알레르기 비염 청소년의 수면만족감 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Sleep Satisfaction among Korean Adolescents with Allergic Rhinitis)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence sleep satisfaction among adolescents with Allergic Rhinitis in Korea. Methods: Data were obtained from 21,480 subjects who completed the 2018 14th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. The data were analyzed using complex samples logistic regression with PASW 18.0. Results: The factors influencing sleep satisfaction were gender, grade, academic achievement, economic status, living arrangement, physical activity, drinking, smoking, stress, depression, perceived health status and perceived body image. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop interventions considering general and health-related characteristics in order to improve sleep satisfaction among adolescents with allergic rhinitis.

산재근로자 후유증상 관리 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of Medical Sequelae Management Service among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to find the factors affecting medical sequelae management service satisfaction among injured workers. Method: This study population were 200 randomised samples of 619 medical sequelae management beneficiaries from April to June 2007 among occupational accident treatment ending workers in 2006. Data were collected through the telephone survey from November 28 to December 7 in 2007. Data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ test and multiple logistic regression using SAS 9.1 version. Results: According to the finding of this study, positive perceptions for the purpose and the effect of medical sequelae management were the factors influencing the satisfaction of medical sequelae management service. Conclusions: We recommend key issues to take into account for enhancing medical sequelae management service satisfaction in workers' compensation as follows; explaining the purpose and effect of medical sequelae management to client, evaluating medical sequelae management effect, and the policy participation of medical profession.

The Structure Model of Service Performance Influence in Knowledge Based Service Business

  • This study is attempted to demonstrate the structure of the influencing factors on the performance of services of knowledge based service firms. In the model presented, the structure is that service performance in knowledge-based services are affected by the strategic utilization of knowledge resources and service orientation factors of the service organization. And the service performance are also affected in which the systemization of service processes and customer satisfaction play a mediating role. As an analysis result of examining 148 practitioners engaged in the knowledge service industry, it is necessary to increase the satisfaction of external customers in order to improve service performance in a knowledge-based service organizations. This can be achieved by increasing the satisfaction of internal customers. In addition, for this structure to be successful, the service production process to be provided to the customer must be enhanced. The service production process has been found to be an important factor influencing the internal customer satisfaction and service delivery process, especially in the use of knowledge resource, and customer oriented service among service orientation factors.

도시재생사업에서 지역주민 만족 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Residents' Satisfaction on Urban Regeneration Projects)

  • This study aims to identify the factors influencing residents' satisfaction for the urban regeneration projects in South Korea. Data were collected from 250 people with self-administrated questionnaires. A factor analysis identified three factors which are positive economic impacts, negative social impact, and positive environment impact. The positive economic impact has the highest variance explained. Results showed that high income and students and unemployed are less like to be satisfied with their community life. And whereas negative social impacts are less likely to have community satisfaction, positive economic impacts are more likely to have community satisfaction. This study suggested that community leaders and policy makers should consider perceived impacts and income when implementing development projects.

중년여성의 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Sexual Satisfaction of Middle-aged Women)

  • 본 연구는 중년 여성의 성기능, 성 의사소통 및 성만족 정도를 파악하고 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 중년 여성의 성건강 증진을 위한 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었으며, 2012년 10월부터 2013년 1월에 걸쳐 국내 4개 도시에 거주하는 40세~60세의 중년여성 126명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 성기능, 성 의사소통 및 교육 수준이 중년 여성의 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타나 성기능 정도와 성 의사소통 정도가 높은 경우와 높은 교육 수준을 가진 경우에 성만족 정도가 높아지는 경향이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구 대상자의 73%가 성기능 장애를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타나 중년 여성이 발달적, 상황적 변화에 더불어 사회경제적 변화로 인해 성건강을 위협받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 중년 여성의 성문제를 해결하기 위한 개인의 인식이 부족함과 더불어 사회적 차원의 자원이 충분하지 않은 상황에서 의료인은 여성 성기능 장애에 대한 문제의 심각성과 적극적인 해결방안의 중요성을 인식하고, 성 관련 문제 해결 역량을 높이기 위한 적극적인 노력이 필요할 것이다.

중환자실 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직장 내 괴롭힘, 자기효능감이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress, Working Bullying, Self-Efficacy on the Professional Self-Concept of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose : The aims of this study was to provide basic data to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses in intensive care unit and identify the relationship between job stress, working bullying, self-efficacy and professional self-concept and identify the factors influencing professional self-concept in intensive care unit nurses. Methods : This study was conducted from June to August, 2018 at five general hospitals over 500 beds. Structured questionnaire were completed by 120 nurses who had agreed to understand and participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS win 24.0 program. Results : Factors affecting the professional self-concept of the subjects were self-efficacy, working bullying, unsatisfaction and satisfaction of nursing job satisfaction, age. The explanatory power of these variables on professional self-concept was 55.1%. Conclusion : The self-efficacy, working bullying, nursing job satisfaction, and age of the intensive care unit nurses were identified as the major factors influencing the professional self-concept. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational program to improve self-efficacy and nursing job satisfaction and reduce working bullying, which are influencing factors of professional self-concept of intensive care unit nurse.

암검진 수검 노인의 재수검의도에 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Cancer Rescreening Intention of Korean Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to survey the cancer screening status of Korean elderly and to analyze factors influencing cancer rescreening intention. Methods: Participants were 262 elderly aged 65 or older who visited medical examination center at D University hospital located in D city. Data were collected from June 1 to July 31, 2012 using a structured questionnaire which included health behavior and cancer screening related characteristics, theory of planned behavior variables, EQ-5D, and cancer screening satisfaction. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Factors influencing elderly's cancer rescreening intention were 'satisfaction about the cancer screening', 'attitude toward cancer rescreening behavior', 'subjective norm toward cancer rescreening behavior', and 'previous experience with cancer screening in the past 2 years'. Cancer rescreening intention was higher in participants with satisfied experience of cancer screening, more positive in attitude and higher in subjective norm toward cancer rescreening. Cancer rescreening intention was lower when participants were not screened for cancer in the past 2 years. Conclusion: The study results indicate that customized interventions based on influential factors such as subjective norm, attitude toward cancer screening, and cancer screening satisfaction are necessary in order to promote the consistent cancer screening of Korean elderly.

국민연금과 특수직역연금 수급 대상자들의 은퇴 후 생활만족 영향 요인 (Influencing Factors on Life Satisfaction after Retirement: A Comparison of Public Pension versus Specific Corporate Pension Recipients)

  • Objectives : This study compared the influencing factors on life satisfaction after retirement between public pension and specific corporate pension recipients. Methods : This study used the fifth year data of 2013 from the raw data of the Korean Retirement and Income Study collected by the National Pension Research Institute. The data analysis in this study was done with the chi-square test, t-test, and linear regression using SPSS ver. 22.0 to verify the relevance between the general characteristics of pension recipients. Results : This study shows that there was a difference in expenditures and health care costs between public pension and special corporate pension recipients. The influencing factors on life satisfaction for public pension recipients were the level of spending, whether there were limitations in daily life and social activity, whether recipients had financial assets and health care costs while for specific corporate pension recipients, they were education level, level of spending and chronic diseases. Conclusions : A health policy that maximizes life satisfaction and takes into account the type of pencion needs to be considered and implemented.

간호사가 인지한 치매노인 돌봄행위의 중요도 및 영향요인 (Importance of and Influencing Factors on Nurses' Caring Behaviors for Elders with Dementia)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance of nurses' caring behaviors and to identify influencing factors on nurses' caring behaviors for elders with dementia. Methods: Data were collected through questionnaires from 156 nurses in several demented elderly setting and analyzed by applying descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 16.0. Results: The average score for importance of nurses' caring behaviors was 3.55 and the 'attentive to other's experience' factor was the highest level. The mean score of nursing professional value was 8.46 and job satisfaction, 3.86. Importance of nurses' caring behaviors had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional value, job satisfaction and nurse's age. Four significant variables influencing importance of nurses' caring behaviors were job satisfaction, nursing professional value, working area of nurses and cognition dysfunction of elderly. Conclusion: With the results of this study, importance of nurses' caring behaviors can be improved by intervening the factors affecting this importance. Based on the findings of this study, further nursing practice and research for nurses' caring the elders with dementia should be focused on job satisfaction, nursing professional value, working area of nurses and cognitive dysfunction of elderly.

포괄간호서비스 병동과 일반병동 입원 환자의 간호만족도와 병원재이용의도 영향요인 비교 (Comparing Satisfaction with Nursing Care and Factors Relevant to Hospital Revisit Intent among Hospitalized Patients in Comprehensive Nursing Care Units and General Care Units)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare hospitalized patients in comprehensive nursing care units and general care units as to satisfaction with nursing care and factors influencing their intent to revisit the hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 178 patients who had been hospitalized in a comprehensive nursing care unit and a general care unit in one hospital. Participants completed self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Results: There was a significant difference between the comprehensive nursing care unit and general care unit for intent to revisit the hospital (p=.036). Factors influencing intent to revisit the hospital for patients in the comprehensive nursing care unit were 'satisfaction with nursing care' (p<.001) and 'use of additional costs for comprehensive nursing care' (p=.041). The factor influencing intent to revisit hospital for patients in the general care unit was 'satisfaction with nursing care' (p<.001). Conclusion: Findings indicate that comprehensive nursing care service in which all care is provided by nursing staff only, without family or private caregivers, increases intent to revisit the hospital. These results can be used as the foundation of reviewing the operation and expansion of comprehensive nursing care service.
