In this paper, the vibrations of floor systems of which buildings are under construction are studied by experimental and analysis method. The first step is to measure the operational response data and FRF at the supporting points of the utility and the second step is to calculate the dynamic load by TPA Method which provided by LMS VirtualLab System Analysis Module. The dynamics we used to identify is expressed by below equation; $$\{F_{oper}\}=[H]^{-1}\;{\cdot}\;\{{.. \atop x_{oper}}\}$$ Where, H(Transfer function between position of the force and response) and x(response) are measured by vibration test.

중-한 기계번역 시스템에 있어서 중국어 복합명사를 정확하게 처리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 결정트리를 이용하여 품사의미 애매성을 포함된 복합명사를 인식하는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안한 방법으로 구축된 규칙이 기존의 방법보다 f-measure가 10.9% 더 좋은 성능을 보여 주었다.

In the design and operation of robot arms with flexible links, the equations of motion are required to exactly model the interaction between rigid motion and elastic motion and to be formulated efficiently. Thus, the flexible link is represented on the basis of the D-H rigid link represented to measure the elastic deformation. The equations of motion of robot arms, which are configured by the generalized coordinates of elastic and rigid degrees of freedom, are formulated by using F.E.M to model complex shaped links systematically and by eleminating elastic mode of higher order that does not largely affect option to reduce the number of elastic degree of freedom. Finally presented is the result of simulation to flexible robotic arm whose joints are controlled by direct or PD control.

한국은 다른 나라에 비해 많은 인터넷 사용자를 가지고 있다. 이에 비례해서 한국의 인터넷 유저들은 Spam Mail에 대해 많은 불편함을 호소하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 다양한 Feature Weighting, Feature Selection 그리고 문서 분류 알고리즘들을 이용한 한국어 스팸 문서 Filtering연구에 대해 기술한다. 그리고 한국어 문서(Spam/Non-Spam 문서)로부터 영사를 추출하고 이를 각 분류 알고리즘의 Input Feature로써 이용한다. 그리고 우리는 Feature weighting 에 대해 기존의 전통적인 방법이 아니라 각 Feature에 대해 Variance 값을 구하고 Global Feature를 선택하기 위해 Max Value Selection 방법에 적용 후에 전통적인 Feature Selection 방법인 MI, IG, CHI 들을 적용하여 Feature들을 추출한다. 이렇게 추출된 Feature들을 Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine과 같은 분류 알고리즘에 적용한다. Vector Space Model의 경우에는 전통적인 방법 그대로 사용한다. 그 결과 우리는 Support Vector Machine Classifier, TF-IDF Variance Weighting(Combined Max Value Selection), CHI Feature Selection 방법을 사용할 경우 Recall(99.4%), Precision(97.4%), F-Measure(98.39%)의 성능을 보였다.

In this paper, the equation of the transient Stokes flow of an incompressible viscous fluid is studied. Growth and decay estimates are established associating some appropriate cross sectional line and area integral measures. The method of the proof is based on a first-order differential inequality leading to an alternative of Phragm$\'{e}$n-Lindell$\"{o} $f type in terms of an area measure of the amplitude in question. In the case of decay, we also indicate how to bound the total energy.

문자 기반 LSTM CRF는 개체명 인식에서 높은 인식을 보여주고 있는 LSTM-CRF 방식에서 미등록어 문제를 해결하기 위해 단어 단위의 임베딩 뿐만 아니라 단어를 구성하는 문자로부터 단어 임베딩을 합성해 내는 방식으로 기존의 LSTM CRF에서의 성능 향상을 가져왔다. 한편, 개체명 인식에서 어휘 사전은 성능향상을 위한 외부 리소스원으로 활용하고 있는데 다양한 사전 매칭 방법이 파생될 수 있음에도 이들 자질들에 대한 비교 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 개체명 인식을 위해 다양한 사전 매칭 자질들을 정의하고 이들을 LSTM-CRF의 입력 자질로 활용했을 때의 성능 비교 결과를 제시한다. 실험 결과 사전 자질이 추가된 LSTM-CRF는 ETRI 개체명 말뭉치의 학습데이터에서 F1 measure 기준 최대 89.34%의 성능까지 달성할 수 있었다.

This paper presents a method to determine parameters of BTB (back-to-back) converters in terms of the enhancement of interface flow margins. Interface flow margin is by definition a measure of how much active power can be transferred from the external areas to the study area with the fixed load demand, and it is mainly constrained by system voltage stability. BTB converters are controllable equipments with the active power flow through them, and its DC link in fact can divide the AC systems at the location and hence can reduce the fault current level. This paper first cals margin sensitivities at the nose point of F-V curves and formulates an optimization problem to update the BTB parameters to improve the margins. This procedure is repeated performed until the required margin enhancement is achieved.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 컨텐츠 사이트에서 개인별로 컨텐츠를 효과적으로 추천하기 위한 개인화 시스템모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 묵시적인 평가정보를 이용한 사례기반추론 기법으로서 협동적필터링 기법과 달리 유사집단의 평가정보를 이용하지 않고 개인별 속성에 대한 가중치와 속성 값을 이용하여 추천하는 기법이다. 이 기법은 각 사용자의 상품 추매 속성을 추천에 반영할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 사용자 프로파일을 이용하여 개인화된 추천이 가능하다. 제안한 기법이 Recall, Precision, F-measure의 평가 방법을 통해 실험한 결과 협동적필터링 기법 보다 모든 부분에서 더 좋은 결과가 나왔음을 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 제안 시스템이 유사 사용자의 평가정보를 이용한 협동적필터링 기법보다 효율적인 개인화 전략이 가능하다고 말 수 있다. 본 제안 모델을 이용하여 일대일 마케팅을 위한 eCRM 시스템 개발이 가능하리라 예상된다.

The purpose of this study is to critically review the previous research on the measurement of service quality, and to present future research directions on hotel service quality measurement as follows: 1. As Carman(1990) shows in his study, items of quality measurement should be developed to be fit for the measurement of hotel service quality. 2. To evaluate the service quality of a hotel, measuring three divisions(Room, F&B and Others) separately, then combining them would be the best model. 3. Researches to identify the various dimensions of hotel service quality are needed. 4. In measuring hotel service quality, guests should be classified according to various criteria. 5. To measure the hotel service quality, SERVPERF model might be more a, pp.opriate due to the small number of items to be answered. 6. In hotel industry, researches to identify causal pths between customer satisfaction and service quality are needed. 7. We need to develop alternative scales for the measurement of hotel service quality.

Nondestructive tests were performed on two 4.16kV motors. Epoxy-mica coupler(80pF) was connected to 4.16 kV motor stator windings. The voltage applied to the stator windings was 2.4 kV, 3.0kV, 3.5kV and 4.16kV, respectively. Digital partial discharge detector(PDD) and turbine generator analyzer(TGA) were used to measure partial discharge(PD) activity. TGA summarizes each plot with two quantities such as the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the peak PD magnitude(Qm). The PD levels in pC were measured with PDD. PD patterns of stator windings were indicated the internal discharge. PD patterns are consistent with the result of measurement using PDD and TGA.
