농촌 자동화를 위한 원격 제어 장치 개발 (Development of a Remote Control Equipment For Farm Automation)

  • 본 논문은 PLC를 이용하여 화훼재배, 수경재배, 비닐하우스재배 둥에 응용할 수 있는 원격제어장치를 개발하였다. 정보처리 및 자동화 분야의 급속한 발전으로 원격공장 자동화, Home Automation 등이 개발되어 실용화 되었으나 높은 가격으로 인한 경제적인 문제로 농업 응용분야에 적용하기에는 어려움이 많다. PLC를 이용하여 간단한 모듈로 고가의 시스템의 기능을 대체함으로서 경제성이 뛰어난 제품을 개발하였고 화훼재배, 비닐하우스 등 농촌지역의 자동화 시스템 개발의 가능성을 보였다. 모터제어기술, 마이크로프로세서, PLC프로그래밍, 무선 인터페이스 기술을 종합적으로 구현하여 본 자동화기술 시스템의 응용 모듈을 개발함으로써 화훼재배, 수경재배 둥과 같이 사람의 출입이 제한되고 작업이 어려운 곳에 원격제어를 통해 효과적으로 시스템을 제어할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • In this paper we developed the communication protocol in which can transmitter receive a data and instruction in pressure and control computer.   • To keep pace with Industry 4.0, it is imperative for companies to redesign their working environments by adopting robotic automation systems. Automation lines are facilitating the latest cutting-edge technologies, such as 3D vision and industrial robots, to outdo competitors by reducing costs. Considering the nature of the manufacturing industry, a time-saving workflow and smooth linkwork between processes is vital. At Dellics, without any additional new installation in the automation lines, only a few improvements to the working process could raise productivity. Three requirements are the development of gripping technology by utilizing a 3D vision system for the recognition of the material shape and location, research on lighting projectors to target long distances and high illumination, and testing of algorithms/software to improve measurement accuracy and identify products. With some of the functional requisites mentioned above, improved robotic automation systems should provide an improved working environment to maximize overall production efficiency. In this article, the ways in which such a system can become the groundwork for establishing an unmanned working infrastructure are discussed.

  • In This paper, we present a collaborative method for material delivery using a distributed vehicle agents system. Generally used AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle) systems in FA(Factory Automation) require extraordinary facilities like guidepaths and landmarks and have numerous limitations for application in different environments. Moreover in the case of controlling multi vehicles, the necessity for developing corporation abilities like loading and unloading materials between vehicles including different types is increasing nowadays for automation of material flow. Thus to compensate and improve the functions of AGV, it is important to endow vehicles with the intelligence to recognize environments and goods and to determine the goal point to approach. In this study we propose an interaction method between hetero-type vehicles and adaptive fuzzy logic controllers for sensor-based path planning methods and material identifying methods which recognizes color. For the purpose of carrying materials to the goal, simple color sensor is used instead of intricate vision system to search for material and recognize its color in order to determine the goal point to transfer it to. The technique for the proposed method will be demonstrated by experiment.

  • We proposed a concept of a desktop micro device factory for visually servoed teleoperated microassembly assisted by a virtual reality (VR) interface. It is composed of two micromanipulators equipped with micro tools operating under a light microscope. First a manipulator, control method for the micro object to follow a planned trajectory in pushing operation is proposed undo. vision based-position control. Then, we present the cooperation control strategy of the micro handling operation under vision-based force control integrating a sensor fusion framework approach. A guiding-system based on virtual micro-world exactly reconstructed from the CAD-CAM databases of the real environment being considered is presented for the imprecisely calibrated micro world. Finally, some experimental results of microassembly tasks performed on millimeter-sized components are provided.

  • This study proposes a method of generating steel house shop drawing in an automated design method, reducing construction manpower and period. With one hour fire-resistant approval code, reflecting work ability and efficiency, steel-framed house market is expected to extend from one or two story house to multi-purpose facilities up to four story height. More models have been constructed in this system than the first appearance of fire-resistant approval in Korea in 1997 Also, cost estimation of components such as frame walls, roof trusses and floors is obtained with shop drawings. Also, the lack of suppliers of steel framed house shop drawing and unstandardized drawing method get constructors have difficulty in understanding its design. In steel framed house industry, shop drawings are essential part in building and constructing framework and they have major effects on construction deadlines and expenses. By exploring method of shop drawing automation, this study aims to optimize work flow with a standardized drawing method. The proposed system can be applied to manufacturing automation in domestic industry of factory-built panelizing method in the near future.

모바일 머니퓰레이터의 작업을 위한 카메라 보정 및 포즈 추정 (Camera Calibration and Pose Estimation for Tasks of a Mobile Manipulator)

  • Workers have been replaced by mobile manipulators for factory automation in recent years. One of the typical tasks for automation is that a mobile manipulator moves to a target location and picks and places an object on the worktable. However, due to the pose estimation error of the mobile platform, the robot cannot reach the exact target position, which prevents the manipulator from being able to accurately pick and place the object on the worktable. In this study, we developed an automatic alignment system using a low-cost camera mounted on the end-effector of a collaborative robot. Camera calibration and pose estimation methods were also proposed for the automatic alignment system. This algorithm uses a markerboard composed of markers to calibrate the camera and then precisely estimate the camera pose. Experimental results demonstrate that the mobile manipulator can perform successful pick and place tasks on various conditions.

  • This paper introduces the key features of NCS (Network based Control System), which is quite a new concept in the industrial automation market. Two control systems "DCS" and "PLC" have been recognized as control systems used for process and factory automation during the past decades. However, the market requires more complex functionality, such as monitoring and operation, alarm handling and notification from remote locations using the Web or e-mail. Besides enhancing functionality, interoperability between each device and system is highly required since network and engineering tools provided by many vendors do not cooperate with each others, so that lots of conversion, reconfiguration and reprogramming are required when expanding systems. NCS can meet this requirement, installing leading-edged IT technology using international standards for network and engineering environment. NCS, which is a harmony of web functionality, networkability and a reliable control function, enables information integration and responding to the market's requirements with agility and high reliability.

유연 생산 시스템의 시뮬레이션을 위한 JR-Net 모델링 (Job Resource relation-Net Modeling for the Simulation of FMS)

  • As the level of maunfacturing system automation increases, the issues of modeling and simulation of AMS(Automated Manufacturing System) are becoming more important. Proposed in this paper is the JR-Net(Job Resource relation-Net) modeling framework which naturally mimics the process of designing an AMS by FA(Factory Automation) engineers. Its main purpose is to provide a modeling tool which facilitate modeling work of AMS for FA engineers unfamiliar with simulation modeling. The proposed modeling scheme is based on the extensive observation that typical AMSs are built from the set of 'standard' components(or catalog items). As an application of the proposed model, two real examples of FMS('G7'FMS model plant, RPI FMS) are modeled by JR-Net, and in case of FMS model plant, a simulation program development procedure using JR-Net modeling results is explained. Finally, simulation result of FMS model plant is analyzed.

  • Investment in FA facilities has been accerelated since 1986, turning point by labor strife in Korea firms. Most commonly adopted automation tech, in their manufacturing process consists of NC. Robotics, PLC, CAD/CAM now on and further confused system oriented FMS, CIM, etcs. undergoing. But for all their remarkable notices in manufacturing systems, The competitive position on product cost, quality, shorten delivery and profit has never been recovered in global swing market. To make some empirical suggestions with a view to competitive strategy of Korea firms by FA, to the conclusion largely FA tech. adoption can be justified only when its application on new product productions and improved the structure of products comparatively. Because of when it was applied in old production process. The effectiveness is very doubtful to the lacks of consistent and integrate manufacturing policy with the strategy of the fim and their poor standardization level in shop floors.
