of the members so that these small and medium-sized venture companies can enhance and sustain their performance. The purpose of this study is also to investigate how the technological innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized venture companies correlate with the performance of knowledge management and to analyze the role of network capabilities to organize the strategic activities of enterprise to obtain the resources and organizational capabilities to be used for value creation from external networks. In other words, research was conducted on the impact of technological innovation capabilities of small and medium venture companies on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities as parameters. Therefore, in this study, we would like to verify the hypothesis that innovation capabilities will have a positive impact on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities of small and medium venture companies. Economic activities based on technological innovation capabilities should respond quickly to new changes in an environment where uncertainty has increased, and lead to macro-economic growth and development as well as overcoming long-term economic downturns so that they can become the nation's new growth engine as well as sustainable growth and survival of the organization. In addition, this study was conducted by setting the most important knowledge management performance within the organization as a dependent variable. As a result, R&D and learning capabilities among technological innovation capabilities have no impact on financial performance. In contrast, it was shown that corporate innovation activities have a positive impact on both financial and non-financial performance. The fact that non-financial factors such as quality and productivity improvement are identified in the management of small and medium-sized venture companies utilizing their technological innovation capabilities is contrary to a number of studies by those corporate innovation activities affect financial performance during prior research. The reason for this result is that research companies have been out of start-up companies for more than seven years, but sales are less than 10 billion won, and unlike start-up companies, R&D and learning capabilities have more positive effects on intangible non-financial performance than financial performance. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have a positive (+) impact on both financial and non-financial performance, while R&D and learning capabilities have a positive (+) impact on financial performance by parameters of network capability. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have no impact on both financial and non-financial performance, and R&D and learning capabilities have no impact on non-financial performance. It could be seen that the parameter effects of network competency are limited to when R&D and learning competencies are derived from quantitative financial performance. Purpose : To evaluate the present status of bereavement care in Korean hospice service as a basic database for the effective bereavement care. Method : The data were collected two sets from September to October, 1999 and from November to December, 2000, 55 hospice institutions identified by the Hospice Education Institution, College of Nursing, Catholic University were contacted for a telephone survey. The researchers conducted telephone interviews with hospice administrators for 10 to 30 minutes. Result : 1) Among the 55 Korean Hospice institutions, 38 institutions(69.1%) provided bereavement services. 2) The contents of bereavement services consisted of telephone call 28 institutions(74.5%), bereaved family meeting 26 institutions(69.4%), home visiting 22 institutions(57.9%), mail 16 institutions(42.1%), personal counselling 7 institutions(18.4%). 3) The 26 hospice institutions(68.4%) which provided meetings for bereaved families met with the following frequency : Annually is 11 institutions(42.3%), biannually 6 institutions(23.1%), monthly 6 institutions(23.1%) and bimonthly 3 institutions(11.5%). 4) Only 4 hospice institutions(10.5%) used the assessment tool to screen for high risk of bereaved. 5) The major difficulties of current bereavement services were low attendance for the bereaved family meeting, shortage of professional managers and volunteers, limited accessibility to hospice institutions, little social awareness for the bereaved, and financial difficulties. 6) The hospice administrators expressed the need for the development of bereavement program, the education program for the bereavement services, trained professionals, the sufficient provision of human resource and financial support for more effective bereavement services. Conclusion : Although many hospice institutions(69.1%) provided bereavement services, they generally lacked capable bereavement professionals and various individualized bereavement services. In conclusion, it is required to develop the specified bereavement program and the training program for the staff and volunteers, so as to provide customized bereavement services based on individual needs. Further research will be necessary to evaluate the effects of customized bereavement services in Korea before applying to practice.

This study is aimed at analyzing the factors that affect the behaviors of employee's investment, such as a decision making process in a variety of views and proving the extent of how those factors influence on their investment. The basic assumption is that the preceding factors that can be determined by the personal investment propensity, a psychological factor asserted by Behavior Financial Theory and financial-economic and social environment. This study uses Hershey's Investment Behavior Model(2007) as the main analysis tool to explain the investment behavior of individuals and deals with personal investment inclination in the psychological perspective of overconfidence, self-control and the risk tolerance propensity and add the financial and economic factors in terms of financial literacy and economic distress. Also the new preceding social environmental factors like social interaction and the effect of reference group are added to make this research to be more precise. This study analyze the adjustment effect of professional invest-consulting service that affect the fluctuation influence between the individual variables(those factors) and subordination variable(the level of investment satisfaction). The study reveals that overconfidence and self-control in direct ways have a positive effect on the level of investment satisfaction in terms of investment behavior and economic distress has a negative effect on the level of investment satisfaction. The adjustment effect provided by financial experts in investment consulting service is affirmed as the critical factor that increase the influence between self-control and the level of investment satisfaction. To conclude, the research reveals that the psychological factors are the main criteria when the workers as employees have to make investment decisions. To make investors be reasonable, a systematic financial education system provided by experts is needed from the early adolescent stages and financial companies should develop the relevant services of consulting service department as a key financial sector and financial investment products and consulting program and marketing tool pertinent to investors ages, vocational traits and their inclinations.
This study was conducted to, develop the social workers role participating health and welfare services production of health centers The sharp increase rate on the elderly population in Korea lead the social issues as that health and social services are not developed enough to cope with the increase on the elderly's hearth care needs. The priority in the elderly's care service development should be put on public sectors. so that could prevent financial catastrophy of the elderly's care. The pulbic sector was concerned with health center services : as health center in Korea provide :mainly medical-oriented services. this study focused on to combine the existing health center's services into social services. The study method was based on needs survey with 322 patients aged over than 55 in rural area. "The needs survey include general health and disease care needs and daily life caring needs. The latter was applied with ADL and IADL with modificiation for the use of Korea environment. The findings were as follows : Social workers should be able to care diseases of muscular and skeletal. circulatory, digestive and general chronic disease in social service needs. aspect. Mostly the chronic pateints quit their care services because of shortage of finanical support$(18.3\%)$ and transportation problem$(19.5\%)$, but still prefer to be cured and cared from general hospitals. and at least clinic and health centers in community. The univisible dramatic effect. of health. care services also should be concerned and cared by xocial workers. The ADL and! IADL shown the most needs on transportation needs and problems caused by weaken legs. Mostly daily activities were supported by family members $(53.3\%\;spousers\;and\;35.0\%\;children)$, and the most demands were shown on helps for transportation visiting hospitals$(37\%)$ and getting similar care services for health care needs $(31.2\%)$ and daily hygeieal needs$(11.2\%)$ Social workers' role should include health care participation with social and health promotion approach as well as socio-economic supports: during health care receiving. Social workers also should provide social services for the elderly's daily needs solving for these are not in available family supporters.
Purpose - The purpose of the study is to reexamine the price fairness as practiced by low cost airlines, as a consumer has to experience such inconveniences as inferior airport transportation, extra fees on in-flight meals, and non-negotiable seats, and consumers evaluate such experiences keeping in mind their total costs. This evaluation includes price fairness and allows a reasonable and overall consideration of factors of low cost airlines. It tries to set up a measurement of the indicators consumers' perceptions of price fairness academically as it adapts price fairness to airline services which are renowned for price volatility. Research design, data, and methodology - The research proposes an alternative pricing strategy for the long term profit of low cost airlines after going over conflicts between the traditional theory of consumers' price perception mechanism and flexible fair policy of low cost airlines. It was meaningful when it relates to the early stage of the business, while it enhances the risks relating to the long term survival of low cost airlines. In addition, it is significant as it highlights the negative influences on consumers' perceptions of price fairness, as low cost airlines run on extremely low cost perspectives. Results - The results of the research provide insight into four perspectives, as consumers' perceptions of price fairness are influenced by the frequency and range of price changes and services. The first perspective is that it would lead to positive price evaluation when a low cost airline cuts prices frequently with little changes than one big change. It also would lead to the same result when it comes to necessary services. The second perspective is that one big increase of price would rather undermine the negative aspects of price changes than those of several smaller ones. The third perspective is that additional services would be good to consumers' perceptions of price fairness as compared to discount benefits with respect to the cost. Finally, a low cost airline should consider that consumers will change airlines or defer their flight schedule if the flight fares increase beyond their limits. Conclusions - Low cost airlines should reconsider their pricing policies for services that were provided free earlier. A consumer would not like discount benefits when made to pay for services that were, for long, free of charge. If a low cost airline can provide services with no charge, it should improve volumes if the costs are standardized and, moreover, should consider the charging fees. Alternatively, a consumer can choose between services and fair discount. Low cost airlines are implementing sales promotion strategies, as the competition is more intense than it used to be. In these days, they should regard services over sales promotion, as consumers may prefer to spend money on good premium services. Some differentiation in services could create a good market position for the airlines and, hence, good financial performance.

One of the greatest problems facing exporters is the increasing insistence by importers that trade be conducted on open account terms. This often means that payment is received many weeks or even months after delivery. Unsurprisingly, many organisations find that giving buyers credit in this way can cause severe cash flow problems. Further problems can arise if the importer delays payment beyond originally agreed terms or makes no payment at all because of financial failure. In particular, many SMEs find it difficult to finance their production cycle, since after goods are delivered most buyers demand 30 to 90 days to pay. Therefore, International factoring for SME has been developing very rapidly in the world trade financing markets. Functions of international factoring as trade financing is a comprehensive financial service that includes credit protection, accounts receivable bookkeeping, collection services and financing. Factoring can be a powerful tool in providing financing to high-risk, informationally opaque sellers. International factoring is very helpful for international exporters to get competitiveness in the world markets. In Korea, a few banks are operating international factoring. But International factoring in Korea could not play a key roll as general trade supporting service. So, This study is to suggest importances of international factoring development for trade development and to investigate real operation situations and problems by way of interviews with operators in banks that are operating international factoring and suggest development strategies for international factoring in Korea.

Baby boomers are often defined by their support of their parents and their devotion to their children's educational success by providing financial and emotional aids. Now, 7.12 million baby boomers in South Korea are retiring, or are about to retire, without any retirement plans. Similar to financial stability, health, and leisure life, social capital is another important element in the quality life after retirement. This is because social capital can function as a potential resource network. Social capital is a source that provides money, information, goods, services, emotional aids, social relational opportunities etc. In the past, family and community provided social capital for the aged. However, the baby boomer generation cannot expect the same. The baby boomers have the task of creating new social capital that can assure their quality of life. Therefore, this study examines cohort characteristics of the baby boomer generation and, based on the examination, seeks an alternative for social capital. The results are as follows: First, social capital from the local community can be an alternative source of caring for the baby boomers in old age. Second, among the social capital of the local community, elderly care supported by a family friendly community is proposed. In addition, baby boomers must become the primary social capital that contributes to a mature civil society rather than a beneficiary of welfare for the aged.

As Korea is entering an aging society, the number of elderly people who need new denture or who have problems with their existing denture or adjacent tissue is increasing and it will double in 2018. Therefore, denture clinician system will lessen patients financial burden and introduce market economy to the dental prosthesis field. Therefore, Korea needs to adopt denture clinician system as soon as possible as USA or Canada to increase people s accessibility in quality and quantity. Denture clinician will determine the size and shape of denture after performing oral examination, make impression using various materials, fabricate denture, deliver and adjust completed denture to the patient, repair denture, and carry out financial management in the denture fabricating company or manage human resources. Considering denture clinicians services, American and European education system seems to be close to our system. Therefore, in this study, basic curriculums of several countries in Europe and America were reviewed and curriculum that meets Korean situation was suggested.
