This study analyzed outcomes of CAC(Computing Accreditation Committee) program individually applied in the field of computing engineering since 2007, and draw improvements. Literature review through academic journals, survey research and the FGI(Focus Group Interview) were used to accomplish objectives of the study. In addition, the survey research and FGI were done for professors. For the survey research, nationally 20 out of 44 universities which operates the CAC program were investigated, and sample universities were considered by region. FGI was done to analyze the performance and problems of CAC in more detail for 6 experts. Results of the study were follows as; first, CAC program was activated through the Seoul Accord activation support business by government. Second, BSM(Basic Science and Math), engineering major and engineering design education have been strengthened compared with before and after of CAC introduction in the computing engineering field. Third, soft skills needed for students in the college of engineering have been organized in the professional general curriculum, and professors aware of improvement of ability of the students for the skills. The degree of satisfaction for the CAC program has been examined as normal level, but improvement of educational system and the overall quality enhancement of computing engineering education were affected by CAC program. The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)', 'consumer needs analysis (0.0534)', 'consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)' and 'other platform-linked service development (0.0450)', in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem.
The purpose of this study is to analyze recognition cases on media education for disabled people, discovering tasks to improve media competence of disabled people and to find adequate supporting program. Semi-open type focus group interview is conducted with participation from media education teachers having teaching experience over disabled people. Main goal for this interview is to locate the aim, causes of disability, education methodology and revitalizing method for the media education for disabled people. Specifically, semi open type focus interview is selected to form questionnaires while catalyzing free discussion between participants. The intention of selecting quantitative research by FGI is to derive various recognition and experiences of participants by free discussions and opinion sharing. In addition, both teachers and learners are selected to find differentiated and common views towards the theme, realistically analyzing recognition experience from various angles.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of rights for online learning of students with developmental disabilities in the COVID-19 situation and suggest plans to promote the rights focusing on parents with children with disabilities. This research conducted the mixed method, which utilizes the survey of 200 parents with children in chungbuk, who have developmental disabilities, and FGI of six parents. The survey analysis shows that 50.5% of the respondents could not support their children due to telecommuting. The most urgent support system for learning assistance was identified as support for assistive personnel. As a result of the analysis of FGI, two categories of "status of online classes in the COVID-19," "improving non-contact learning environment considering the nurturing environment," "diversifying teaching methods such as video classes," "introducing of a contextual assessment," and "enhancing health support." Based on these findings, the study proposed to review legal grounds for online classes for disabled students, expand the dispatch of learning support personnel and prepare plans to promote the online learning environment.
Due to the recent increase in the disabled population and welfare paradigm, the government is focusing on green welfare and environmental welfare to improve the living environment of the disabled, including the enactment of basic laws and convenience promotion laws. Accordingly, green environmental welfare for the disabled is supported in policy, but there are no evaluation indicators for the green welfare space and healing environment created. Therefore, this study divided the healing environment into physical, psychological, and social aspects, and conducted research using expert FGI to present evaluation indicators that can determine whether spatial roles and functions are appropriate. As a result of the study, the final 51 healing environment evaluation items were derived from 26 physical aspects evaluation items, 14 psychological aspects evaluation items, and 11 social aspects evaluation items. Evaluation indicators derived from this study can be used to evaluate the healing environment created in disabled residential facilities, and can be used as basic data in the planning stage of the healing environment to be created in the future.

Afterwards, the expert Delphi was conducted, to develop a standard manual for the disease types, purpose, and method of Emotion To Emotion therapy. Methods: In this study, literature analysis and expert Delphi, as a quantitative research method, were conducted, and the expert Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted as a qualitative study. The manual was completed by leading the consensus, on the standardization manual for Emotion To Emotion therapy. After that, a clinical expert Delphi was conducted to test the reliability as well as validity of the manual, through quantitative consensus on the manual of the Emotion To Emotion therapy. Results: First, as a result of literature studies, to date, studies related to Emotion To Emotion therapy have been qualitatively and quantitatively limited, as comparative literature related to clinical cases. Second, through expert FGI, the manual was structured with eight sub-factors for the indication diagnosis, six sub-factors for the implementation method, and 13 detailed factors. Third, through an expert Delphi, the consensus did the factor of indication, implementation methods, and implementation process, and developed a standardization manual for Emotion To Emotion therapy ver 1.0.
