The electrical properties of SBT thin films according to various post-annealing of Pt bottom electrode (Pt 하부전극 후열처리 온도에 따른 SBT 박막의 전기적 특성평가)

  • Ferroelectric SBT($SrBi_2Ta_2O_9$) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate using R.F. magnetron sputtering method. The ferroelectric and electric characteristics were investigated with various post-annealing of Pt at $200{\sim}600^{\circ}C$. Compared with SBT thin film which had not post-annealed, the electrical properties and crystallizations of the SBT thin films were relatively improved by the post-annealing of Pt bottom electrode. The crystallization were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrical properties characteristics were observed by HP 4192A and precision LC.

Dielectric properties of bismuth magnesium niobate thin films deposited by sputtering using two main phase target in the system (두 메인 상의 타겟을 사용하여 스퍼터링으로 증착한 bismuth magnesium niobate 박막의 유전특성)

  • $B_2Mg_{2/3}/Nb_{4/3}O_7\;(B_2MN)$ thin films and $Bi_{3/2}MgNb_{3/2}O_7\;(B_{1.5}MN)$ thin films were deposited as a function of various deposition temperatures on Pt/$TiO_2/SiO_2$/Si substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering system. Both of their thin films are shown to crystalline phase at $500^{\circ}C$, deposition temperature, using 100W RF power. The composition of them and structural micro properties are investigated by RBS spectrum and SEM, AFM. 200 nm-thick $B_2MN$ thin films were deposited at room temperature had capacitance density of $151nF/cm^2$ at 100kHz, dissipation factor of 0.003 and had capacitance density of $584nF/cm^2$ at 100kHz, dissipation factor of 0.0045 at $500^{\circ}C$ deposition temperature. Both of their dielectric constant deposited at room temperature and at $500^{\circ}C$ were each approximately 40 and 100.

Effect of OVOIL oil on B6D2F1 Mice Oogenesis

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of types of oil (OVOIL vs. OIL) on B6D2F1 mice oogenesis. In this study, B6D2F1 F1 mice were used in order to maximize oogenesis. The expansion rate of cumulus cells ($82.0%{\pm}0.2$ vs. $78.0%{\pm}0.1$), in vitro fertilization rate ($92.0%{\pm}0.1$ vs. $88.0%{\pm}0.1$), developmental rate ($91.0%{\pm}0.1$ vs. $87.0%{\pm}0.2$), blastocysts formation rate ($56.0%{\pm}0.1$ vs. $57.0%{\pm}0.1$), and zona hatched rate($41.4%{\pm}0.2$ vs. $24.0%{\pm}0.1$) were not different between groups (NS; P>0.05). However, there was a significant difference in maturation rate; the OVOIL group showed higher maturation rate compared to that of the OIL group ($96.0%{\pm}0.1$ vs. $87.0%{\pm}0.1$; P<0.05). In the blastocysts cell numbers, the total cell numbers ($83.9{\pm}26.1$ vs. $56.9{\pm}23.9$), ICM cell numbers ($15.7{\pm}8.8$ vs. $6.3{\pm}3.5$), TE cell numbers ($68.3{\pm}25.7$ vs. $50.7{\pm}24.1$), % ICM ($21.6%{\pm}0.1$ vs. $12.7%{\pm}0.1$), and the ratio of ICM:TE ($1:6.2{\pm}6.5$ vs. $1:10.3{\pm}7.0$) were significantly higher in the OVOIL group than the OIL group (P<0.05). These results suggested that it is expected to achieve the more developmental ability of B6D2F1 mice depending on the type of oil (OVOIL vs. OIL). In addition, the results can provide essential information for culture condition on B6D2F1 mice. Henceforth, thus, it is expected that these results herein might be used for in vitro culture of human embryos.

  • Shizhuyuan W-Mo-Bi-Ca $F_2$polymetallic ore is classified to the refractory one due to its complex property, fine dissemination and close association of minerals. Through several years of researches, in line with GY new mineral processing technology developed by Guangzhou Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, in sulfide flotation circuit, an iso-flotability flowsheet is used to replace original overall bulk flotation flowsheet, and in tungsten flotation circuit, a new chelating type-GY reagent and a special pulp-conditioning system and a new technology of wolframite slime flotation are used to replace the traditional "Caustic Soda Method"$_{[1]}$, the metallurgical performance is greatly improved. Besides, GY New Method has created a favorable condition for comprehensive recovery of fluoride from tungsten flotation tailings. Notable economic benefit has been achieved.d.

Variable kinematic beam elements for electro-mechanical analysis

  • This paper proposes a refined electro-mechanical beam formulation. Lagrange-type polynomials are used to interpolate the unknowns over the beam cross section. Three- (L3), four- (L4), and nine-point(L9) polynomials are considered which lead to linear, bi-linear, and quadratic displacement field approximations over the beam cross-section. Finite elements are obtained by employing the principle of virtual displacements in conjunction with the Carrera Unified Formulation (CUF). The finite element matrices and vectors are expressed in terms of fundamental nuclei whose forms do not depend on the assumptions made. Additional refined beam models are implemented by introducing further discretizations, over the beam cross-section. Some assessments from bibliography have been solved in order to validate the electro-mechanical formulation. The investigations conducted show that the present formulation is able to detect the electro-mechanical interaction.

Defects and Electrical Properties of NiO and Co3O4-doped ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3 Ceramics (NiO와 Co3O4를 첨가한 ZnO-Bi2O3-b2O3 세라믹스의 결함과 전기적 특성)

  • In this study we aims to examine the effects of $Co_3O_4$ and NiO doping on the defects and electrical properties in ZnO-$Bi_2O_3-Sb_2O_3$ (Sb/Bi=0.5) varistors. It seemed to form ${Zn_i}^{{\cdot}{\cdot}}$(0.20 eV) and ${V_o}^{\cdot}$(0.33 eV) as dominant defects in Co and Ni co-doped ZBS system, however only ${V_o}^{\cdot}$ appeared in Co- or Ni-doped ZBS. Even though the same defects it was different in capacitance (1.5~4.5 nF) and resistance ($0.3{\sim}9.5k{\Omega}$). The varistor characteristics were improved with Co and Co+Ni doping (non-linear coefficient, ${\alpha}$= 36 and 29, relatively) in ZBS. The various parameters ($N_d=1.43{\sim}2.33{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$, $N_t=1.40{\sim}2.28{\times}10^{12}cm^{-2}$, ${\Phi}b$=1.76~2.37 V, W= 98~118 nm) calculated from the C-V characteristics in our systems did not depend greatly on the type of dopant, which were in the range of a typical ZnO varistors. It should be derived a improved C-V equation carefully for more reliable parameters because the variation of the varistor capacitance as a function of the applied dc voltage is depend on the defect, frequency, and temperature.

  • Recently, Kazmi and Khan [7] introduced a kind of equilibrium problem called generalized system (GS) with a single-valued bi-operator F. In this note, we aim at an extension of (GS) due to Kazmi and Khan [7] into a multi-valued circumstance. We consider a fairly general problem called the multi-valued quasi-generalized system (in short, MQGS). Based on the existence of 1-person game by Ding, Kim and Tan [5], we give a generalization of (GS) in the name of (MQGS) within the framework of Hausdorff topological vector spaces. As an application, we derive an existence result of the generalized vector quasi-variational inequality problem. This result leads to a multi-valued vector quasi-variational inequality extension of the strong vector variational inequality (SVVI) due to Fang and Huang [6] in a general Hausdorff topological vector space.

Development of 30-Tonf LOx/Kerosene Rocket Engine Combustion Devices(I) - Combustion Chamber (추력 30톤급 액체산소/케로신 로켓엔진 연소장치 개발(I)-연소기)

  • The development of a combustion chamber for a 30-$ton_f$ regeneratively-cooled space liquid rocket engine is described. Starting from the development of bi-propellant swirl coaxial injectors, essential technologies were verified through subscale combustion chambers and afterwards applied to the full-scale combustion chambers. A total of 5 full-scale combustion chambers have been utilized to verify ignition, combustion efficiency and stability, cooling, and duration requirements. A total of 46 combustion tests were performed among which 23 tests were parallely performed with stability rating tests using a pulse gun device. The test results have revealed that the 30-$ton_f$ regeneratively-cooled combustion chamber fully complies to the performance and combustion stability requirements and thus concluded that the development is successfully completed.

  • In this paper, a novel 400MHz band small meander microstrip antenna is proposed the shape of the proposed antenna is a waved meander microstrip with a pair rf short pins on th£ edge. the length of waved meander microstrip is $\lambda_g/4$ but it bends to half its size. Therefore, the total size of the proposed antenna is reduced to about 1/20 which is compared with a square patch antenna the simulated antenna gain is about 3dBi at 424MHz. the proposed antenna of -10dB impedance bandwidth is measured about $1.4\%$.

  • An actuator using a permanent magnet and solenoid is proposed and designed in this paper. Its design concept is composed of a driving force generation, a guide mechanism, and a symmetric structure. At first, Driving Force generation uses a concept that is a change efflux by using a permanent magnet and solenoid. A permanent flux is generated by a permanent magnet. Changeable flux is created by a variable current flowing through coil such the solenoid. The direction of this flux is changed due to current flowing through coils. The combination of permanent and changeable fluxes make various flux densities between yokes of moving part and fixed yokes.
