  • In [4], the authors studied the Pascal matrix and the Stirling matrices of the first kind and the second kind via the Fibonacci matrix. In this paper, we consider generalizations of Pascal matrix, Fibonacci matrix and Pell matrix. And, by using Riordan method, we have factorizations of them. We, also, consider some combinatorial identities.

  • The notion of the generalized Fibonacci matrix $\mathcal{F}_n^{(a,b,s)}$ of type s, whose nonzero elements are generalized Fibonacci numbers, is introduced in the paper [23]. Regular case s = 0 is investigated in [23]. In the present article we consider singular case s = -1. Pseudoinverse of the generalized Fibonacci matrix $\mathcal{F}_n^{(a,b,-1)}$ is derived. Correlations between the matrix $\mathcal{F}_n^{(a,b,-1)}$ and the Pascal matrices are considered. Some combinatorial identities involving generalized Fibonacci numbers are derived. A class of test matrices for computing the Moore-Penrose inverse is presented in the last section.

  • The main object of this study is to introduce the spaces $c_0({\hat{F}^q)$ and $c({\hat{F}^q)$ derived by the matrix ${\hat{F}^q$ which is the multiplication of Riesz matrix and Fibonacci matrix. Moreover, we find the 𝛼-, 𝛽-, 𝛾- duals of these spaces and give the characterization of matrix classes (${\Lambda}({\hat{F}^q)$, Ω) and (Ω, ${\Lambda}({\hat{F}^q)$) for 𝚲 ∈ {c0, c} and Ω ∈ {ℓ1, c0, c, ℓ}.

  • In the present paper, by using the Fibonacci difference matrix, we introduce the almost convergent sequence space $\hat{c}^f$. Also, we show that the spaces $\hat{c}^f$and $\hat{c}$ are linearly isomorphic. Further, we determine the ${\beta}$-dual of the space $\hat{c}^f$ and characterize some matrix classses on this space. Finally, Fibonacci core of a complex-valued sequence has been introduced, and we prove some inclusion theorems related to this new type of core.

  • In this paper, we give linearization of generalized Fi-bonacci sequences {$g_n$} and {$q_n$}, respectively, defined by Eq.(5) and Eq.(6) below and use this result to give the matrix form of the nth power of a companion matrix of {$g_n$} and {$q_n$}, respectively. Then we re-prove the Cassini's identity for {$g_n$} and {$q_n$}, respectively.

  • In this paper, firstly we compute the spectral norm of g-circulant matrices $C_{n,g}=g-Circ(c_0,c_1,{\cdots},c{_{n-1}})$, where $c_i{\geq}0$ or $c_i{\leq}0$ (equivalently $c_i{\cdot}c_j{\geq}0$). After, we compute the spectral norms, determinants and inverses of the g-circulant matrices with the Fibonacci and Lucas numbers.

  • Let Q and R be the well-known matrices associated with Fibonacci and Lucas numbers, and k, m, and n be any integers. It is mainly established all solutions of the matrix equations c1Qn + c2Qm = Qk, c1Qn + c2Qm = RQk, and c1Qn + c2RQm = Qk with unknowns c1, c2 ∈ ℂ*. Moreover, using the obtained results, it is presented many identities, some of them are available in the literature, and the others are new, related to the Fibonacci and Lucas numbers.

  • In this study, we consider the Hankel and Gram matrices which are defined by the elements of special number sequences. Firstly, the eigenvalues, determinant, and norms of the Hankel matrix defined by special number sequences are obtained. Afterwards, using the relationship between the Gram and Hankel matrices, the eigenvalues, determinants, and norms of the Gram matrices defined by number sequences are given.

  • Cusp (parabolic) points in the extended modular group ${\bar{\Gamma}}$ are basically the images of infinity under the group elements. This implies that the cusp points of ${\bar{\Gamma}}$ are just rational numbers and the set of cusp points is $Q_{\infty}=Q{\cup}\{{\infty}\}$.The Farey graph F is the graph whose set of vertices is $Q_{\infty}$ and whose edges join each pair of Farey neighbours. Each rational number x has an integer continued fraction expansion (ICF) $x=[b_1,{\cdots},b_n]$. We get a path from ${\infty}$ to x in F as $<{\infty},C_1,{\cdots},C_n>$ for each ICF. In this study, we investigate relationships between Fibonacci numbers, Farey graph, extended modular group and ICF. Also, we give a computer program that computes the geodesics, block forms and matrix represantations.
