Associated Analysis of FTA Information Learning in Export of SMEs (중소기업 수출에서 FTA 정보학습 연관분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of FTA information learning in export SMEs. Therefore, this study has constructed an integrated model including the moderating effects of FTA information learning on the of export performance in SME. The relationship between SMEs' localization strategy, product innovation capacity, and FTA information learning was linked to export performance, and an empirical analysis was conducted on 195 export SMEs. The path analysis was performed using the structural equation model(SEM), and six hypotheses including the control effect were tested. As a result, the localization strategy of SMEs positively influenced product innovation capacity. On the other hand, FTA information learning did not show significant results. Product innovation capacity and FTA information learning as an antecedents showed significant results in terms of export performance. In the moderated effects analysis, the moderated effect between the localization strategy and FTA information learning did not show significant effect on the product innovation capacity. Whereas the moderated effect between the product innovation capacity and the FTA information learning significant influence on the export performance of SMEs.

  • This study made an analysis of the effects of performance and learning orientation for the existing FTA on the intention to use a trilateral FTA among Korea, China and Japan. The results of the empirical analysis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) located in Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces are as follows. First, there is a positive correlation between the effects of performance for the existing FTA and intention of a trilateral FTA. This result suggests that SMEs' performance feedback can be used as an asset of corporate experience and will be helpful to increase the intention to use a trilateral FTA by contributing to have sustainable competitive advantage of companies. Secondly, there is a positive correlation between the SMEs' learning orientation about FTA and intention to use a trilateral FTA. This result indicates that SMEs have more learning orientation for FTA. They actively acquire and diffuse information. These activities can be helpful for having prior knowledge and absorptive capacity. In conclusion, this study is considered to provide useful theoretical and practical implications that can contribute to enhancing the using intention of a trilateral FTA by explaining the significance of performance feedback and learning orientation.

If the exporter contracts to provide a certificate of origin in trade agreements, it shall issue a certificate of origin of goods originating management is performed. When considering the future trend of spreading wide FTA, it should be extended to one year to take advantage of the FTA Certificate of Origin environments utilizing a comprehensive environment for regional countries that require proof of origin between certain countries, such as current. FTA utilization of the future is to utilize the GVC(Global Value Chain) efficiently. In other words, the expansion of the consumer market and take advantage of an efficient production base across borders. These environmental changes are needed development of the FTA utilization promotion and FTA experts. The experts studying how to procure raw materials or intermediate goods exports in a variety of regional foreign countries, to meet the rules of origin is required for a successful FTA utilization. One of the objectives of Origin managers are qualified experts in the country of origin can take advantage of the FTA plan. Therefore, managers of origin shall collect their ability to expand the understanding and information about the industry as an international business perspective beyond the Certificate of Origin. In addition, it should be in their best learning expertise for the introduction and development of country of origin control system in an effort to effectively perform its international FTA utilization. Once the FTA is more widespread in the future and build a common origin information it must not be disconnected until the export enterprises from terminal manufacturers systematically. Therefore origin management is preferred by expanding the knowledge base of teaching and learning in the common sense to the universal subject of specialization from professional schools to promote the relevant departments so that they can be opened in a college or university. An FTA hub linking East and West, also need the confidence that in order to become a center of Glabal Supply Chain Using an FTA Certificate of Origin and stable environment for importers to import products from the country offers. Certificate of Origin and all of them thoroughly exporters and companies related to the administration of origin and should create an atmosphere that can effectively respond to the origin verification. Korea shall endeavor to elicit a geopolitical value (FTA Hub), as well as securing a competitive advantage in the global industry leverage, trading at a reasonable price competitive products thereby enhancing production and economic growth through the FTA.

  • In the recent years, IT and Network Technology has rapidly advanced environment in accordance with the needs of the times, the usage of the smart learning service is increasing. Smart learning is extended from e-learning which is limited concept of space and place. This system can be easily exposed to the various security threats due to characteristic of wireless service system. Therefore, this paper proposes the improvement methods of smart learning system security by use of faults analysis methods such as the FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) and FMECA(Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis) utilizing the consolidated analysis method which maximized advantage and minimized disadvantage of each technique.

  • These days, the teaching and learning system has been increasing for the rapid advancement of the information technologies. We can access education systems of good quality anytime, anywhere and we can use the individually personalized teaching and learning system depending on developing the wireless communication technology and the multimedia processing technology. The more the various systems develop, the more software security systems become important. There are a lot kind of fault analysis methods to evaluate software security systems. However, the only assessment method to evaluate software security system is not enough to analysis properly on account of the various types and characteristic of software systems by progressing information technology. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrative method of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Fault Modes and Effect Analysis(FMEA) to evaluate the security of e-teaching and learning system as an illustration.

  • Industrial Revolution means the improvement of productivity through technological innovation and has been a driving force of the whole change of economic system and social structure as the characteristic of technology as the tool of this productivity has changed. Since the first industrial revolution of the 18th century, productivity efficiency has been advanced through three industrial revolutions so far, and this fourth industrial revolution is expected to bring about another revolution of production. In this study, the demand for the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI) technology has been increasing in various business fields due to the rapid development of ICT technology, and the classification of HS(harmonized commodity description and coding system) items has been decided using artificial intelligence technology, which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution. And it is enough to construct HS classification system based on AI technology using inference and deep learning. Performing the HS item classification is not an easy task. Implementation of item classification system using artificial intelligence technology to analyze information of HS item classification which is performed manually by the current person more accurately and without any mistake, And the customs administrations, customs offices, and customs agencies, it is expected to be highly utilized in the innovation of trade practice and the customs administration innovation FTA origin agent.

  • Owing to the increase of FTA, food trade, and versatile preferences of consumers, food import has increased at tremendous rate every year. While the inspection check of imported food accounts for about 20% of the total food import, the budget and manpower necessary for the government's import inspection control is reaching its limit. The sudden import food accidents can cause enormous social and economic losses. Therefore, predictive system to forecast the compliance of food import with its preemptive measures will greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of import safety control management. There has already been a huge data accumulated from the past. The processed foods account for 75% of the total food import in the import food sector. The analysis of big data and the application of analytical techniques are also used to extract meaningful information from a large amount of data. Unfortunately, not many studies have been done regarding analyzing the import food and its implication with understanding the big data of food import. In this context, this study applied a variety of classification algorithms in the field of machine learning and suggested a data preprocessing method through the generation of new derivative variables to improve the accuracy of the model. In addition, the present study compared the performance of the predictive classification algorithms with the general base classifier. The Gaussian Naïve Bayes prediction model among various base classifiers showed the best performance to detect and predict the nonconformity of imported food. In the future, it is expected that the application of the abnormality detection model using the Gaussian Naïve Bayes. The predictive model will reduce the burdens of the inspection of import food and increase the non-conformity rate, which will have a great effect on the efficiency of the food import safety control and the speed of import customs clearance.
