유아의 장독립성-장의존성 인지양식에 따른 사회, 인지적 놀이형태에 관한 연구 (Social and Cognitive Play Patterns in Terms of Young Children's Cognitive Styles)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in social play, cognitive play, and social-cognitive play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles. Sixteen field independent and sixteen field dependent children were selected from a group of 79 young children with the use of Preschool Embedded Figures Test(PEFT). Their social play, cognitive play, and social-cognitive play patterns were observed. The data collected for this study were analyzed by using SPSS/$PC^+$; frequency, percentage and ${\chi}^2$ test. The results of this study were that (1) difference of social play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles was not found, (2) differences were found in cognitive play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles, and (3) differences were found in social-cognitive play pattern as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles.

  • 본 연구는 디지털교과서의 정보품질과 시스템품질이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향에서 인지양식 관련요인들, 특히 장의존 및 장독립적 요인이 조절효과를 가지는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울광역시에서 거주하는 초등학교 5학년, 6학년학생들이다. 이러한 연구를 위해 현재 디지털교과서 연구시범학교에서 학습에 참여하고 있는 학습자 325명으로부터 자료를 얻어 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 디지털교과서의 학습만족이 정보품질과 시스템품질의 만족도에 영향력을 받을 때, 인지양식 변수들의 상호작용에 의해서 긍정적인 조절효과를 받고 있음이 확인되었다.

장독립-장의존 인지양식이 대학생의 정보탐색행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect of the Cognitive Style of Field Dependence/Independence to the Information-Seeking Behavior of Undergraduate Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 250명을 대상으로 장독립-장의존 인지양식이 정보탐색행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 장독립-장의존 인지양식은 집단잠입도형검사(GEFT: Group Embedded Figure Test)로 검사하였으며, 정보탐색행위는 정보탐색 수행평가와 설문조사의 방법으로 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 장독립-장의존 인지양식은 본 연구에서 설정한 항목들 중에서 한 개의 항목을 제외하고는 전부 정보탐색 수행평가의 항목에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 인지과정 도중에 작용하는 인지적 특성인 인지양식은 정보를 탐색하는 실제적인 행위에 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 장독립-장의존 인지양식은 정보탐색행위의 영역적인 면에서는 탐색결과와 일반적인 정보탐색행위를 제외하고, 탐색과정에만 영향을 미쳤다. 그러므로 정보탐색행위의 탐색 과정적 영역에서는 인지양식의 연구가 효율적이라고 할 수 있다.

The Thickness Dependence of Edge Effect in Thin Insulating Films

  • This paper deals with the edge effect in thin insulating films, focusing on their dependence on film thickness. The finding is that the electric field is lowered at the edge as the film thickness is reduced, which, in turn, is closely related to dielectric breakdown voltage. In order to analyze this phenomenon, a simple capacitor model is introduced with which dependence of dielectric breakdown voltage around the electrode edge on the film thickness is explained. Due to analytical difficulty to get the expression of electrical field strength at the edge, an equivalent circuit approach is used to find the voltage expression first and then the electric field expression using it. The relation gets to an agreement with the experimental findings shown in the paper. This outcome may be extended to solve similar problems in multi-layer insulating films.

Environmental Dependence of High-redshift Galaxies in CFHTLS W2 Field

  • Star formation activity of galaxies, along with color and morphology, show significant environmental dependence in local universe, where galaxies in dense environment tend to be more quiescent and redder. However, many studies show that such environmental dependence does not continue at higher redshifts beyond z~1. The question of how the environmental dependence of galactic properties have developed over time is crucial to understanding cosmic galactic evolution. By combining data from Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope Legacy Survey(CFHTLS), Infrared Medium-Deep Survey(IMS), and other surveys, the photometric redshifts of galaxies in CFHTLS W2 field were estimated by fitting spectral energy distribution. The distribution of galaxies was mapped in redshift bins of 0.05 interval from 0.6 to 1.4. For each redshift bin, the number density was mapped. The galaxies in high density regions were grouped into clusters using friend-of-friend method. The color of galaxies were analyzed to study the correlation with redshift as well as environmental difference between field galaxies and cluster member galaxies.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate (1) children's field dependence by age and sex, (2) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by age, sex, and contextual factors, (3) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by field dependence. The subjects were 120 five-, seven-, and nine-year-olds. Children's field-dependence was measured with the Children's Embedded Figures Test (CEFT). Children's interpersonal problem solving ability was measured with the Preschool Interpersonal Problem Solving Test (PIPS Test). Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviation, t-test, oneway ANOVA. $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Pearson's correlations. Major findings were that (1) The older children were more field-independent than the younger ones (2) The older children suggested more problem solving methods and higher-level problem solving strategies than the younger ones. (3) Children suggested higher-level problem solving strategies in contexts involving familiar as opposed to unfamiliar participants and contexts involving children as opposed to adults. (4) 9-year-olds' field-independence was positively associated with interpersonal problem solving ability.

PNN-PZ-PT계 세라믹스의 압전변위특성 (The Characteristics of Piezoelectric Strian Constants on PNN-PZ-PT Ceramics)

  • The temperature dependence of piezoelectric strain constant and the electric field induced strain are investigated as a function of PT in 0.5[xPT-(1-x)PZ]-0.5PNN ceramics. The piezoelectric strain constant d31 has the highest value(360$\times$10-12m/V) at PT=0.68. The temperature dependence of d31 is improved as Curie temperature of sample is increased, and the electric field dependence of induced strain is decreased with the coercive field increased. This ceramic system shows both piezoelectric effect and electrostrictive effect under the applied electric field. The piezoelectric of tetragonal phase is higher than that of rhombohedral phase, and the magnitude of electrostrictive constant is appeared in the order of morphotropic, rhombohedral and tetragonal phase. The piezoelectric strain constant with applied field must be considered theelectrostrictive effect due to 90$^{\circ}$domain wall displacements, and the displacement of bimorph type actuator agrees with the calulated value well.

  • In this work the recyclable new polyethylene(PE) and polypropylene(PP), which are thermoplastic, have been investigated as the eco-friendly insulating candidates to replace the cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). The temperature dependence of conductivities of these materials has been measured and its effects on electric field and space charge distribution in polymeric insulated power cable under temperature gradient have been calculated. It is shown that the sensitivity of conductivity to temperature change has more critical influence to determine the electric field distribution in the power cable than the absolute value of conductivity does and it can be said that the temperature dependence is one of most important factors for the power cable design.

  • We consider the system is subject to the linearly polarized oscillatory external field. We study the optical quantum transition Line shapes(QTLS) which show the absorption power and the quantum transition line widths(QTLW) of electron-piezoelectric phonon interacting system. We analyze the magnetic field dependence of the QTLS and the QTLW in various cases. In order to analysis the quantum transition, we compare the magnetic field dependence of the QTLW and the QTLS of two transition process, the intra-Landau level transition process and the inter-Landau level transition process.
