A multitude of overlay network designs for resilient routing, multicasting, quality of service, content distribution, storage, and object location have been proposed. Overlay networks offer several attractive features, including ease of deployment, flexibility, adaptivity, and an infrastructure for collaboration among hosts. In this paper, we explore cooperation among co-existing, possibly heterogeneous, overlay networks. We discuss a spectrum of cooperative forwarding and information sharing services, and investigate the associated scalability, heterogeneity, and security problems. Motivated by these services, we design Synergy, a utility-based overlay internetworking architecture that fosters overlay cooperation. Our architecture promotes fair peering relationships to achieve synergism. Results from Internet experiments with cooperative forwarding overlays indicate that our Synergy prototype improves delay, throughput, and loss performance, while maintaining the autonomy and heterogeneity of individual overlay networks.

Franchising has proved over many years to be a successful commercial vehicle for the international distribution of products and services. However, there has long been missing a user-friendly model contract that would reflect the diversity of international franchising contracts. Because the ICC has drafted a model form of international franchising contracts, taking into account the most commonly encountered clauses in franchising agreements, their model could be used as a checklist of the core obligations of a cross-border franchise contract. Because there is no internationally agreed-upon uniform legislation on franchising, parties must rely on national laws and regulations applicable to the international franchise (when such laws and regulations exist) and should therefore very carefully draft stipulations for the legal status of the contract. This study has been intended to cite some provisions for striking a fair balance between the interests of the franchisor and those of the franchisee and for avoiding unfair trade acts in international franchising contracts.

In this paper, we standardized the water operation system picture, process control logic, realtime database and system configuration. All aspects, including monitoring & controlling processes, symbols such as pumps, valves and pipes were standardized. As a result we have developed a specialized Integrated water operation system, iWater. We have developed a variety of advanced application programs that are essential for water treatment systems, such as IWS (Integrated Warning system), MBO(modbus opc)/LSE(LS ethernet) driver, video monitoring, self diagnosis system, network monitoring, etc. IWS prevents water supply accidents by using a variety of alarms and warning messages. Drivers have the flexibility to communicate with other 3rd party systems. We expect that iWater will eliminate any concerns regarding water-related issues while also promoting the production and fair distribution of clean water.

Recognition reactions about business area activities of business ethics measurement before and after business ethics educations are as follows: 1. Relativism average in production ethics after education shows the high rates, and deontological theory average shows the low levels. These facts show that period characteristics to respect value diversities are reflected. 2. The high average of justice theory, utilitarianism, relativism in distribution ethics before and after education reflects that fair competitions and multitude happiness are preferred, and situation adaptations about the environment changes are preferred. The low average of egoism and justice theory shows that value systems of minorities are not preferred. 3. The high average of relativism in advertisement ethics before and after education reflects the period characteristics to respect value diversities, and low egoism average shows that ethics standards of examine objects are high. 4. Egoism average in selling ethics before education is high, but this average after education is low. These reflect the fact that business ethics educations are efficient.

A standardized scoring system for college interview entrance examination means we standardize the score of examination to adjust the degree of difficulty among questions and difference of panel's disposition. A standardized scoring system were newly enforced at college interview entrance examination from 2001. Colleges want to choose the most suitably qualified students, taking full advantage of interview examination. Also they should always prepare for questions, plan the answers and a standardized scoring system so that all candidates get a fair shake. The main purpose of this paper is to provide a standardized scoring system for interview examination. The results of interview examination are ranked from highest to lowest and each candidate have different rank from several panels. So some unit scores from panels are given for each candidate using standard normal distribution. Then we calculate the mean unit score for each candidate and final interview entrance examination scores are given using the mean unit score for each candidate.

Cluster-based servers are utilized for large scale streaming services. These servers show good performance under fair resource usage balance policies between backend nodes. In this paper, cluster-based VOD servers are implemented based on WMI functions. Based on these functions, the information of resource usages in backend nodes can be exchanged and also the working states of cluster nodes can be monitored periodically. In experiences, we find motivations to design an effective load balancing policy. In addition, to provide reliable streaming services, the method to detect a partial failure in cluster-based servers is proposed.

In eight golf courses of southern area fair way soil profile was investigated for soil physical, chemical properties, and root distribution. These were carried out only A horizon(lScm depth) in one golf course. Soil series was all different, Leaching to lower horizon was greator in order of Mg=$NO_3$> $NH_4$=Ca> K. Organic matter content was higher in B horizon than A in three golf courses. Soil phosphorus appeared to more down greatly in two golf courses. Soil pH was higher in lower horizon of all places. Such pH increase with depth seemed to he related with mineral leaching, Among the horizons of all golf courses BC showed significant correlation with K (EC =0.1025K +0.0157, r=0. 8012 p=0. 001 n=20). Both Fe and Mn were higher in A horizon.

In this paper, a new clustering algorithm using the Guaranteed Minimum Coverage (GMC) is proposed. In the new protocol, an appropriate distribution of clusterheads is accomplished by guaranteeing a stochastic coverage at each clusterhead(CH)s. Using this protocol, the communication cost from clusterheads to their member nodes and the load variance in each clusterheads are reduced. Therefore, the network lifetime can be extended and the fair energy consumption for all CHs can be achieved

In our research, we have proposed a solid solution for aviation analysis which can ensure the asymptotic stability of coupled nonlinear plants, according to the theoretical solutions and demonstrated method. Because this solution employed the scheme of specific novel theorem of control, the controllers are artificially combined by the parallel distribution computation to have a feasible solution given the random coupled systems with aviation stability analysis. Therefore, we empathize and manually derive the results which shows the utilized lemma and criterion are believed effective and efficient for aircraft structural analysis of composite and nonlinear scenarios. To be fair, the experiment by numerical computation and calculations were explained the perfectness of the methodology we provided in the research.
