This study tries to establish the evaluation standards of the service quality of local cultural festivals in an effort to identify public awareness of those festivals. Also, based on the importance-performance importance-performance analysis on the service quality, this research is aimed at finding ways to enhance service quality and to improve operation plans in more efficient ways for the maximization of visitors' use of festivals. Ultimately, the current study seeks to make a contribution to improving the quality of local cultural festivals. The results of the correspondence t-test analysis of importance and performance revealed that significant differences were found in following items of five factors; 1) in the responsiveness factor, the presence or absence of rest space, facility guide, communication, and installation of public restroom/cleanliness 2) in the certainty factor, food prices and staff members' kindness 3) in the reliability factor, all items including festival pamphlets (to the festival venue), guidance facilities/signposts, hospitality, schedule information, and quick responses 4) in the tangibility factor as well, all items such as the awareness of local culture, benefits, and storytelling 5) in the empathy factor, diversity of events and festival contents.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate moderating effect of communications on job satisfactions by an emotional intelligence and conflict-relations of employees and to investigate the influence on job satisfactions by an emotional intelligence and conflict-relations of employees in a long-term care facilities. The results were analyzed from the final responses of 379 employees who are working in a long-term care facilities in Gyeong-Gi Province by SPSS 18.0. The method used in this study were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, hierarchical regression analysis, moderated regression analysis. The results of this study are as in the following. First, these consequences showed that an emotional intelligence is positively related with job satisfaction among others' emotional appraisal, use of emotion, regulation of emotion and self emotional appraisal. Second, these results are observed that the conflicts of client's protector and superior is negatively related with job satisfaction. Third, these data are convinced that the communications have a partial effects among conflict, relationship and compensation.

In daycare centers, the head teacher requires the leadership to effectively meet the demands of nursery facilities, since he or she plays a role of middle management in charge of communication with the director and the teachers. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the structural relationship between the head teacher's leadership and job satisfaction of childcare teachers to enhance their organizational commitment and improve service quality and operation of nursery facilities. A survey was conducted of childcare teachers in national and public daycare centers located in Gyunggi Province from February to March 2018. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical programs. Analysis results found that leadership of the head teacher positively affected job satisfaction and organizational commitment of childcare teachers. Second, the job satisfaction of childcare teachers positively affected organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction of childcare teachers had a mediating effect in the relationship between the head teacher's leadership and the childcare teachers' organizational commitment. Results of this study suggest that effective leadership of the head teacher should be exercised to enhance the organizational commitment of childcare teachers.

Due to diversification of ships and limited space of pier, when ships come alongside the shallow water or narrow pier, sea area with small mooring facilities and floating matter is frequently applied. Through these, coming alongside the various space is capable and cost effectiveness is enhanced. However, when ships, applying small mooring facilities and floating matter, come alongside, there can be some impulse by waves between the floating things and ships which possibly leads to mass disaster. Therefore, there should be forecasts and analysis of the movement caused by waves. On this study, we develop measuring system for movement analysis of mooring and floating matters which provides base data with movement traits by measuring 3-D exercise information and acceleration at mokpo maritime university marina facility. Also, the composition and principles of the developed system is explained.

Recently, most countries in the world have pursued a denuclearization. So it has been of interest to increase to Nuclear weapon in such as North Korea's continued nuclear test. Pulsed gamma rays produced in the nuclear explosion and the space environment can give the big damage to the electronic device in a very short period of time. To confirm the extent of damage of these electronic devices, pulsed gamma irradiation facility that can occur in nuclear weapon or space environment are required. In this paper, we implemented the pulsed gamma-ray detection module and analyzed output of the irradiation test. We have experimented using an electron beam accelerator research facilities in Pohang Accelerator similar conditions to equip and Nuclear weapon. As a result, we confirmed that the pulsed gamma rays emitted by the gamma radiation and electron beam conversion device. The results of this paper will contribute to improve the reliability and accuracy of studies for utilizing pulsed gamma rays.

This study aimed to analyze factors of importance and performance picked by customers of Bibijeong, a farm restaurant operated by the local community of Wanju-gun. Major points include: Recognition paths mostly were word of mouth and mass media, types of visit were in the company of friends, family members or work colleagues, and purposes of visit included consumption of meal and identifying features of the restaurant. Secondly, factor analysis showed that level of facility, atmosphere/cleanness, diversity of menu, employees, ingredients and network. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was +0.6. Thirdly, average of importance of factors was 3.861 while average performance was 3.429. IPA analysis showed that employee(communication, customer contact) in the first quadrant proved the need for fast improvement through training. Atmosphere/cleanness (interior atmosphere, table clean, kitchen cleanliness, clean dishes, interion design) and employee(proficiency, menu recognition), foodstuff(freshness, origin, safety) in the second quadrant showed that the marketing strategy of improvement as well as maintaining current status is needed, including regular training and hygiene inspection. The third quadrant contains facilities(disability, baby, fire protection) and food menu(food packing, various menu, creative menu, menu description), network(village economic links), which showed the need for gradual improvement. The forth quadrant contains network(sights's near contains. The results so far can be summed into the statement that overcoming the basic functionality of providing meals and linking the restaurant with local attractions and local economy would be need, as well as building up the image of unique farm restaurant with local features, so that Bibijeong can serve as the centerpiece of community and foundation of exchange with other areas.

The purpose of this study is to observe the influencing factors of elderly users of senior citizen centers' life satisfaction from an integrative perspecrive. In order to do so, 25 senior citizen centers located in the city of Seoul were selected as a sample on which a direct survey was conducted. A total of 448 were chosen as the final study subjects. The following are the study results. Firstly, although program satisfaction did not affect the life satisfaction of elderly users of senior citizen centers, senior citizen center user satisfaction and service quality had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Secondly, welfare satisfaction and self-worth had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Thirdly, existentiality, certainty and responsiveness had a positive influence on life satisfaction. In conclusion, this study aims to contribute to discussions for policies and the development of active programs that can improve the self-worth of elderly users by fulfillling leisure welfare satisfaction and achieving facility expansion, as well as vitalizing communication among elderly users.

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) has been investigated as an enabling technology for future wireless communications such as ad hoc, mesh and sensor networks. However, prior works on bit-loading lack consideration of the constraints on energy and computing facility in sensor networks. In this paper, we suggest an adaptive bit allocation algorithm for a frequency selective fading channel environment which exploits channel state information obtained through a feedback channel. The proposed algorithm significantly reduces computational complexity and satisfies the power budget. Also, its throughput is comparable to the optimum solution. Simulation results support the claim stated.

This paper describes the development of the ground penetrating radar (GPR) system using UWB impulse radar with 48 Channel array. GPR is an effective alternative technology to resolve th disadvantages of metal detectors. Metal detectors have a very low detection probability of non-metallic landmine and high false alarm rates caused by metallic materials under the ground. In this paper, we use the mono-cycle pulse waveform with about 600 ps pulse width to obtain high resolution landmine microwave images. In order to analyze performances of this system, we utilize indoor test facility that made up of rough sandy loam which representative Korean soil. The mimic landmine models of metal/non-metal and anti-tank/anti-personnel landmines buried in DMZ (demilitarized zone) of Korea are used to analyze the detection depth and the shape of the mines using microwave image.

Purpose: This study has been carried out to help to enhance the measures of interprofessional collaboration between Dental personnel and dental technicians, and between dental technicians themselves through the analysis of recognition of interprofessional collaboration between dental technicians. Methods: The subjects in this study were 130 dental technicians who were self-written questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and Correlation. Results: As a result of examining the correlation analysis of each question to explore the factors that affect interprofessional collaboration recognition of dental technicians, the group which received criticism from dental personnel showed negative (-) correlation in the interprofessional collaboration recognition (p<0.05). The following groups showed positive (+) correlations in the recognition of interprofessional collaboration : the group who replied that they can utilize information on the patients associated with the prosthesis production (p<0.01); the group who thinks that they are sharing common goals (P<0.01); and the group who replied that Dental personnel are familiar with patients (p<0.01). The following groups also showed higher positive (+) correlations in the recognition of interprofessional collaboration : the group who replied that they frequently discuss patient's information with Dental personnel (p<0.01); the group who thinks they have mutual confidence in one another (p<0.01); the group who thinks that cooperation among their colleagues in dental technique laboratories are being done well (p<0.01); and the group that has high job satisfaction (p<0.01). Conclusion: Effective communication and team work between human resources for providing medical service of the facility are essential for safe and high-quality medical service to patients. Further, such elements are directly connected to efficiency of the entire team. The reliability between dental technician and Dental personnel for cooperation should not be neglected therefore continuous interests in inter-cooperative partnership is required.
